    All my experiences with **** at Motion RC are positive, he is very knowledgeable in the ** field. He is always able to figure out all issues and he has excellent people skills. Motion RC should be very proud to have **** as an employee.

    After my package had been lost and verified missing unable to be found, I had contacted Motion RC about replacement parts on my order. They not only were happy and pleasant about shipping a second shipment. ****** and crew kept me abreast of the whole package delivery process along the way and to insure that upon receipt of the items l was satisfied . It was a great to actually encounter a business that cares about their customers. It's a refreshing experience with Motion RC. Highly recommend them for all your RC requirements.

    Great inventory. Great after-purchase service. I bought a sailboat that had a defective mainsail, and they sent me a replacement SET of sails right away!

    I mistakenly ordered the wrong extra battery with the ** Car I ordered . Since it was listed with the spare parts for my car, which was the hi performance version, with a different battery connector. They immediately sent me the correct battery, Free of charge, and let me keep the other one.I fly ** Aircraft, and have 2 of their 80mm ducted fan jets that I love.At my ** Club field there are probably 40 or more of their airplanes and ducted fans Jets. They sell quality products and they back them with the best customer service in the industry

    I purchased some missiles for my Freewing F5. They arrived with one fin out of the eight shorter than the rest. I sent an e-mail and picture and by the next day Motion (******) had a complete replacement set on the way. Excellent customer service!

    This was my first time using this company to purchase any parts from or product and wouldn't you know it I had an issue with damaged .I emailed them and they responded right away I felt kind of ***** because the part was $1.50 but at the same time they did not want me to have to purchase it and they sent it to me it was no fault of mine nor theirs it was Factory assembly but they made good on it. Their customer service is outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way even though I'm a new customer I will definitely do business with them again two thumbs up.

    New to RC Sailboating with a DF95 .... boat came extremely fast, and the ordering process and help from ***** in customer service were awesome.... thinking of buying another one from them as my wife as on my first sail she went to watch.... gave her the controls and had to fight her to get them back. Nice to see a company acknowledging that customer service is still job one.

    Purchased the Freewing 80mm F-14 pnp. Beautiful aircraft, went together easily! Once I got it together and radio installed I found one of the flap servos to be bad. Called Motion R/C and put in a trouble ticket for warranty of the servo. After talking to them and sending in a short video to confirm the issue they had a new servo in the mail to me. Less than 24 hour turn around and very pleasant to deal with. Glad I found this R/C company they don't disappoint!********
