    A+! I recently purchased the "Freewing Twin 64mm F-14 Tomcat PNP". An awesome plane that I am very much looking forward to fly. Instructions were good and assembly easy. All right, here we go, loaded the battery, calibrated the esc's and WOW, until I tested the throttle, one of the motors had issues. Called the "Motion RC" support phone number on their website and after a short pick of 1 or 2 was connected right away to an actual human being, "AWESOME"! We discussed the possible problems and how I could troubleshoot the problem and what to try, sure no problem. I was able to isolate the issue to the one of the esc's. We talked again, they asked if I was willing to replace the esc's if they sent them to me, it would not be that difficult and agreed. This is why I shop and buy from them. How could you not when they back you like that?Thanks to Ozzy and *** for their support.****

    Great customer service! First, when was the last time you were able to actually speak to a person when you needed help? I called the MotionRC number and quickly got through to their helicopter support person who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions regarding the start up sequence with my new GPS enabled heli. It was obvious that he knew the product and was able to confirm the correct procedure to ensure continued future success. This isnt my first purchase from MotionRC and it certainly wont be my last. Its reassuring to know that if I need help with a product in the future, Ill be able to get prompt help and not wait for days through only email.

    I am a noob to the ** hobby and I have bought several different planes through different companies and all I can say about Motion Rc is they are on point! Awesome people who have the patience for people like myself that are new and have 0 experience! They are from my experience the best customer service I have encountered and I bought from the top 4 companies that I know of ************** and great products!Will be definitely doing more future business with them!To all at motion rc thank you for making my experience in the hobby fun exciting and understandable!**** ******

    I had a technical issue with a new purchase and received a quick response on what to try. After I made the problem worse, Motion RC was able to provide me with a warranty replacement part which I have received and installed. Product works great now! This was my second purchase from them, and I would confidently make another in the future!

    I purchased a Nexa balsa model from Motion RC and it needed a bunch of items due to various reasons. Motion RC was there to support me and went above and beyond to help me solve my issues with the product. They are also very willing to listen and learn from the problems that come up with the models. They support the products they sell and thats very important to me.
