    This business never delivered my packages. They did this twice. I think someone is taking packages and not delivering them. Then The business that they deliver for has to foot the bill. But also, time wise Ive now waited two months for an order where the event is fast approaching and the business said they wouldnt use this delivery service and they did. Now this delivery says they lost the package again. I think they are clearly taking packages and perhaps selling them elsewhere. Ive never experienced an unreliable service that has caused this many issues. I may seek legal compensation, but an investigation into this business is warranted

    Package not delivered. I have bought some clothes at **** online and Better Trucks was supposed to deliver them on November 25, 2024. The tracking system states they have attempted to deliver it twice. On November 26 , I emailed the company and add instructions on how to enter the condominium and the gate code. I emailed them various times, I also tried to call but they do not take phone calls. They sent me an answer on Nov. 26 stating " On 2024 M11 26 22:30:41 UTC, System ******************************************* wrote:Hi *********,Im sorry that our plans to deliver failed. Well do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.A failed delivery attempt does not necessarily mean that a driver arrived at the destination address to drop off your package. We consider the attempt from the moment the package is sent out for delivery, not from the moment the driver arrives at the destination. This is because our company allocated and mobilized logistics resources to make the delivery, but something unforeseen happened that prevented the successful completion of the delivery.Please make sure you provided the delivery address in this request in order for us to compare with the delivery address registered with the package in our end.Additionally, please provide your preferred phone number, any gate passcode, or specific instructions to ensure the safe delivery of your package.We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue, and we kindly invite you to track the progress on our website over the next few days: ************************************************ you, " It is November 30th and the tracking system has not changed.

    I don't appreciate you lazy driver cutting across my yard only to leave my packages hanging off the edge of my covered porch only to be exposed to the elements. And when I tell them, I don't expect to be smart mouthed by some lazy a** punk. This is one of the tracking numbers from this occurrence *****************. You should only hire people under a certain BMI that are able to get their thighs apart without difficulty.

    This is my second bad experience with this customer. Today I'm awaiting a package that is extremely perishable. It has been sitting at a *********** hub for more than 8 hours. It does not appear to be out for delivery. The company does NOT answer their phones, they offer no way of communication, and do not respond to emails. The last time I had an issue with them, over $100 worth of seafood had to be destroyed because they did not deliver on time. If it does not deliver today, the same thing will happen. I would like them to contact me and explain when it is being delivered and why they won't communicate.

    Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars, I would. Never use this company. Their drivers are awful, and their customer service is even worse. I called three times and submitted four support ticketsno one ever responded. They made two delivery attempts, and I was home both times during the exact timestamps they claimed to deliver. This is beyond unacceptable. I cant believe businesses like this still exist. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

    On 10/14 I placed an order with a vendor for an item to take with me on a trip on 10/27. I received a shipping notification via Shop, and a tracking number for Better Trucks. The vendor indicated 2 day shipping, and on 10/16 I saw that it was out for delivery. It then changed to Deliver Attempted. I notified the vendor, and called Better Trucks. I was on hold for 5 minutes before an automated system told me to email and terminated the call. I called back and was able to talk to a *** that indicated that she did not know why the driver did not deliver as it was clear from ****** maps where our house is. She said she was adding notes for the driver, and I gave permission to include my number. She said it would be delivered 10/18 or 10/19. I received a response from the vendor that they had emailed Better Trucks with a similar response, that they did not know why it was not delivered. It is now 10/21, and I received a notification that my order was delivered, with a location in a town 15 miles away, and nothing at my house. I have requested a refund from the vendor, considering the package lost.

    This company has had my packages in their possession for over a month. When I did speak to customer service, they told me, oh don't worry, it's all taken care of it will be there within a day or two That was almost a month ago, it was. I have contacted them several times a week by email.Because now, when I call my phone, my phone call gets dropped every single time. My emails have contained specific directions, maps, and even alternative delivery options. There is no reason this company cannot deliver my packages and they still have not even emailed me back to let me know that the delivery has been scheduled.

    Hello i would like file complaint against Better trucks last mile delivery service local station in ****** Michigan regarding my package constantly being delivered to the wrong address this is like the second time a driver from this company delivered my package to ***** instead of ***** on these dates 10/1 &10/05 the company drivers is not taking in consideration to look for correct address resident this is very unacceptable i contact company and spoke with ***** ***** ***** customer service *** on 10/2 that gave location where package was delivered she also added a map regarding issue with my first order after complaining i did not receive package her search located the package at address ***** which a second package came driver ***eat the same error this company needs to be flagged driver not care i trying to grow my online business and my sample are being delivery constantly to the wrong address.

    I have spent $600 on seven Temu purchases between the 16th and 26th of September.     My delivery was supposed to come on September 24, 2024. It is now September 26, 2024. The delivery has been out for delivery from a hub in *********, ** 10 minutes away from my house for two days. There is no way to contact customer service to receive an update to figure out where my belongings are, I have sent an email and have gotten no response. I have called several times and got no answer. The tracking is terrible as it shows that my item has been out for delivery for about 24 hours at the time of writing this message. I really wish retailers would stop utilizing this company and would just spend the extra money to ensure customers and consumers receive service. Where are my things?!
