On August 25, I ordered a package from AliExpress that was being shipped with Better Trucks. On September 4th, they updated the tracking with "Package Delivery Attempted". Since then, I have not gotten the package and have been given zero updates. Nobody ever answers the support number, and I never got a human response through their email support.Customer Answer

I have been trying to talk to someone from this company for over a week! They dont answer the phone or respond to email! They even changed the way they do their answering service when you call and theres no way to get in touch with someone. My tracking hasnt been updated in over a week!Initial Complaint

Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states she gets alerts that her packages have been delivered at specific times. When she goes to look for the packages they are not on the front or back porch. There was an instance when the packages were delivered to the wrong address and dropped off late in the evening by whoever received the package. The consumer has tried contacting the business to speak to a supervisor but no one has contacted her. I ordered copper ***** from AliExpress. The delivery went through Better Trucks to reach my home. I never received my package, although I did receive multiple other packages from Better Trucks that month. When I reached out to Better Trucks, they sent me a photo of my package on my porch and told me to follow up with the seller. I followed up with the seller. They sent me a photo from Better Trucks that showed the package by my mailbox and told me to follow up with the post office, even though the post office never had the package. I order online regularly and have never had a package get stolen before. This package came from overseas and I think it had a customs label that said it contained copper and the driver stole it. The photos in multiple locations at my house is beyond weird. What delivery driver has time to take photos in multiple locations?My total for the order was $153.65. The seller did give me a partial refund of $28.52 but is refusing the refund the remainder because the package did reach my house. I think Better Trucks is responsible for refunding the remaining $125.13, as it's likely their driver is the one who stole my package.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pairs of sandals from Temu and a few miscellaneous pairs of shorts. On July 15th Temu sent an alert saying my package was with Better Trucks for the final stage of delivery. On July 16th it was an alert updated that the package was at Better Trucks ***************. On July 21st I contacted **** and they stated there was nothing they could do once the package gets to the delivery hub, aside from it being returned as non delivered to the country or state of origin. On July 23rd I googled the *************** for Better Trucks,much to my surprise there is no *************** address, the closest is ********. My purpose for googling the address was to see could I pick up my package. I contacted the better ************* on two occasions. When I called on July 25th I was sent through a series of prompts before it told me I could speak with one of the ***resentatives. I was put on hold for an hour before someone picked up as an after hour *** and hung up. I called back the next day and I was sent through the same prompts, when I was transferred the call was picked up hung up immediately and registered as a cancelled call. After the non communication from the phone calls. I waited a few days and sent them an email with the tracking number. The email was submitted on July 30th. I received an automated response email saying they would respond by the next business day. I still have not received a response email. It has been almost 30 days since I placed the original order and three weeks since my package reached the alleged Saint Louis Hub. After reading all the complaints I am starting to believe this company gets peoples packages and steals them. Those things I ordered were things I needed for a vacation and until the package can actually be marked as lost or delivered to the wrong place the original company I ordered from will not send out a new package or send a refund. I made a purchase with a company called Mood on 6/26/2024. Mood uses a company called Better Trucks to deliver its merchandise. I have had this problem before with Better Trucks. They play games with delivery and right now they are keeping my money and my item. I spoke to Better Trucks multiple times and they keep saying they are going to deliver the item but they have not delivered it and I just want my package. I will not be ordering from Mood again since they use such a disreputable company. I contacted BBB before about this and the issue did get resolved. It was the exact same situation. I also contacted my credit card company to have them stop payment and I think I will do that again, since that was something else that seemed to spur Better Trucks on to deliver the last time. It really shouldn't be like this. Better Trucks is ruining Mood's business due to their shoddy delivery system. I just want my package please. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I'm a member of the Scotch ******************* and they shipped me two bottles of Scotch on June 5th. Better Trucks picked up the package in ******** on June 8th. The package arrived at Better Trucks ******* hub on June 10th. There have been no updates since. You can't call and talk to anyone. I have used their chat bot as well as email to ask for updates. I have received 3 emails, but none have provided any additional details beyond they are looking into the situation. I have been professional in all of my communications. I have asked that someone please call me since I can't call them, but so far, no one has reached out. Outside of my package being delivered, I would like for someone from Better Trucks to contact me via phone to discuss why they are unable to locate my package and what is a reasonable expected delivery date. I would like to provide an update to the complaint that I submitted on July 2nd. Complaint ID: ********On July 3rd at 10:44am, Better Trucks updated the tracking information with a status of "transaction has been voided". I have reached out to Better Trucks asking for an explanation of what that means but have not received any response yet. I don't understand how they can void a transaction when they have had possession of the package since June 8th. There needs to be an explanation as to what voiding the transaction means as well as where is my package and when will it be delivered. To my knowledge, Better Trucks has not been in communication with the company that sent the package to me either. Better Trucks should be responsible financially if they have lost or damaged the package or if it was stolen. They should either reimburse the company or me for the cost of the contents of the package. So I ordered products through fragrancenet almost 3 weeks ago. I paid for 1-2 day shipping which it never arrived in that window. I called again and was told it should arrive by Friday and Monday at the latest. Of course package never arrived. I called again and nobody could tell me what was going on with the package they said they would address it and another week goes by and still no package. I called again. And even though it says delivery attempted it was not delivered or even attempted and I was told that they never made it because it was late after two weeks and no delivery was ever re-attempted. So I called the place where I ordered my items and they offered a re-delivery but I was told the items I ordered are now out of stock so not only did I not get to recieve my items again better trucks has never delivered my original package. I contacted them again and was told they will update me whenever info is available about the package almost a week ago and nothing its been 3 weeks. The service is so bad I thought I was getting scammed.the only thing I want is just to recieve my package
