    I couldn't find my package the morning it was delivered. I hadn't added my gate code to my delivery address since I didn't catch the notification but I reached out through email and asked for proof of delivery and received a picture showing exactly where it was.

    I missed the initial delivery this morning. I had to be home to provide my driver's license for what was being delivered. I immediately started to panic a little bit ****** them found their home page and sent a message. I was very happy when ****** responded to my message within about 30 minutes. We exchanged a couple messages all of which she could not have been nicer. Luckily though the delivery driver who had my package was back in the area called me to see if I was going to be home so he could deliver it to me. I have seen some pretty bad reviews on better trucks, but my personal experience was fantastic!!!

    I had not heard of Better Trucks, but they communicated with me prior to delivery (to correct my street address)..this made my day. I would recommend them to anyone.

    There was a problem delivering my package due to an issue with my address not showing up on Better Trucks maps. It took a number of days, but Better Trucks came through on their promise made to me through emails with Customer Support and delivered the package as they assured me they would. Thank you!

    I had a surprisingly pleasant experience with the company after I missed the initial shipment. I filed a support request to get info as to when delivery would be attempted again, and they replied within minutes. At the time, I was taking care of some errands and they worked with me, having the driver contact me directly to coordinate with me and make sure I would be around to receive the package on the 2nd attempt. Great customer service and the driver was professional and polite as well.
