    You will be working for pennies and dimes . Worst experience ever , waist of time gas and Milage.

    I did not know my shipment was going to be processed through BeterTrucks. I purchased $450 worth of attire from ***** My shipment was supposed to arrive 8/11. When I went to check my status of delivery I was sent to the better trucks tracking website where it stated "delivery attempted" I was home all day, and the building was open, with a designated **** room. There is no way that there was actually an attempt to deliver. The next day, the same status update of "delivery attempted" with a new date and time. This has now happened every day. It is now 8/15 and I have no idea where my package is. When you call their number you are told to e****. I sent an e**** on 8/11 with no response in 4 days. I tried a chat feature and never got a response online. I waited in the chat for 2 hours without getting a response. I called **** and had them e**** them as well. No idea what to do now other that have **** **** me all new clothing if they will even do that. 0/5. I am not sure how this place is an operating business with incompetent drivers who do not know how to deliver to a standard apartment complex or the lack of employees and it being literally impossible to speak to anyone who works there. Next step I am going to have to reach out to employees on linkedin.

    I ordered a package ..then on the day it was supposed to arrive it never came then it says delivered on the website which is a lie cause I was home all day and no package came here 110 gone down the drain this company is a bunch of crooks BEWARE of this company.
