    I have been waiting on a delivery from this company for 15 days past when it was supposed to be delivered. Its status stayed at one location for over 10 days. After submitting a question on my shipment, it was suddenly marked delivered although it was not. We have several cameras so we know there was no drop off. They never responded to my inquiry or my follow up ones once it was marked delivered.

    ******** shipping company. Attempted delivery yet other packages by other carriers were received on same day. Company does not respond to emails and no resolution. At this point they have stolen my item as they have it in their possession and refuse to deliver. Delivery was from *************, ** to **********, ** (45 miles max) and they still cant deliver. ****************.

    Worst delivery company ever. My package had been sitting in ******** for over a week. No response to emails and can't call. I just want my package I paid for with my hard earned money!!!!

    They ruined my birthday. They needed me to confirm my address that was correct and the same address I've used several times before. I have no hope in this company responding to my emails I ordered everything in advance and still ended up having issues. I'm so distraught and sad. This company shouldn't be in business and no one should be contracting them when they don't even have a consistent customer service line. I will never order from anyone who uses this company ever again. Message your seller immediately if they use this company and ask for a different courier. Better trucks doesn't care about the customers at all.

    My package has not been delivered I have been waiting for it since November when the company I ordered from had a set delivery date of November 30th. My order was stated to be in transit at their ******** facility since November 23rd then finally on December 4th showed it moved to ************** and now nothing. I have left various e mails no response. I am very displeased with this company and highly recommend no company should use this carrier company ever. If I could give this review a negative 5 star I would.

    Horrible delivery service. Drivers are delivering to the wrong address or either taking pictures of a package and saying they delivered it and stealing packages. I emailed Better Trucks and they never responded back. Companies need to stop using this delivery service.

    A driver attempted to deliver a package but wanted to take a picture of my employee's drivers license on his second phone because his work phone was broken. She said you can verify I'm over 21 but you're not taking a picture of my license. When she refused to let him take a picture he became very angry and yelling. This man is a larger, intimidating man especially as a 54 female, she finally had to ask him to leave or she was calling the police. This is the second time this has happened with the same driver. I have also emailed the company since you cannot call and actually talk to anyone. We have requested for this man to not come back onto our property.

    Ordered item from company, according to tracking information, arrived at *** hub, did not move from there. Contacted company, 2nd shipment sent, arrived at *** hub, still there. Attempted to contact better trucks by phone 6 times, disconnected each time. 2 emails sent, not answered. Company has lost my business, will not order from a company that uses this delivery service.

    NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGES, STATED DELIVERED ON MY FRONT OPEN NOT SECURED DOOR, WITH SIGN SAYING DO NOT LEAVE OUT HERE. I AM VERY SURE IS THE SAME DRIVER THAT TOOK MY PACKAGES BACK, THEY HIRE ALL THESE LOW LIFE TO DELIVER PACKAGES KNOWING FOR SURE IT WILL BE TAKEN. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY, CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO NO AVAIL. ASK YOUR DRIVER TO BRING BACK MY PACKGES. I COULD NOT EVEN TRACK THE PACKAGES ON THEIR WEBSITE. 0 RATING IN MY BOOK.
