  Att sent my phone to be delivered, they came to my house never rung bell pretended to deliver the phone scanned my delivery number to my package delivered. I call the company because I see on my ring app what he did. They didn't look for it, they email me and told me to just tell att its a lost and they will send another phone.

  This delivery service is horrible. They show delivery attempted on April 19th at 12:30 AM. Seriously? I was in bed. Today shows another delivery attempted. I was here all day. I have two big dogs who wouldve let me know someone was here AND I checked my home security system - NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. My house number is on my porch and on my mailbox. Ive called - no one has called me back. I have had one guy email me, but if theyre saying something was supposedly attempted, thats no use because Im positive it wasnt. I am so furious I cant even breathe. Never again will I order anything from any company who uses this delivery service with the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Its worth noting, when I check the tracking from the vendor confirmation, I receive one time. When I check it from BetterTrucks.com, I get a different attempted delivery time. Ridiculous. The trucks might be better, but the friggin dependability is the worst.

  Super helpful, very responsive through email! They were so helpful with assisting me retrieving my package and got back to me so fast!! Will definitely use this service again!!!

  Better Trucks responded immediately with photos to assist in finding a package delivered after business hours that driver had placed in a container outside our building.This was much appreciated

  The only credit I can give this company is for somehow defying logic by remaining in business despite engaging in what can be described as nothing less than theft. My experience is nearly identical to the other reviews. Shipment tracking showed they received my package on 1/4/23, then listed two delivery attempts on 1/6/23. Despite someone always being present at the delivery address at all times and reviewing video doorbell footage, which further confirmed that no delivery had been attempted, I chalked it up to a tracking glitch. On 1/10/23, the shipment tracker was updated to reflect the package being out for delivery with 40 stops left. While waiting for the package arrival at the delivery address, I frequently checked the tracking info page for updates. Shortly after 8PM, the tracking info abruptly changed from showing 9 stops left with an est. Delivery time of 9:40PM to showing it as complete despite no delivery having ever been attempted. I checked their tracking page the next day and saw it had reverted back to showing "out for delivery" with a date of 1/6/23. At the time of submitting this review on 1/28/23, the tracking page has yet been updated since. Fortunately for me, the company I placed the order with has provided excellent customer service by offering a replacement or refund for the package that Better Trucks never delivered and lied about attempting to do so. I strongly encourage any company to avoid entrusting Better Trucks to deliver their customers' orders.

  This is the worst shipping experience ive ever had. a retailer i love switched to them so i will no longer buy from them. they are incompetent, the customer service people have no idea whats going on and give you the run around, outright lie, it takes days and days to get anyone to help you besides a vague we are looking into this or we are escalating this. i ended up getting a refund when they told me they delivered it to some wrong address in the end after a million different stories. who even knows if thats true! not sure how this company is in business or why any reputable retailer would choose to ruin their reputation by using this company. beware!!!

  This Company is beyond terrible! I have waited on my package since Dec 23, and when it said en route all of a sudden it never came. My tracker says the truck is on my street when I call several representatives said they will email me to fix the problem, and the driver so calls put attempt to deliver the call, but I was here waiting for it from 10 am till it was so-called on my street at 4 pm. I don't know what they are doing but I am calling the attorney General on them, I want the products I paid for and that's that! it's a shame that People take advantage of you out here, but know this I will get to the bottom of this.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The package I ordered could only be delivered on Friday's and Saturday's. Never heard of that for starters. Then they attempted my package at the wrong address multiple times. When I went to change the address, it was never put through for the 3rd time they tried to deliver it counted against the 3 tries. They supposedly tried a 4th time, but I never heard or seen anyone. So I contacted Element Vape which is where I ordered from, and they said they will not issue me a refund until they received my package. So I emailed Better Trucks and they said someone will contact me from Element Vape. This company has given me the run around so much and no one was of help. In my opinion they should not even be in business. This is by far the worst parcel company ever.

  If I could less stars I would. Not sure how they're in business. I'd rather hire a kid on a bicycle. Would likely be more efficient than this joke of a company.
