      Ordered part to dishwasher, wrong part was sent , the tine row was a 45-degree angle on the part I received, on website picture they were straight. I ordered the part online that matched the picture of my part. The 2 parts that come up as matching my dishwasher online DO NOT match the part I needed.
      Called customer service and they claim because I did not order the part for my dishwasher (wrong part on the picture), I have to pay $9.95 in shipping. Customer Services was super rude, Danny and supervisor Mark hang up on us and did not want to acknowledge that they sent the wrong part and own their mistake, why should I pay for shipping when they sent the wrong part. If I did order the wrong part it was due to your website having incorrect picture of items online.
      I understand there can be mix up with parts, but the rudeness and lack of English comprehension is unacceptable. This was the third phone call we had made to your customer service to try and remedy this issue and now apparently there is a nasty note on our file. It is no wonder Kenmore/Sears is no longer....such a shame, they were top of the line.

      i have received 2 bills from Sears--I am covered with Choice Warranty, they called Sears NOT me and they said NOT to PAY this they took care of it back in August 2024. I am sending this form because any number I find to call are not getting me any where. HOPEFULLY this will do the trick because i am really getting exaperated about this. looking below on Customer Reviews this company really sucks!!!!***** ******** ****************************************** December 27, 2024

      The SEARS HOME SERVICES division of TRANSFORMCO serving **************, **:The scope of the original diagnosis changed from one part needed to two parts needed, thus affecting the total cost of initial repairs. The parts ordered arrived broken. The next scheduled repair date was cancelled then rescheduled for nearly two weeks later. I had to change that to three days sooner because we had already made plans to be away for the holidays. The follow-up service required the replacement of a third part that, if initially checked, may have been the root cause of the problem. Therefore I do not trust the original diagnosis for which I had already paid in full. Overall, going through Sears Home Maintenance was a mistake and was unsatisfactory. After todays service the original problem has not been resolved and our GE dryer does not work at all. I have instructed my bank to dispute the charge for the full amount. I have also called the local service technician/contractor to ask him to return with urgency to complete the job.

      This is the worst customer care ********************** I have ever encountered. We started the process of getting our freezer repaired on December 3, 2024. I waited all afternoon and shortly before 5:00 pm the technician called to cancel. No reason given. We rescheduled for the next week, December 10 and he showed up. However, in order to diagnose the problem, he used a video to see how to diagnose the problem (my husband and I had previously done the same using You Tube) and came to the same verdict: We needed a new control panel (can't remember the technical term.) The part was ordered and charged $837.13 We were rescheduled for December 18. The same technician as we had on the previous 2 occasions. We were scheduled to have the technician arrive between 1:30 & 3:00 pm. He did not arrive until 5:00 pm. When he arrived he did not have the necessary part that had supposedly been ordered. He thought the appointment was to evaluate the same problem, as that is what was on the service call. He then rescheduled our service, without consulting me for the soonest available appointment on December 31, 2024. He told me I would have to cancel it myself if I did not want to keep it. When I looked at my service email, it said the repair was complete. I called today 12/23/24 to get a total refund. They "agreed" and said I should get confirmation of this in an email (which i haven't yet received) and that my refund would post in 2-3 business days. We shall see! I don't know how this company remains in business. Also, this is the first time I've ever reported anyone or any company to the BBB. I wish I had previously read the other reviews prior to putting myself through this horrible experience. It's Christmas and my freezer is on the *****!!!!! Find another repair service!!!!!!!!!

      I would give 0 stars if possible. I called to schedule an appointment for a garage door repair. I was given a date and technician arrival window between 1 and 5pm. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call at 4:22pm, less than 40 minutes prior to the end of the scheduling window. The representative informed me that they did not have a technician available for the scheduled appointment and the next available date would be two weeks away. It is unacceptable and poor customer service to have a client waste their valuable time waiting for a repairman to arrive only to be told at the last minute they will not honor the appointment. The disposition of the representative and the supervisor I requested to speak to was apathetic as if they could care less about the inconvenience. This is not at all the type of service I expect given that Sears has been so reliable in the past.

      PLEASE DO NOT USE!An automated sham of a business. No access via phone. Have a problem with the bill? You'll have a bigger problem agreeing to the bill in the first place.

      Outright parts Fraud. Pohibited under *** and state regulations- should not be in business.1. Advertise many appliance parts that ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM MANUFACTURER OR THIRD PARTIES. Some parts are available; a great many on their diagrams never have been or will be. They fail to differentiate.2. Sell you these parts with a promise of delivery within weeks 3. Require prepayment.4. Email and text you that the parts are on their way.... they do not exist.5. Fail to notify you that the status is "backordered" yet are no longer made 6. Make it very difficult to reach anyone by phone, email, or ************** Mail to obtain a refund.A return phone call elicited that the parts have been backordered and "are not availble" and "have no availability date. This is common, many parts are NEVER AVAILABLE."7. Demand for immediate refund was not agreed to, violating The Federal Fair Credit and federal Consumer Protection Act.8. After TWO MONTHS received email that refund was In the Works.9. Refuse to credit Interest on the loan you made them.

      Never follow through..no repair after 1 month..tech. Who are rude..not good.. They find some excuse to push off repair..and break parts that were working.. Contract sign up said 3 repairs if not fixed they would replace. Worst home warrenty ever..my other in fl they don't have anyone just sticks, plumbing or garage door or air conditioner they told me to go find somebody in the reimburse me. I never saw any money from any of those. I canceled the contract so now Im here in ******** trying to get my dryer fixed and it has been a month and they still havent fixed it and every time I call and make an appointment they say oh we need another part and they push off coming the deal they told me just now from maintenance. The people with the contracts is the deal is three times they come out the fourth time they have to fix it replace it and now theyre saying that parts missing so they push off and call another part without even showing up here so its just manufactured things going on and Im afraid this is gonna go into another year where I have to pay for a new contract and I dont really wanna do that. I want them to fix this now and theyre not.

      1. Sears Home Svcs repairman didnt resolved the problem.2. I had to pay first before he attempted to fix the problem.3. He didnt fix the washing machine & suggested to buy new one.4. I keep on receiving bills for the same service. 5. I called in Nov telling them to stop sending me bill, yet I still received bills in Dec.6. Stop sending me bills & apologize for your malicious billing.

      DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY CANT FIX THE PROBLEM 14 TIMES LATER AND WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY WOULDNT EVEN REPLACE THE DISHWASHER. ITS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .
