      Sears Parts Direct and Transformco the company that owns Sears Parts Direct are fraudulent companies. Please beware and do not order parts from Sears Parts Direct!!! I order a part for my oven about a month again (Nov. 2024). Long story short after ordering the same part twice, neither Sears Parts Direct or anyone at Transformco was able to help me get the part or cancel and refund the order. Sears Parts Direct failed to ever send conformation emails and would send text regarding my orders that were weeks old with incorrect information. They informed me that there websites were not up-to-date. I talked to Sears Parts Direct customer service 4 times (they were nice) and called every department in Transformco. Transformco departments gave me fake phone numbers several times. They also looped their menu messages over and over so you can not actually talk to anyone in many of the departments. I called Transformoc's fraudulent department twice and they were not able to find either order and then told me I was talking with ******** and then said I was talking with Sears Credit Card and then hung up on me. They gave me phone numbers to call for additional help that were actually for "Life Alert" and other products. Again please DO NOT do business with either of these companies. There are currently credit card companies disputing the transactions on my behalf. Better Business Bureau I hope that you look into these companies as well so others won't be taken advantage of like I have been.

      The customer service ***** the **** dont know youre talking about and you cant understand them. Theres no supervisors or managers around and I was told they are not aloud to let you speak with anyone higher up. Ive had several appointments to get my ******* Dryer fixed and it still isnt fix they had to order a part so had to wait. Set up another appointment then the Technician called in sick. No one to cover sick Technicians so still waiting to get dryer fixed.

      We were hopeful. We were wrong. They want your money without any real help. **************** is firewalled so it requires a lengthy phone call wait to talk to a live person. They will not call you back. They want your monthly $. They renew for 12 months and don't tell you. There's a $100 deductible for EVERY service request. Don't fall for this!

      Used Sears Home Services out of ******, **. Stay away from using their price gouging service. **************** is a joke and very deceptive. Terrible business practices with gross misrepresentation.

      Sears Home Services is incompetent and crooked and should be shut down for alleged fraud by the government. A SHS tech who knew nothing ordered parts my dryer didnt need, charged me for them and charged a $428 service call in which he fixed nothing. The next ******** said the first tech was wrong and promised a full refund for the unnecessary parts and ignorant first techs visit. When *** charged my credit card anyway and I disputed the charge, they lied to my bank rather than refund the $428 as promised. DONT HIRE THEM - EVER.

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I payed almost1,900 for a washer dryer combo w warranty, it broke down a few months after I asked them to change it because I felt it was defective and they refused .It broke down more than 7 times since,,its broken now and all they do is give me appointments and dont show up or call that they wont show up. Been 3 months. Never again very stressful wasted money and time dont do it !!! Btw *******

      Received an estimate for $686.96 $514.60 in labor tech spent 20 minutes had to order a part. **** never came back again. Was told by customer service to find another ********************** service. Had to paid in full on first service call. No response from Sears on any kind of refund. Finally I brought a new refrigerator.

      The WORST! Repair and customer service is nonexistent with this company. They are using the former reliable prestige of Sears to get older people to engage with them. We have been trying to resolve a problem with our Kitchenaid refrigerator since May of 2024. The freezer could not stay cold. My husband made the mistake of clicking on the first website that ****** presented which was Sears ************ (SHS). Someone came out, ordered parts. When they returned to install it we were told that part was not the problem, there had been a recall on our model and they would order us the new parts which would be covered by the recall. (Per Whirlpool/********** customer service, there is no recall on our refrigerator) and because we have been f**king around with Sears we have missed out on our 10 year parts guarantee which expired in October 24. We have not seen a service man since August!!! Four appointments have been scheduled and have then been cancelled the same day. My husband sent a ***** package on 11/14 to a ****** ******* of ************* in ***************, ** (who is CEO of *** per ******) that included a full account of our saga. We received a phone call 12/4 from an agent we thought was responding to our complaint who promised we would receive service on our scheduled appointment 12/6 from an "experienced technician". We received text confirmation at 7:14 AM 12/6 but at 10:21 AM they cxld the appt. by text, saying the technician "we" requested was not available that day, the next date was Dec 27 when we will be out of town. My husband called requesting any technician for that day and was told he would receive a call within 3-4 hours. I also called and was told the same thing. NO ONE EVER RETURNED OUR CALLS! I called today 12/10 and talked to an agent with horrible background noise and a difficult to understand accent who said he would have someone try to reschedule the appt for some time other than Dec 27. Still laughing...

      I purchased a Criterion Refrigerator from Menards. The refrigerator itself works fine the the one selling point that it had was a water and ice dispenser which quit in just 10 days the 2 years I purchased it. I tried to get a replacement part and was told it is only made by Sears/******* and now they are not making that particular part. I have contacted them several times and have been told several different things (1) thank particular part is no longer manufactured (2) it is on back order you part will be delivered on December 9th. Don't understand on how it is not being manufactured so the part that is supposed to be coming already feels like it won't fit. They took my money for the part which was ordered on November 16 2024 and it has been taken off my credit card ( $90.79) and as of this Date Dec 10 2024 I have had no response from them they have my money and I don't have a working refrigerator. I would like to have the part I paid over $2000.00 for that refrigerator and I can't afford to buy another one like (of a different brand of course). Really want the part so the fridge can be fixed. It is the water pump to the ice cube and water.

      This company is a total scam. We have had Sears Home Protection Plan on our appliances for ******** July our Kenmore Elite refrigerator stoped working. After dozens of phone calls and 7 or 8 repairmen coming to work on it we were told the parts that were needed were not available any longer. Several times we waited 4 hours for our scheduled appointment & the repairman never came & did not call to cancel. As of today, Dec. 10th our refrigerator is still not working. We have given up
