I set up an appointment to have an appliance serviced. I provided the manufacturer name and serial number for my **********************. The appointment was set the technician arrived and then said he cannot service this brand of appliance. He left and I called customer service. They said he made a mistake and set me up with another four hour window. That window passed, and I contacted Sears CS again. They said my appointment had been canceled by the same technician as he believed they did not service my appliance. I now had wasted an entire day waiting for Sears. They did not tell me they canceled the second appointment.Transformco

1 stari paid $189.99 to have my new microwave installed .they had given me a date of 9/9/2022 from 6pm to 9pm they never showed up I called they said they had changed the date to 9/10/2022 from 8am to 5pm. they did not show up,[ was charged $30 to haul away my old microwave and $159.99 for installation calls are met with automated responses they do not give you options to speak to a life person. Our hot ware heater which is warrantied by Sears has been determined to be replaced. Sears made us an offer neither **** ***** ** ***** could accommodate with the exact replacement for the replacement cost Sears quoted us. For over 36 calendar days we have documented with date and time stamps, all of our conversations from Sear’s agents have been “We will contact you with 48 hours or 2-3 business days.” They have not contacted us. We have executed ever request from Sears with the latest being for us to send an itemized replacement quotes from 3 different suppliers, which we did. We sent in quotes from ****** **** ***** and an authorized distributor for international company * * ***** for what they determined to be a exact replacement for our Sears hot water heater. Sear’s has offshore call centers taking our calls with each call starting from the beginning as per the call centers request. Sears wants everyone to concede under DURESS and making replacement a futile endeavor. Now I understand why Sears has gone out of the retail business. It is a shameTransformco

My freezer has been out of order since April 2022. I have been rescheduled at least 4 - 5 times. The technician did show up once and ordered the part after we were rescheduled the first time but has not returned since the part has come. It has been sitting in our kitchen beside the freezer since April. The last time I spoke with a supervisor she guaranteed me that the appointment would be kept the next time to please give them one more chance. I agreed. We waited all morning up until our approximated appointment time of 2:45 and got a text rescheduling the appointment again. Now we are suppose to wait until 9/28 for the freezer to be repaired. Something needs to be done with this company. My problem is I can't find anyone else in this are to fix a Kenmore or I would cancel on Sears Home Repair and call them. Beware when buying Kenmore. They do not honor their repair agreements.Transformco

Unable to get delivery of an approved replacement washer/dryer stackable laundry unit which was approved under a purchased Master Protection Agreement from Sears. The unit was to be delivered and installed by a Sears installer. I was advised that there is no delivery installer for my area and that I would have to get my own installer. The delivery method needs to be switched to Home Delivery. Sears arranged for three different delivery dates yet no one showed. Every call to customer service, protection agreement ********************** and delivery department results with the same response You will be notified in 48 to 72 hours about the delivery. 1 starHorrible!!! Had a Technician at my home to replace an ice maker and when he said it was completed I walked out of my home w/him and when I returned my kitchen was flooded from his work. They are very difficult to resolve the issue as it ruined my hard wood floor. Customer satisfaction is NOT a model with this company. Strongly suggest getting a different company to do your service work. Definitely dont let Technician ID # ******* into your home!!!!Review fromStephen S

1 starTransform SR **** Improvement Products LLC has the worst service. "Manny" - one of their furnace installers - is incompetent and he damaged my door frame bringing in the new furnace. It took weeks of telephone and email complaints and multiple other contractors to correct the mess ***** made installing my furnace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Review fromJames S

1 star***** S My refrigerator has been down since July, I have had seven visits to fix my refrigerator and it is still down. I have three parts that came waiting to be installed on Sept 9. The reps you speak to lie. You cannot speak to a manager. They have said that I qualified for food spoilage, two checks being sent for $300.00 each and another one for $115. That is so good of them now if they would only send them. I was a *********************** for a company that provided service for data processing equipment worldwide.I would love to turn this company around. Sears honor your contracts or get out of the business.I would like to see the management team of this company go without a refrigerator for two months.I will never buy anything for them again or do I plan on renewing my contracts.I gave them one star because you have to pick at least one. 1 starPurchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator on July 2018 for over $2000. It lasted less than five years before it stopped working; after contacting Sears home warranty department multiple technicians showed up to my house and had us paying for replacement parts in an attempt to fix it until we were told that it had an internal leak and that there was nothing they can do to fix it and that it was our problem. After some research it turns out ******* did cover for internal leaks and a replacement was warranted, however Sears did not wanted to honor it. After months of countless hours on the phone and being transferred a million times Sears finally agreed to replace the refrigerator but this process has not been easy. Two months after Sears agreed to replace the fridge we had to come up with an additional $800 dollars out of pocket for a replacement similar to the original fridge. A month after all this, the replacement arrived, however, the they send us a damaged one twice and wanted us to go through the warranty department to get a brand new fridge fixed. After going back and forward they asked us for more money to send a replacement for the replacement, what a joke!!!Almost six months have passed and to this date we still havent received a replacement. Every time we call we are given a run around and a response promise of ***** hours which never happens. Because of these people we lost a lot of food initially and spent a lot of extra money daily because we have nowhere to store fresh food, to this Sears denies any responsibility and had left us hanging stating that "that is not their problem". If anyone is considering the purchase of a new fridge, stay away from any brands connected to Sears, their customers service and response to our concerns are the worst Ive ever seen.Zero empathy or concern for customers.Had to give this business a one star because the system will not allow me to give them any less.
