      Don't make the mistake to order with sears parts online, the customer service is really bad. I make an order on December an 2 months pass without any shipment or response on why?. To cancel the order or recover the money for an order is almost impossible, there is no body responsible, no even if you request a manager; they just said, that can just send an email or request to another team, and the time just pass by with out any response. it is truly a nightmare!!!
      Don't do it.

      Don't even waste your time with Sears Home Services - seriously, save yourself the headache and just go with someone else. I scheduled a service appointment for a dishwasher and ice machine repair. Took me 30 min on the phone just to get the appointment set (during which time, I stated the service address TWICE). The next day, I get a confirmation notice with the wrong address listed. I try to reach someone by phone, but it just routes you around and around in an automated menu. The confirmation claimed I could edit the service address via chat - tried that and got the same runaround by the chat bot. Called again the next day and finally got a person who told me that the appointment would need to be cancelled in order to update the address. What?? Convinced them to keep the appointment and send a message to the dispatch with the correct address. Few hours later, got an appointment rescheduled notice for the next day (not going to work as I already took time off to be there for the original appointment). Called again and went round and round with the person who basically said that my appointment must be rescheduled because I gave the wrong address despite me giving the accurate address twice and then calling back and giving it again! At that point, I canceled the appointment and went with a different company. Oh, and the cancellation confirmation? Still listing the wrong address. If they can't even get an address correct, do you really want them repairing your appliances?

      Worst service I have ever had, they did not ship my part and they could not tell me when it was going to happen after 2 weeks. It was to arrive 3 days after it was ordered and never did. I had to deal with a call center who could not tell me any thing after 5 different calls. I deal with customer experience for work and this is the worst I have seen. I have now canceled my order and they have said it would take 3 days to do that, which is crazy. This is not a business I would order from again and it is not a shock that their brick and mortar went out of business. Very sad in this day and age we deal with companies who are challenged to get the basics correct.

      They don't honor their customers, I have been waiting on them to replace a refrigerator since November 7, 2024 I have call every week since then keep telling me that it in the negotiations department call back in 5 business day and they will email, I haven't got not one email and they been ordering part for my other refrigerator and make appointment and keep canceling, my refrigerator was making ice and giving water now it's not doing nether all they do lie about my refrigerator but they take the 100.00 deposit out before making a appointment I want both of my refrigerator fixed and stop taking money from people and fixing the appliances I want every dime back from they scamming butt, Don't be fooled like I have save your money they are scamming everyone.       What a joke for appointments first appointment technician came out looked at the ice maker said we needed a complete assembly only ordered ice maker not bucket or auger second appointment gentleman came to the front door never knocked no call no tax stood there for 3 minutes got back in his vehicle and left third appointment no call no show no parts fourth appointment was supposed to be at 1:00 p.m. no show no call 5:00 p.m. calls and says oh by the way you need to pay us more money for the other parts that you did not pay for when my wife had paid for everything.

      HORRIFIC! Purchased a replacement part for my ******* Stove (don't ever buy *******!) purchased on the Sears Parts Direct website Nov 5, 2024. when the delivery date of Nov 11, passed I TRIED to reach someone at the customer service phone line. HA Joke. I have tried 9 times to get my refund. I was having to call the SERVICE department to get transferred to customer service because CS just is an automated loop saying your part will be delivered in Nov. 2024!I have reached 3 customer service ***** English is not their first language and they struggle to explain why my money hasn't been refunded. Worse yet, try LOCATING their CEO's to send letters or file a small claims court. Sears was dismantled years ago and who knows what company bought what aspect of Sears. All I could find was Transformco. I am out a bit of money and this is outrageous!

      Ordered a part and it never came. They kept saying it was pending shipment for over 2 months. Kept calling to complain and they would say that they would expedite the part and have it arrive next week. Finally, I told them to cancel the order. They said they would refund my card. Surprise, surprise....they never refunded my money. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. So many hours wasted trying to resolve this and months of waiting for a dishwasher part. I don't think this is actually a legitimate business. ZERO STARS!!

      I ordered a part for my stove on Jan 9. Was told I would get it on the 13th, it did not come. I checked my bank account on the 15th and saw that the money was taken out twice. I called Sears Parts Direct customer service and they told me I ordered the same part twice on the same day, which I did not do. I received the part on the 16th. Customer service said I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. The money never showed up. I have called them at least 5 times and they keep telling me I will get the refund in 3 to 5 days. I called on Feb 6 and this time the person I talked to said she got authorized to refund my money and should be in my account in 5 or 10 minutes. Feb.8 still no money. I am turning this over to my bank fraud division. Don't do business with this company, I will never buy from them again

      I ordered a LC Dishwasher on November 14 2024 that was supposed be delivered on November 22 2024. It never came , they changed the delivery date to November 27 2024. It never came called back. Date changed again to December 19 2024. Never came called back. Date changed again to January 2 2025. Never came again called back. Date changed again to January 20 2025 Never came called back. Date changed to February 6 2025. Never came called back. Date changed to February 18 2025. How can I get my Dishwasher That I already Paid For???

      Sears warranty service. Birch of Contact The ice maker was leaking last August; contacted Sears Homes Services. Created a work order. Parts were ordered and finally on hand after 3 months. Sears has scheduled numerous appointments to my home..after receiving many confirmations emails and texts, promising a technician would call or text when on the way..they have canceled every appointment and rescheduled for other appointment during the day of the appointment without any explanation. This has happened November, December 24, January and February 2025. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this issue. Refrigerator is under warranty and I have called for assistance many times or used the chats has not accomplished any positive actions on their part.
