      Weve had two different appointments set up with this company and its been the worst experience. The first appointment they canceled half way through the day (they tell you to be home from 8-5) and canceled. Today they were supposed to come out and just no showed. I tried called their number and the number doesnt work. Theres literally no point in getting a warranty because youre just gonna have to find someone to fix whatever broke and pay them.

      very very bad company, been rescheduled 3 times in 1 week and waited twice in that week for them to come, than after 3.5 hrs i get text mess. and another schedule for next week. its a game wasting my time to come by, like i have no life but to wait for them

      The worst company I have ever dealt with. They advertise excellent service however their service is pretty much non existent. In 7 months I had 8 appointments. 3 were not shows. I tried to get a 4 hr. window each time but was told it had to be 8 to 5. Waited all day. I think the company should have to pay the customer for all the time that they waste on the phone and waiting for repairman that never show. I would rate them much, much less than one star if possible.

      Total waste of money and time. Incredibly useless. Wont keep scheduled appointments and wont contact you to let you know if delays.

      Have not gotten my washing machine fixed yet after 6 tech visits. Its now been 2 months. One no show, two when he came n ordered parts, three cancelled on their end, four came but couldnt do job without an extra tech, five came again alone but another technician hadnt been scheduled to come with him, 6 technician called and said again that another technician wasnt scheduled with him so job couldnt be completed. I pay for this service monthly!! What a joke!!

      I think every review here pretty much sums up the service we haven't gotten from both the warranty company (Sear Home Warranty) and A&E. Over three months and seven scheduled appointments with several cancelations and my fridge is still not fixed. This is absolutely is the most frustrating process I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The worst part is that there does not seem to be any recourse.

      Horrible company Had a repair they fixed, but damage my washer. Trying since April of 2022 To have them fix the damage. came out in June to re look at it said they couldn't get the parts.( They should of compensated if they can't fix it)) So I have called over 30 times have also called their warranty company Sedgwick which they never answer the phone it always goes to recording I think it's just 2 girl's names with a recorder so it's really not even a warranty company for them. A&E can't even get ahold if them. A&E says there problem department will call me back 24 -48 hours. Heard that 3 times already !! Never call......not surprised. They only have one phone number you can never talk to a manager they say it's a manager but they can't do anything sometimes it's the same person coming back on the phone saying yes I'm the manager which being from ***** you can hardly understand them horrible horrible company. They tell me to call ********** where I purchase my washer and dryer why would I do that they didn't damage it then they tell me about my warranty well doesn't matter I have a warranty or I don't you damaged it you should take care of it I did have a warranty but it ran out between fighting with these people to get it taken care of they're telling me to turn it into warranty. A&E is my warranty!!!

      A and E is a subsidiary of ***** and contracted by ** for appliance warranty repairs. They were contacted for warranty service and first appointment was for 1 week. We waited during the appointment window (8AM-5PM) and no one showed. Tried to contact A and E but virtually impossible to reach a live person (took over an hour). When we finally reached someone we were told he came but no one was home- but we were and all day. This occurrence is also found in numerous other complaints. Our next appointment was given 5 weeks out as there is only one technician in our area (SW Virginia). When he finally came he said there was no problem. His only diagnostic was to read the display (which was no longer displaying an error code) but did not take refrigerator or freezer temperature readings, check the evaporator fan etc. He was gone within 10'. He mentioned in passing that if he had to come back it would be another 5 weeks and cost us $500. The refrigerator freezer was still not cooling after he left. We feel A and E did everything to put obstacles between itself and a successful repair: automated but severely limited customer service and lack of properly trained personnel.

      I have never seen seen such a s*** company!!! Horrible customer service!! We are dropping American Home Shield because these aholes are on their repair list! 372 reviews none above a 1! I know I am hostile, we have been without a dryer for almost 2 months and they could not care less! Excuses after excuses, for fun I ordered the parts they were WAITING for and I could have had them in 2 days! They have been waiting for parts for 30 days! Inexcusable! S*** company ! GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY! THEY made me pick a star, I wanted a flame thrower!

      If I could give a no stars to be able to leave a review, I would. My home warranty sent A & E Factory to my house and a replacement was approved by home warranty company. We were told by the original tech that the part would be sent to me directly but another technician from A & E' would come and install the part. The 2nd technician came in my home, was rude and unprofessional, instantly stating that the home warranty would not cover the install. My husband tried to explain to him that it was already approved, hence he was here to install the delivered part. He then continued to argue with my husband and ultimately left, with the part that was delivered. I have tried to contact this company and they refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I also informed my home warranty company that I do not want anyone from this company back to my house.
