      These people are associated with American Home Shield and it appears to be a way to slow walk repairs for AHS. It's been 6 weeks and no one seems to be able to help me. After 5 weeks A&E told me my appliance parts were no longer available and a report would be sent to AHS. Over a week later and 3 phone calls later. Still no report and the beauracratic runaround continues. Zero confidence in AHS or A&E. Feels like a fraud.

      Horrible service. They don't even open the washer to check when they come to see why it isn't working. They used to have people that did a good job...slow to get an appointment, but fixed it. The last two people that hace come I dont think know how to fix the machines.They ordered a part a few months ago and the controls don't work the same as before. I have to push start two times now. Now more repairs needed as the washer won't turn. They said they ordered 6 parts and one has not arrived. I call where they order and they have the part but not sent. I am guessing they did not actually order the part so they don't have to come back to do the work. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor saying they will have them call me in 4i hours, but no call. They said they can not see or track the order. And can not provide me an.ordrr number for me to check the status of the part order. I am very dissatisfied with their service. Never use them

      This company should be shut down and forced to pay for lost wages due to the wait time of every cancellation they consistently make. I have been cancelled 5 times since Aug.30,2022!! I have been without my kitchen refrigerator for 2 and 1/2 months with every excuse they could come up with. Break down of truck, did not have correct work orders, another towing of the truck and not right tools to fix the problem ,not a technician to fix problem, technician no longer available!!!! It has been a NIGHTMARE! They never give you someone to directly talk to and say they will have a supervisor call you back with no avail. I am mentally fed up! To top it off ,I paid in full and continue to put up with this Bull----!!!!! Don't EVER use this company!!!!

      Refrigerator was under big-box-store extended warranty and this company was sent out by the warranty company to fix the issue. Two parts were ordered and sent to my house, but one of them was not used because the tech said it wasnt needed. Now the company is trying to direct bill me for over $400 with threats of collections. They dont respond to written inquiries and the bill, which I do not owe, is for BOTH parts plus labor! I think its a scam because I did not set up the repair or agree to any payments. They know who called them but theyre still trying to get me to pay? Then theyll probably bill the warranty company and get paid twice! Theyre not getting one thin dime from me.

      Total scam. They sent someone who clearly knew little to nothing about repairing ovens. He fiddled around - and then took a wild guess about what might he wrong. Next, he proceeded to tell us that the part is not available to his company. (Six year old unit). And charged us a ****** diagnostic fee. He shared the supposed part number, saying "maybe you can get the ************ learned. Do not use A and E. And do not buy ******* appliances. (Other repair people 8n the *********** to service them.)

      These people are incompetent scammers! I can't even begin to describe the depth of my beef with this company. THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN for appliance malpractice. Not one of them has a clue how to fix anything. We have been without a fridge for 4 months before ********** finally gave us a replacement. Every time these guys came, they did shoddy work and made the problem worse. I honestly can't believe they still operate and there should be a class action suit against them. Look at all the complaints! Hundreds of them. After 6 home visits they finally broke the fridge completely. Mind blowing that these clowns call themselves a repair service. They are a joke. I like in ************* for reference.

      Horrible company. We have been waiting on our fridge to be repaired for almost four months!! Twice the technician didn't show up, no communication whatsoever. When they finally did we were told they needed to order a new door, this was almost two months ago. I have called A &E seven times to find out what was happening, I never received any communication from anyone as to the status of the parts. I called again last week and they said the parts are unavailable, and we would be getting a replacement fridge. We were guaranteed that somebody from ****** would be contacting us in two days, well that never happened. I call ****** today and they said the replacement request was never sent and the parts are still on backorder, what?? I call A&E and they tell me one was never sent in the first place so they will send it again, what is happening?? So not only did they not tell us the parts weren't available but they did nothing on their end to remedy the situation! The communication, or lack thereof, on A&E's part is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. So now we are supposedly going to hear in two days, yet again, from ****** regarding a replacement fridge, I'm not holding my breath ????

      I am a subscriber to a home warranty company. This is the company that they contracted for repair on my fridge. The freezer on my fridge stopped working on Sept 5th, a Monday. I got on the app and got an appointment for Weds the 7th. When I got up on Tuesday, I thought perhaps the freezer just needed to defrost, and I would be fine. I wasn't sure I'd be able to cancel the appointment on the day of, so I got on the app and canceled the appointment, figuring I could get an appointment for Thursday if it turned out I did still need it. When I realized that the problem was real, I went back on the app, only to learn that now I could not get an appointment for 2 1/2 weeks. Because of A&E's stupid policy, they punished me for canceling the first appointment. I called them and they refused. Fine. On the 23rd, the guy came out and looked at it and said he'd have to go order parts. I set an appointment to come back on Oct 14 to install, if the parts could be acquired. In the meantime, I got one item, shipped to my post office, which was a little connecter chord in a small box. I supposed that was it, and took it home and set it by the fridge. On 10/13, I got an automated call from the company telling me to call them back to let them know if I had gotten the parts. This I did, only to learn that I needed 3 parts, not just the one. I asked them how long I had to wait for it to be determined that those parts were not available. She told me I had to wait 21 business days from the day they first ordered the parts, which for some stupid reason, didn't happen until 9/30. So they sat on my project for a full week before they did anything. Now it is 10/27, and they are still insisting that they have to wait until Monday the 31st before they will discuss replacement of my 11 year old fridge, with the broken freezer. I will cancel my membership with this company as soon as this ordeal is done. I would NEVER recommend this company.

      Had them out here 3 times for the same issue with the same GE fridge. Purchased through ********** under warranty, and this is the company they refer to us as the best choice in my area. Technician was rude and has been unable to fix the issue after 3 visits, with each visit being 2-3 weeks apart. Its been 3 months without a functional refrigerator, and the technician had the audacity after his 3rd visit to leave here yesterday without fixing the fridge and then closing the claim so I had to start the claim process with ********** all over again for the 4th time. We called to try to expedite the 4th visit and were told they couldnt do any better than 2 weeks out. When we asked to speak to a supervisor and explain our situation and share our frustration, the lovely lady on the phone hung up on us. Cant believe these incompetent, disrespectful people are still in business. Went out of my way to share my experience with **********s warranty group as well, and Im not even the type to review anything.
