      Same, no one showed up 8-5. Cant find a legit contact. We were never given work order, part number or any way to contact anybody Only ai assistant on phone. No humans. Tech showed up 2nd time was there 2 hours said needed new fangetting iced up. Why was there an ice build up? This is 2 month old refrigerator. Didnt know. Said part was ordered, hed be back 06/13/24. Please unload,unplug night prior. At noon finally got chat ai guy No part ,no tech coming. 90 degree day. ****** still not at temp 6 hours after cluster muck. No help from anyone @A&E . ********** contact is just as bad and appliance dealer says so what. Best resolution w/o heart attack is buy a new one from Lowes or ***********

      This company is terrible at communicating. I've been without a deep freeze for four months now. The freezer is under warranty thankfully, but they still charged me $127 for a service call because they couldn't find my case that it was under warranty. I'm yet to be refunded even though the technician said I would be. I've had two different techs show up. And two no shows. I thought the second tech would fix the freezer but he was only re-diagnosing the issue because there was no paperwork that the first tech was there the first time. No parts have showed up yet and I haven't gotten any updates. I'm stuck complaining to GE Appliance to just initiate a refund on the freezer. The freezer only costs $375 while the parts and repair is quoted at $1100. But GE wants to repair it. I despise new appliances, not made to last.

      Quite possibly the worst customer service, worst scheduling system, most broken promises, most outright lying, company that I have every had to deal with for ANY type of repair. As you can see below you could simply cut and paste 99 percent of the reviews because they are so similar.We are going on 1 month since our 6k Frigidaire Professional Fridge stopped working. This company will not show up after sending emails and texts of confirmed appts. They will outright lie to you that a tech is coming that day on the phone, they will change your scheduled appts without even asking....on and on and on. As near as I can figure from reading others reviews and my personal experience they do not give a **** about doing good work as they basically have a monopoly with ***** and Fridigaire.

      Terrible service. Took 3 separate days off work, and the third time the repair guy came out and now the fridge sounds like a generator in my kitchen, and they want me to take a fourth day off and come back in four days to fix it. NOT acceptable seeing as the guy that came to fix it created this problem. Dont use them.

      This company gave me the run around and then blocked my number when calling the technician to see the status of the repair. He charged me for the part in which turned out to be the wrong part and was supposed to credit me the money but still yet has done that and made me pay 236 for the part and then took the new part back with him and said he was returning it and then credit my money and he never did

      I had a repair order for a month with service repair appointments. Nobody showed up for the appointments. When attempting to contact the company, it goes to automated calls. When I use a phone not listed on the repair order, I am able to get through to a human. Every time I call, I get the usual "the parts haven't come in". Per the link they sent me regarding my service repair, the parts were received a week after I initiated the repair order. This company should not be in business!!! I would give them a zero star if I could.

      We had 3 appointments scheduled with this company to have our refrigerator repaired. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I don't know where this 'business' is located at as there is no such thing as talking to a real honest to God live person. The voice automated system that you reach when you do call is worthless. First question wants to know if you are calling to cancel your appointment. That really starts the process off right and should have been a red flag in the beginning! I don't blame the techs. I blame the pencil pushers.

      Beware the technicians are lazy. Our refrigerator hasn't been working for a week and the technician is mad that I complained because they didn't fix the problem so now I'm still waiting and my refrigerator is still not working and when I call I get transferred here and there and a technician went to day but they just tell us to call conns and then conns sends the technician. Its a circle.

      Horrible company to deal with. Assigned to fix my appliances through American home Shield. Neither company communicates with us. I get assigned an appointment. Their tech is sick or is overbooked every time I wait around from 8 am to 5 pm. I have had to wait for over a month to get the parts that were delivered to my home to be installed. I have spent hours on the phone at a time. I would give less then 1 star if I was able.
