      I have a ******* Refrigerator that I bought from a ***** outlet store in **************. I searched online for a ***** repair service and was linked to set up an appointment for 9/10/2022. A & E Factory Services came out and I told them that the ice on my refrigerator fan needed to be removed. WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING at the frig, they quoted me a price of $366 and said that if I sign up for a warranty, they would charge me a reduced fee. He added that after 3 months, I could get a new frig under the warranty if it was not fixable. The "technician" said that my frig was not fixable. When I asked to see a link online explaining this "warranty", he handed me his phone and told that once I sign up, a link would be sent to me. When I asked again to see this warranty online, he told me again that once I sign up for it, a link would be sent to me. I realized at this point that this "company" is a scam. No diagnostics done and offered an unverifiable "warranty." At that point, I told the technician to get out of my house. He resisted first, but I continued to tell him to leave. On his way out, he said that I would be receiving a bill. As of today, 9/14/22, I have not received a bill, but I do not intend to pay for a scam visit to my home. WARNING......DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! NEVER! MINUS 100 STAR RATING if I could leave that!

      Worst ever, obviously terrible service, looks like everyone says same thing. No show no show more no show, a dozen messages, texts and emails and broken links every time , then confirmed, confirmed confirmed appointment then you have someone there waiting...no show. Said no answer on phone, CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY, hey guys some of us are working. Show up! you confirmed the appointment a dozen times with no way of responding back. I do service I hang a tag on door if no one is there.. We are there!!!! Waiting, and then being told reschedule a week out!!!!! No refrigerator for how long?? 10 days plus. And are you going to be there next time?? I seriously doubt it, terrible service. Hung up on by customer service?? Because I raised my voice! After I apologized. Then phone was blocked. I HAVE NO REFRIGERATOR!! You would too after being told another week after being cancelled and dismissed so easily. Don't trust them at all especially reading the same story about them over and over.

      Purchased a warranty through lowes only to find out that it was just a piece of paper when I attempted to get my dryer fixed....canceled on me twice, received a voicemail from a&e from *** who sounded drunk telling me my dryer wouldnt get fixed because of where I live....I live in an accessible and very populated area so there is no reason for that, also they didnt tell me that when I purchased the warranty.....total scam! should be a zero star option

      MOTHER PASSES AWAY AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY A & E FACTORY. I am writing to share my experience with A & E Factory Services so others will benefit from the disheartening experience I received from this company. I had a technician (ID# ******** come out to service my ******* Dryer which was not heating. The technician was dishonest, arrogant and rude. I was charged $426.06 to replace my heating element. The technician quoted me a much lesser price, otherwise I would never had agreed to pay this amount. Not even 6 months later my dryer is doing the exact same thing. Not heating. A & E advised they cannot do anything because it is past the 90 days. I explained my mother passed away and I had been out of state for a couple of months. Unfortunate, this company would hire someone who is dishonest

      Oh my goodness. If only I had read these complaints. This is THE WORST service company I have ever dealt with. Its exactly what happened to us. I called ** and they said A&E was one of their certified technicians so to use them. First question they asked me was how I was going to pay. They came out and diagnosed problems but didnt have the parts. When we scheduled repair the literal day of the appointment they called and said they didnt have authority to repair. This is 60 days after the original diagnostic service for which they charged $99. Then they said theyd get approval and could come back after another 30 days. At this point that would be 90 days after I contacted them. Rude service man and very incompetent company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! They should not be in business!!

      Tech came out to look at my non-working ice maker on my new ** refrigerator. He was here 15 minutes and followed the video online, which is what I had already done and told him so. He said I needed a new ice maker, placed an order for one and left. Receive new ice maker a week later and installed it myself. It still was not working so I unplug the refrigerator to reset all refrigerator settings. Ice maker started working. 3 weeks after the initial appointment I received a phone call stating a technician would be out the next day. I found customer service to cancel the appointment. It took talking to three people. All of them asking me did I want to cancel my appointment. I told each of them yes I wanted to cancel the appointment I never knew anything about nor had I made. Also let them know I had fixed my ice maker. At that point they tried to sell me a service agreement when I tried to answer and say no they talked over me got rude and so I hung up.

      They are the worst company to work with!!
      I would give them 0 stars if posible. I have had 2 separate repair appointments where the technician has not shown up and they falsify documents by signing your name so they can get paid! After getting multiple texts and emails for over a week comfirming their arrivial time, I received an email today changing their arrivial time that had pasted and at the same time they closed the ticket and signed my name.
      DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

      Terrible company. All communication outsourced to (likely) *****. You have no way to communicate with your local technician. We waited all day on the day of our appointment, and nobody came, and nobody contacted us. The automatic phone system doesn't work much of the time and will randomly hang up on you. For some reason, they autopopulated the info of a previous occupant for my address and used their contact info instead of what I provided. They had put my number down as an "alternate." Now they're saying they have to reschedule because they're waiting for parts. I have no way of knowing if the correct parts have been received. People at their phone number tend to repeat memorized English phrases. I bought my washer at Lowes, and they should be ashamed to used this company.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. Im pretty sure this is a scam. Take multiple appointments through warranty company, but then never even show up prepared to do any work. (If they show up - no showed twice calling the day of the appointment). Always try to find a reason of why they cant do the work. (The fridge is not pulled out from the wall, the warranty company had not yet approved the visit (even though they were the ones who scheduled it and I had confirmation)). They schedule you out 3-4 weeks each time. After 4 months without a working fridge, I give up. Truly awful company.

      Worst company ever! Did not check with us about having two refrigerators and only one under coverage! Came out and took my money and left! But before he left he said it happens all day long! So they just collect money without hardly working at all! Great scam!
