    I bought a PowerSmart Lawn Mower (Model #DB2194CR) in April, 2022. The lawn mower worked for the two times I used it. The lawn mowers' engine failed afterward. I really do not know any mechanics or have the money to invest in having the machine fixed. The lawn mower basically sat in my home basically for a year. My wife finally persuaded me to attempt to fix the machine. I found that lifting the front end of the machine would circulate the gas. I called PowerSmart on June 6, 2023, I spoke to a representative named ********. ******** e-mailed me the names of four Small Engine Repair Shops. I took the lawn mower to a repair shop named: **********************. The repair shop is located at **************************************************************. Their phone number is ************. I spoke to the owner *************************. He performed the diagnostic check on the lawn mower. His analysis was that something was malfunctioning within the motor. I reported this information back to PowerSmart on June 8, 2023. It has been over a month since I reported this information to Power Smart and no action has been taken. Furthermore, I was mowing the lawn yesterday (June 10,2023) and the front right tire fell off. I have tried calling Power Smart but no one is answering my call. This machine is defective and I would like to get a refund. I bought it through AFFIRM Credit.Thank you for your time and patience in helping me resolve this issue.************************************* ******************************

    I bought a Powersmart 21" Gas Push Lawn Mower in November, 2021, which was delivered in December 2021 from the Air Force and Army Exchange as I am a Retired Veteran. My husband put it together and did our first mow about May 2022. We last used it in appr. Oct 2022. We thoroughly cleaned it of all grass clippings and drained the fuel, putting it in storage for the Winter. In May 2023, he used it weekly until the back wheels shattered in pieces. I tried to reach the company by calling ************ and ************, Mon - Fri, **** to ****. The phone is answered by after an hour of being on hold, it disconnects. I have sent an email to suppport @amerisunic.com with no response, 1 Jul 2023. I contacted the Exchange and it's too late for a return and they don't have any contact with the vendor who sold it to the Exchange. The local repair shop said it will be about $50, including labor to replace the 2 back 8" wheels because it the original wheel design is plastic and too thin to hold the weight of the mower. He also noticed small cracks in the front wheels and recommended we replace those, too. I am just asking for replacement wheels at no charge. It's obvious that there are other people having issues as no one will answer us at all.

    On June 13th I purchased a lawn mower from powersmart. The cost was $215.99. After receiving and operating the lawn mower for ***** minutes **** the wheel cracked and broke. I contacted support via email and was told that they would send a new wheel. I replied back that I did not want a new wheel (Im not impressed with the product) and I would like to process a full refund. I never received a reply back. I tried calling the customer service phone number, but it kept me on hold for 20 minutes and the call ended without speaking to a representative. The communication with this company has been horrible. I finally received a second email saying that I would have to supply a receipt of purchase, date, picture of the wheel, product number ect . I provided all this in an email, and AGAIN , never received any email back! I need a shipping label to return this item and I havent received one.

    Returned item for refund, item was received, no refund sent, will not answer calls to customer service number or emails! This is the second one ,lawnmower,that I have purchased!

    Ordered Lawn Mower Model# PSM2521SH - Serial# ******************* on April 10/2023 received it on the !5th. I noticed right away that it made and odd knocking sound when It first starts up and again when it is shutting down. After mowing my Lawn about 8 times the machine made a loud Clunk and the RPMs picked up and the blade stopped turning . I thought maybe a belt broke or a bolt came out. I turned it on its side only to see that the entire shaft had snapped completely off just below the motor. This is now nothing more than a boat anchor. Have tried calling ************* and 3 times i was put on hold for service Rep for just over an hour and then it just disconnected my call. I have E-Mailed their so called Web site and have got NO RESPONSE. I have also tried to Register my Mower on their website and it will not ever let me complete it. This is one sad company service. I still have the original box and will gladly send back my unit. It starts as it should but that is it. Its totally useless. I have Had to purchase another name brand mower at a higher cost cause its summer here and the grass was getting out of control. At this point I have no desire to get a replacement all I want is a REFUND of my money.$ ****** Plus Tax .

    I have been trying to contact power smart since the beginning of june about a lawn mower that i purchased that the front wheel broke on after 2 uses. They will not answer calls and will not respond to my emails

    I PURCHASED POWERSMART LAWNMOWER NOVEMBER 5, 2022, PAID FOR 2 YEAR WARRANTY. THE COST CAME TO $287.26.THIS MAY NOT SEEM LIKE A LOT OF MONEY, BUT TO ME IT IS BECAUSE I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AT THE TENDER AGE OF 66 YEARS.RECENTLY THE **** THING STOPPED WORKING. TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NOWHERE, NO ONE ANSWER THE ****** SCROLLING THROUGH ********* CAME UPON POWERSMART PROMOTING THIS LAWNMOWER. I MADE A COMMENT. SINCE THEN ONE DAY I GOT A RESPONSE VIA MESSENGER ASKING FOR PROOF OF PUCHASE, PROOF OF WARRANTY, WHICH I SENT COPIES OF MY RECEIPTS OF PURCHASE AND WARRANTY.TODAY IS JULY 3, 2023 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE PROVIDING THE REQUESTED PROOF THAT WAS ASKED FOR VIA MESSENGER.SCROLLING THROUGH ******** TODAY I SAW IN THE COMMENT SECTION ANOTHER PERSON IS GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING.IT IS SO SAD HOW THIS COMPANY WANT TO PROMOTE THIS LAWNMOWER AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE NO TYPE OF ASSISTANCE IN GETTING YOUR ISSUES RESOLVED. NOW I HAVE A LAWNMOWER SITTING IN MY SHED THAT IS INOPERABLE AND I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.     March 12, 2023 $196.01 PowerSmart 209CC Engine 21" 3-in-1 Gas Powered Push Lawn Mower DB2194PH with 8" Rear Wheel, Rear Bag, Side Discharge and Mulching I've been calling and emailing since week one of owning this lawnmower. First the two wheels broke and had to go to ********** and replace since company never responded. ($65.00 total). Call again on serval occasions as clip s**** came out of mower handles and mower smokes and wont start. Now mulching bag wont stay on mower. After many attempts to contact the company to resolve issue. I would just like a full refund.

    Purchase date 10/10/2023 Order # *******-82161967 Purchase powersmart lawnmower mower 209CC DB2194SH price ****** sold thru ******* for powersmart which has 3 year warranty Try a million times to contact Powersmart thru email, website page and telephone no luck no response. The lawnmower died after blowing out ******** thru exhaust system, it was not a good running mower at all.Powersmart seems like they don't exist anymore..?.

    They sold me a lawnmower that fell apart coming out of the box and then the belt broke. Thier phone number is fake, they don't answer phone, messages or emails.
