I purchased a lawn mower from them in April of last year. About a month ago I was mowing and one of the wheels fell off and is not able to be reattached. Tried calling them 4 or 5 times and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Finally sent an email and received a reply stating that they have an issue with their phone service, told me to submit order, model and part number and they would help with a resolution. Ordered wheel for gas lawn mower. Charged my credit card on 07/18/23. Lawn mower purchased June 2023. Wheel cracked. Order #*****, confirmation #E8VMUUVLU for the wheel. Called on three separate days. No answer. E-mailed powersmartusa.com twice. No answer. I did receive a response to my two emails saying they would get back to me. However, I can get no one on the phone or computer. Would like to have this part. They charged me for the wheel. Would appreciate it if BBB is able to help. Terrible customer service. The product was bought on Walmart.com 09/30/22 ( by my daughter ****** for me) since it was the end of the grass cutting season I did not start using it until May of 2023. I first went to use the grass catching bag in July of 23 and when I listed the hactch door to put the grass acting bag on to spring came fling out from somewhere now the mower is totally unusable. I contacted Walmart,com where it was perched from and they said the time was up where they could refund that I needed to contact the manufacture because it was still under warranty. I have called eery number and set on the phone for hours,messaged them commented on their ******** page to no answer any where. I do not know what else to do.Initial Complaint

I bought a mower for my daughter in ****, it is a 21inch cut self propelled 3in1 walk behind. Had the mower for 2 months and the blade connector came off and was damaged. I placed order for replacement and they have not shipped the order. I have called numerous times and get not answer and have sent emails with no response. Sep 26, 2022 order Order# *******-69360859 Purchased this lawn mower at ******** It has a 3 year warranty. I have sent several email with the receipt attached to this company. Only for them to ask for the receipt for the product over and over again. I want a refund of my money to purchase another lawn mover and definitely not one from this company since they don't stand behind their products that they sell. I have made numerous phone calls and been on hold for over 30 minutes only for the call to be disconnected. I purchased the Powersmart lawnmover and while I was using it the very second time, the motor blew up. The lawnmower now starts, but it gets turned off very quicky or in about 2 minutes. I have been trying to call powersmart for more than 2 weeks and everyday the call would just go and go and it will not connect with a representative. I even have waited for more than 3 hours just to speak with representative but no one would answer the call. I am looking for exchange or refund for this item. thank you,Initial Complaint

I purchased a lawn mower direct from the manufacturer on July 8th. It was delivered July 15th at 12pm. It stopped running after 5 min and took another hour to start. After starting again the entire blade assembly started to fall out of the machine due to the area cracking and falling apart. I emailed the company asking for a full refund since it had been less then 3 hours of having the physical item at my home and I have a 30 day guarantee. I was told to send it to a repair facility which I did not want but also can not do since I live in georgia and the locator they sent shows the nearest one in NY. When I tried my emails are sent back showing sender does not exist. I tried from a different email and it worked which leads me to believe I have been blocked. They are not answering me from any email I have provided, and have also not picked up there help line which I have been calling since it opened at 9am EST. I believe I have been scammed and this company is not fulfilling its guarantee I was promised with my purchase. Thank you for helping me with this issue and getting some resolution. I purchased a Powersmart lawnmower from Menards that came with a 3 year warranty in March. I have only used it a handful of times when the self propel stopped working and the front end where the wheels connect cracked. I tried calling them several times and nobody answers. I tried emailing them and nobody answers. I called Menards and they gave me the number to a vendor. He gave me another email address to try and nobody answers. DATE OF THE TRANSACTION: 12/13/2022.AMOUNT, $197.00 PLUS TAX OF *****, TOTAL OF $210.79.***************************, After exchanging conversations with me by phone and e-mail.He agrees to provide me with a refund, due to the circumstances that it was no service repair shop within 60 miles from where I live. After that last e-mail that he sent me, agreed to give me a refund. He stopped all kinds of communication with me. He stopped answering the phone or responding my e-mails. That's not acceptable to treat a customer like this.Attached are all the e-mails that we exchanged. Where he agrees to give me a refund.To explain what happens:I bought this lawnmower at ******* .com. After I received it, I couldn't unpack it right away, Due to my health problem.I was in a coma in June 2022 in ICU. After I woke up, I end up getting a tracheostomy. I lost around 70 pounds due to that problem, but I ordered the lawnmower on December 13, 2022. Because I was expecting to get better and start taking care of my lawn. When I was able to open it. I put it together, and notice that I can't start it right away. After I keep trying and trying, it started. But it was shaking and vibrating too much. To the point that my hands started to get numb from holding it.That was when I contacted *************************** and we try to solve the matter. And because it was no favorite solution. He agrees to the refund. I try to solve this matter with walmart.com and my credit card company. Nothing happens.Please I do need help with this matter. I won't be doing this if he didn't promise me a refund. that it is very clear in his last response to my e-mail. Also, the lawnmower is still under warranty.Thank you very much.
