    On July 1st 2024, I ordered a Inverter Generator SN: MB5040B They did not include the oil that was needed to run the generator like it stated in the owners manual. And when it arrived, the spark plug boot was broke right in half. I have called, emailed, and anything else I can do to get ahold of ANYONE about this generator.

    I purchased a Powersmart generator from Walmarts website on April 12th. Upon arrival I tested ******* worked. 2 weeks ago, I tried using it, but its power surging. Its out of WMs return policy, so I have to deal with the company that holds the warranty. *** tried reaching out through WM to contact the seller, *** went to the sellers website & requested assistance. No one will get back with me. The seller has reviews online that when you call in, they leave you on hold and then hang up. This product is brand new, and I need the company to actually uphold their warrantied product. I have only had it a couple of months!

    I purchased the 209cc lawnmower January 26 2023 and put it away until spring when I opened the box I seen it was broken right off the the start the wheel adjustment was broken so it won't stay in place , motor is blowing smoke like a chimney I smoke my street up , it's hard to start I use oil like every fill up , and I have only used it maybe 6 times , I now get get it to start at all ... I have reached out through emails , calls , and even leaving voicemail messages and still no response I contacted ******* and they told me I had to go through power smart because they covered warranty and replacements

    Last month I ordered a lawnmower part. The part has not been delivered and I cannot reach the company by phone.

    I ordered a lawn mower and weedeater and have yet to receive the weedeater Ive tried calling 8 or 9 times and have waited on the there hold for 30 to 45 minutes only for it to tell me someone not available to take my call or hang up the price was $360.99 Ive sent emails and no reply

    I have been trying to contact this business about my lawnmower warranty so I can get the parts that I needed to fix it with no avail .I called sent email left messages for months now and nobody is willing to call me back my S/N is ?********** the lawnmower is useless and it has only been used a handful of time

    I bought the lawnmower on 03/25/24, the first time we tried to use it it would move forward 10 feet and stop without the blades turning. So we packed it up with the battery and charger and Fed-x picked it up. They said they would send a new one lawnmower 3 months ago but nothing has arrived.     In May 2024, I purchased an 80v 21 cordless self-propelled lawn mower model number PS76821SRB form a company named Power Smart The offer on their website, PowerSmart USA, was to purchase the mower for ****** and receive an additional battery for the mower for free. I have received the mower, but have not received the battery. I have been emailing the company and their responses as to what the battery has been not received range from the battery was out of stock, the battery had been shipped to they fired their warehouse/distribution manager and were in the process of hiring a new one. I will try to attach the email chain that went back and forth I am looking to get the free battery that was offered

    Ordered the wrong belt for my power smart lawnmower that broke suspiciously quickly. Sent several emails and called several times trying to get a refund and order the correct belt with no responses. Seems like company is a big scam.

    Bought a Powersmart self propelled mower May 18, 2023, order # *******-0407997 from ******* marketplace, this year when I went to mow my lawn the handlebar snapped off at the bottom on both sides. Has a two year warranty as stated by Powersmart, tried to get them to replace the handle bar and was told to wait for tracking number for part, then told have to wait for two months for part to come in, then informed they did not have the part, but have been since been informed by the company customer service to just order the part off e-bay??? Any help in a resolution to my ongoing conflict with Powersmart about this defective product is greatly appreciated. If do not have the part, then they should replace the whole defective product.
