    I bought a lawn mower March 23, 2022 from *******. The lawnmower was a Powersmart USA with a 3 year warranty. Shortly after purchasing some things started to fall off, plastic pieces. This year when I went to cut the grass for the first time this season I discovered I wasnt able to push the lawn mower. Upon further inspection I noticed the front part of the lawnmower that holds the wheels up was cracked - it was made out of cheap plastic. So the lawnmower will not move forward at all. I messaged the company a voluminous amount of times with pictures and videos included. First they tried to tell me my warranty was expired. Then I send them copy of my warranty. Then more and more emails that didnt seem to make sense. They wanted me to buy a part on ***** I am so very frustrated. I attach copies of photos, videos and messages for your review. I want to be reimbursed for the lawnmower which is a piece of junk.

    I have tried unsuccessfully to reach this business to order a part for my one year old lawnmower. I have left messages , emailed with no reply, spent several hours on hold, only to be hung up on while waiting for parts department to answer the phone Im not asking for warranty, only to be able to secure the part I need to repair the mower. This company needs to be investigated

    I bought a Power Smart 21 inch 3 in 1 Gas Powered Push Lawn Mower with 144cc Engine, on October 23 2022, through ******* online, order #***************, costing $213.93. It has a 3 year warranty. Parts broke on the lawn mower. I contacted PowerSmart USA by email on September 14, 2023 after the parts had broken. Their email reply said they would get back to me. I never heard from them so I sent another email to PowerSmart USA on September 23, 2023, but again I did not recieve a reply from them.The rubber baffle, item 57 stock #*********A was one item that broke. It came unfastened and got sucked under the lawn mower and shredded when I was cutting grass. Picture one shows what resulted.The rear seat, item 32 stock #*********C broke. One of the height adjustment stops cracked, shown in pictures two and three, and picture four shows that the height adjustment stop eventually completely broke off.I think this may be the result of a manufacturing defect.

    Purchased a lawnmower built by Powersmart from Manards in April 2023. The mower was supposed to contain oil in box. No oil in box. Had a few questions about parts and directions that were lacking in manual. I emailed powersmart c.s. twice with very detailed information. No return email. EVER. (I did initially receive an automated return email stating they received my email and they would get bk to me.) I also called, and called and called @30min each phone call. After being hung up on by phone system and/or endless messages left on their machine I've never received a return call. Since I bought the lawn mower in April I did this for 2 months before my first cut memorial day ******. I purchased my own oil.2.The cord clip broke during assembly. 3. Discharge shoot broke off in route while cutting.4.The mowers self-propelled speed was on very very fast.(My 6'2 son could barely keep up with it, my 5'5 self could never use it) 5.bag flap broke off.And these 5+ complaints were just from a handfull of cuts last season. Due to lots of rain we only used the mower sparsely. Even though I was unhappy I let it go till this season. When my son started cutting the grass a few days ago and the tire fell off. Literally the plastic spokes all broke. Mind you we have a tiny lawn of just a few hundred feet at that.. we live in a mobile home community.Since the tire broke I've called over and over again and emailed several times. I figured I won't hear back.On their website the lawnmower is no longer sold and the 8in tire is out of stock. I have not been able to find another tire online that will fit it. They do not answer their phone. Not the warranty department. Or any other option in their phone line up. They don't email back. How do I get help? The warranty is a lie.They are just scamming customers. If I had known I would have turned rightt bk around and returned it to *******. To late now. I hv more to say but this is what I fit in this alloted space

    Bought 40V cordless trimmer (model DB2603RB) thur ******* on 4/14/2024..Received item on 4/17/2024 (order #*******-59649688). Used for first time on 5/19/2024...Charger for battery not working...I have sent three emails to business at two different email addresses....Left message for return call....No contact by email or phone received....Paid ****** for trimmer/shipping....Product booklet tells me to contact them and not *******.....Just want a new charger. Thanks

    Powersmart 170cc mower has a broken part # *****-Z2P0110-00A0 . When you call Powersmart you are put on hold (for a long period of time) with a number of callers ahead of you. When it gets down to 1, it says there is no one to take your call, please leave a message. Several messages left, with no return calls. Its the same thing every time you call. I have left several ***************** about the situation. The mower has a warranty that cannot be used. I just need the part or to be reimbursed for the mower. I hate that they are being allowed to take advantage of people thru big box stores.

    we have been calling Powersmart ** for 3 **************** we ordered a lawn mower, the top peace was cracked & broken, my husband ordererd another part & have not received it. when we call we are on hold for ***** minutes then the re**rding **mes on & say no one is available to take your call. please help us. the mailing address is Powersmart *********************************************************************************. ************ Thank You for your help sincerely ****************************************

    I have been trying to get in contact with this company for a month and I purchased it a couple of years ago but it has a 3-year warranty I don't have the receipt I purchased it online and they told me I need the receipt but then I told him what was wrong with the lawn mower and they sent me a belt and I sent them the label on the box it was relabeled and it have time and date of purchase but they're not honoring it

    I purchased a lawnmower directly from Powersmart online 9/1/23( it was purchased under my wifes maiden name, *******************************) Ive used it 8 times and now it wont work. If you call them, it doesnt ring and all number options on their automated system are a dead end. We have left messages and no one has responded. It is under their 3 year warranty although I believe this is how they get around that.by never answering. Id like this fixed, a refund or a replacement unit. Good luck getting a hold of them but any help would be greatly appreciated. This type of business should not be allowed to operate under these deceiving grounds.

    Purchased POWERSMART (PS) Generator 3/7/24, from Amazon $374.14. Generator did now work, performed troubleshooting. After calling over 30 times, been on hold countless hours & no human answers phone. Emailed cust svc and was sent a video of lawnmower!!! All emails are responded to at night in the AM & are several days or weeks apart. I was sent a Fed Ex label to return and I would be sent a new unit. I returned the generator, then was told PowerSmart was out of ********* would have to pick another generator around the same price. If I want something close to the 4450 watt generator I have to pay hundreds of dollars, so I have to settle for something I don't want, smaller wattage. I gave PS 2 Gen *********** options. So far no generator, no response to my emails. Owner MIN ****. Previous owners all went out of business.
