    Snowblower used 2 times. Engine seized and leaked oil while it was sitting (covered). Have made several attempts to contact the company to no avail. It is junk, and I want my money back

    Is this company really in business have tried multiple time to contact hem via phone calls and email and no one answers the phone, no one answers email or responds to chat. The snowblower I ordered was missing a part and damaged and since I could not contact ANYONE I had to pay to have the wheel shaft replaced out of pocket. Powersmart i believe is a scam company and not legitimate. The fact that they are not BBB rated tells me so.

    Horrible company never returned phone call. I just need to order a replacement part for lawn mower handle because it broke. Because of not returning one phone call I look like an idiot trying to duct tape the handle together where it broke just long enough to mow the yard and half the time it doesn't hold. Will never buy another powersmart product again.

    Terrible company that refuses to answer calls or emails. Products break almost immediately. They should be held legally liable for selling faulty materials.

    Insanity. You cannot call this poor customer service as there is NO customer service. Premade response emails stating they never got any of my emails even though its a Re: to the intial email. Never even attempting to resolve an issue or address it even. 2 HOUR wait time on the phone and still NO answer. I have dealt with bad customer service but this company should be held to a minimum standard and it seems they arent. Sad part is the snow blower i own is actually great. But have 0 hope in replacement parts or any sort of help what so ever from the company. Im shocked this is allowed to happen in this day and age. I would think this would be a legal thing considering unreachable customer service essentially voids any warranties you may have on their products. I could never ever recommend the snow blower i bought due to this. One little piece breaks and that nice snowblower is a garage paperweight. ****.

    Self propelled lawn mower just stopped working. Tried to contact the company. **************** is horrendous. Never answer the phone. Suppose to have a 3 year warranty but can't ever claim it if they don't contact you back. Do not recommend

    This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in the last 22 years Ive been in this earth. I had recently purchased a used 22 200cc Powersmart Self-Propelled Lawn Mower and it was missing an airfilter cover on it. Im thinking, Ok, no big deal. Ill just buy one. ****! Long stories short this company stopped making parts for this thing. I only find this out after barely getting through with email. Dont even think about calling them. Theyll never pick up. This company is a joke

    This company has issue with customer service and answering their phone. 2 days ago I held on hold for an hour to be told 8 people ahead of me hold for next available AGENT or press star at anytime to leave message. At end of my call I DID NOT get an AGENT. When it was my turn it went straight to leave your message. I did leave message repeating my name and number for call back twice, at beginning and at end of my message. Never called me back. I called again today and to my amazement, I did get an agent. He told me my part is out of stock, (serpentine belt 6" diameter 5/8" width) for my power smart self propelled mower. He said refunding my $24.20 that they took nine days ago. 3-5 business says for refund. I said that that does nothing at all to fix my broken mower.Response gave me dimensions said shop around local This is unacceptable for manufacturer. They should not be allowed to sell there product. And ******** for affiliating with such business should be reprimanded as ******* NOT BUY POWER SMART. Any thing is my advise.

    0 stars. Ive had the lawn mower less than a year. Weve used it about 4 times, it still looks new, but it wont start up. Ive been trying to get in contact with this company for months. They have you on hold and then when its your turn in line they hang up or send you to a directory. Its very exhausting. I want my money back because after reading these reviews this company is clearly scamming the public with their cheap products and services.
