    WARNING ?? DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE THEIVES!! Till the wheels fall off should be they're moto, and it only takes 1 mow.

    Purchased a lawn mower last year in late September from this company with a warranty. I was able to get two cuts in only. Delivery took forever. The lawn mower shakes like crazy, I thought it was assembled wrong by the company. Run as fast as you can, No one answers the phone at this company answers the phone to assist in resolving issues. Seems impossible to speak with anyone at this company. The phone plays music for as long as you will hold the phone. Over an hour and no one answers the phone. At times it will ring and it seems as though you are being rerouted back to the hold music. I have made several attempts but unsuccessful. I have also emailed customer support with no return response. People run as fast as you can. Look at the reviews and check the BBB before deciding to make a purchase and paying extra for a warranty because these people are ripping cutovers off and selling products that don't work.

    I ordered a lawnmower , delivered with a broken wheel been trying to call and email since arrival 3 plus weeks ago and no response .

    I bought a lawn mower from Power Smart. The left lower handle has broken . I have sent 4 emails no reply and phoned the number 3 times been on hold for 4 plus hours on every call with no answer. There customer service is really poor I will never buy a product from them again. I have 3 years warranty and can't get through to order replacement parts.
