    I went online to order a lawnmower blade,it was a rare size blade and they supposedly had it the blade was $ ***** and shipping was$ ***** I paid with my card it said it would be to me in 5 to 10 days so I called they put me on hold and never answered email failed,FB messenger said they will get back with me 3 days ago .

    Bought a Lawnmower I used 4 times, the wheel fell off.. I called company the past few weeks they leave you on hold for a long time then disconnect the phone. I would like some help.

    I purchased a powersmart 3 in 1 self propelled lawnmower. After 3 uses rear drive pulley broke. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for two weeks. Each time I am on hold to speak with customer service, and waiting for 30 minutes the line goes dead and call is hung up.

    I bought a 21 inch gas lawn mower. It's brand new our of the box. I turned it on and used it 1 time. It started throwing out oil. Now it won't start. I want my money back. I can't get ahold of anyone. The phone rings and hangs up. When I opened up the lawnmower to put oil in it. The dipstick had oil on it. I have emailed them as well and I have not got a response back.

    I bought a 21 inch gas lawn mower. After 2 uses, it would not start. I took it to a repairman and hen found exhaust valve wouldn't operate as it should. Found damage to internal of case due to push *** coming loose and hitting case..felt aclear flat spot on either the tappet or cam itself. Also, oil leaking into carburetor.. Several attempts through email and calls to customer service with no response.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Apparently my 3yr warranty means nothing.

    Purchased lawn mower:PowerSmart 209CC engine 21" 3-in-1 Gas Self Propelled Lawn Mower DB2194SH with 8" Rear Wheel, rear Bag, Side Discharge and Mulching. Used it only 4 times and front wheel assembly broke and mower deck is rubbing the ground. Cannot get hold of anyone at PowerSmart. No one answers the phone or emails. Need to get it returned or repaired asap. ******* is very unhelpful as well.

    Beware of this company. They offer a three-year warranty on their lawnmowers. At nine months, the front wheel assembly broke on my machine so that it no longer supports the mower. I made numerous attempts to contact the customer service department by email, by the "contact us" page on the website, and by phone. I have left messages, re-sent descriptions of the issue, proof of purchase, videos of the broken equipment, etc. I have not gotten any response. They just ignore my every attempt to get this rectified. I have been forced to go out and purchase another machine to do my yard work. Avoid this company at all costs!

    No customer service. Phone calls result in an automated hang up every time with no one ever picking up. Emails get an automated response that says someone will get back to you and nothing ever happens. *** left numerous emails and tried calling many times. My in-warranty mower broke and I get no response from these idiots. NEVER BUY FROM POWERSMART. Ive seen other reviews with the same response as mine.
