      Doctor sends prescription over the day before and confirms its sent. Next day I call pharmacy and they claim to not receive the script. I threaten to complain to management and always mysteriously locate the script.

      I made an online order, requested to cancel on 09/25. Cancelled order now day 6:7 and still no refund. Anywhere else Ive shopped offers instant refund for cancelled orders. Jewel stole $239.96 from my card and who knows when it will be refunded. I am writing because I am highly disappointed in this company Ive shopped with you my whole life as my parents and theirs. I dont like your refund policy how am I supposed to get food for my children if my funds are in your limbo escalations? I want my refund isssued immediately this is a joke and my kids need food. Fix this I feel sorry for anyone else that experienced this as well. Shame on you Jewel. Very disappointed.

      Printed sale paper **** thru **** Sale states 3 Pepsi products for $10 in addition to $7 instantly off transaction of $25 or more.Pepsi and additional item rang up $27.85. I received the sale price on items, however not the additional $7. This has taken place on 3 of my orders this week. I had to go back with receipt and sale paper to customer service in order to get my refund of $7 plus tax each time.

      I went to do grocerie shopping today at Jewel Osco at Store ****. Upon inquiring where the promotional ($0.49) spinach was, I was advised by a representative that I could take any brand, because they had run out, and give their name at the register to match the price. This is what I did and this is what the cashier told me she is doing. I went home and this is when I actually got the chance to sit and calculate to see that my spinach was actually charged at $6 total for 2 bags, meaning I should have been charged 1x$49 as opposed to $6. There is a coupon applied to the spinach, but it results in my owing of $6 after the coupon is applied. It was originally showing as $6.98. I went home already, ******* advised me she is matching the price of each bag costing me $0.49. I am frustrated by the fact that I have to drive out there again and argue the price.

      This company is having issues With their payment terminals.Select payment types on available with no notification posted in store.Store director cited blame with the bank I use.Bank confirmed no issue with transaction.Partial transaction posted for sixteen dollars on four separate occasions.Company has refused to contact me and I have filed multiple cases with support line of company.

      On 23-Sep-2023, I purchased a $20.00 ******** I-Pass Gift Card from Jewel-Osco. When I attempted to load the gift card onto my I-Pass account I was unable to do so because it stated that card had a $0.00 balance.I contacted Jewel-Osco on the same day and I was informed to call the number on my Jewel-Osco receipt. I called as instructed and was told that I would receive a call back from the ********************* On 24-Sep-2023, I received a voicemail from gift card specialist, *****. I returned the call on 25-Sep-2023 and was instructed by ***** to submit 3 images to email address *************************** with my ticket number (******): (1) My Jewel-Osco receipt, (2) front of I-Pass Gift Card, and (3) back of I-Pass Gift Card. On the same day, I submitted all 3 images as instructed. later the same day, I received an email reply from ***** (Gift *********** stating, "Your ******** I-Pass isn't a gift card. We don't resolve issues with transit cards. You will have to contact the phone number on the back of your card."The front of the card states, "I-Pass Gift Card" (as per the image I submitted per the ******* request. I purchased the I-Pass gift card from Jewel-Osco (a ******* retailer) not I-Pass.I would like a full refund.

      i had a very unpleasant experience at this location i went shopping here and once i got home i notice i left a bag at the store self checkout counter. upon returning to the store the manager called security to the front and asked him to review the security footage to see if i did leave the items after doing so he came back with an extremely rude, *****, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude telling me how i took all the bags. after talking a bit more he agreed to review the camera and noticed i did indeed leave a bag that the next customer after me took. i did not receive any apologies and he went on to make a comment saying ''technically you should of been paying attention'' and had his arms folded across his chest the entire time trying to look intimidating this was at the **************** location i would like an apology

      9/11/23 I brought grilled chicken from Jewels on 95th Stony Island.The same day I became sick with diarrhea and throwing up.The chicken was the only food I ate that day.So I new if was the chicken. I have been sick the whole week and unable to work.So I have loss income and still. Very weak.

      I have chat and called customer service over ************************** more. My phone number is not recognized by the register It shows up as active when customer service looks but at the store it doesn't work. Please fix this and email me to confirm. They gave me a $5 customer service credit twice, which I couldn't use. I didn't get my $5 sign up offer. It expired. It's very embarrassing to go to customer service desk and get credited for clipped offers and watch my food melt etc in the process.
