This is the most unethical unprofessional Jewels I ever been in and it's a shame that these type of incidents happen in your neighborhood. I order some flowers on jewels online service the flowers that they sent were rotten and turning black. I contacted the store they tried to put me through the ringer and say that they couldn't do nothing I'm like I don't want to refund I just want fresh flowers so they told me that they were going to deliver either the next business day or the same day Lord behold doordash stole my flowers on the second delivery attempt and they refuse to redeliver it again this is Mother's Day weekend will be reporting jewels to BBB ASAP I will no longer be shopping in no neighborhood stores this is why we shop outside are neighborhood. After speaking with the assistant manager and store director it was just unethical how they just could not just redeliver my flowers disgusting. I made an online purchase on Sat may 6, I used my EBT card, food stamp card for the purchase of food. I had to cancel the order, but jewel Osco took that money and I called twice and she said it would be 48 hours, it has been 4 days. I still have not received the refund. Hello BBB, I went to Jewel Osco on 4/28/23. I purchased groceries and such. A family member went to cut a COFFEE FLOP CAKE a few days later. She asked why there wasn't any cream filling inside. I cut a few more pieces and barely saw any cream. I carefully took the top off and there was hardly any cream filling inside. maybe a few Tablespoons. I buy this coffee cake every other month or so, so we know how it usually tastes. Yummy !! and filled with cream filling across the whole bottom of the cake. This was a waste and no one wanted to eat plain dough with no filling. This particular Jewel is across the street from my house which is the only reason I sometimes shop there. The **************** ladies are not polite or nice at all. I was yelled at before and vowed to never return anything there!!! I would like my money back. Received grocery delivery from Jewel today. Container of cherry tomatoes was half full of rot; not much quality control in that ************* Was charged full price for 3 bottles of diet Pepsi and 3 bottles of caffeine free diet Pepsi; these were on a buy 2/get 1 free special. Items on sale are suddenly not available when my order is shopped but are in stock according to the website. If I want a sale item I have to wait until its back at regular price. Have been waiting 4 weeks for Tasters ********************* just to be in stock when my order is filled, although it's always in stock on the website. ***** used to deliver good quality and decent customer service, but when you own all the stores in a 100 mile radius, there's no need to make an effort.Initial Complaint

I schedule food delivery on 03/03 for delivery 3/4. On 3/4 food was delivered but was not mine. I contacted the company. I was advised to keep food donate or throw away. The refunded delivery and tip right away. Reschedule my order for 6-8pm the same evening. At 7:30 pm I called was told driver is out. He would contact me. On December 18th, 2022 my car, ***** Odyssey, DR69059 was towed away just in 10 minutes from *************************************************, which is ************************* parking. However, I believe that the parking lot do not have enough signs showing that the cars might towed away if you walk out the parking lot. Especially the parking lot on which I parked my car have no signs at all (Neither at the entrance (I entered from West entrance)) From my behalf, I have contested that ticket to ******** ******************** But the Commission referred me to Better Business Bureau. By this complain, I want *********************, or whoever that parking lot belongs to, put more signs so people can see them, otherwise it seems like a bait so they and towing company could make money (I assume). Re: osco drug unable to report / transmit to icare/ idph online vax verify my covid booster shot and other vaccine shots. I called jewel osco drug january 13, 2023 ( by greenbay and grand ave ******** ** location) to inquire why my 2nd shingle shot (last april or may 2022) was not in the Icare or idph website or registry or online at vax verify. and the flu vaccine and covid bivalent booster that i received last dec 5, 2022 not reported to Icare /vax varify also. The 1st shingle vaccine given by same pharmacy osco was in the registry so im wondering why the next ones were not reported at all.They are offering me proof of printer paper receipts to show print out of my vaccines as a band aide solution. and i asked if they required to report my immunization record to the state then that should be the solution and the proper way to do it and should ask their IT **** why my records are not transmitting to Icare. Thats the proper way of reporting to vax verify/ icare.Can you please help me with this one. I need my covid bivalent booster there too on my ICare /idph records so i can print a qr code and gov website print out of all my vaccines received from osco and for my physician to access my complete record.I dont know if this is the right department that i am emailing this concern about.I called them twice and they are not doing their best to resolve this issue.
