We have called several times and talked to several different representatives and each time we give our complaint that the blanket quit working and is under the five year warranty the phone disconnects. Every time. We have called two different numbers, ************** and **************, and get the same results except the 877 number said my wife won a $100 gift card because it was a special promotion. They asked for her birthday and address and wanted $3.95 for two day shipping. When she told him she only had a Discover card and no master card or **** the phone disconnected again. This company sounds like its committing fraud after years of good service so everyone should be aware what is going on. ***** ****Initial Complaint

I purchased a Biddeford warming throw less than 2 years ago, model TC-13B1-T and came with a 5 year *********** no longer works - no heat. I want it replaced until the warranty. I contacted Biddeford's because I was getting an "E" on the controller display and it doesn't seem to be heating correctly. Per their instructions (return instructions attached), I returned my mattress pad on 12/11/23, reference #***** (also ref ***********). It was a quilted mattress pad model UBCC-Q, not a sherpa type. I purchased it from ****** for $71.99. It was delivered to Biddeford on 12/15/23 (return receipt/tracking # 1ZAX96849053421959 from *** is attached). I have tried at least 10 times over the last year to reach Biddeford by email, their message system and phone and had no luck getting through. I don't understand how they can be in business. At this point, I prefer a refund but will settle for a replacement. Any help you can provide would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.Initial Complaint

We purchased a queen dual control heated Microplush Blanket from Biddeford Blankets on November 24, 2019, at Kohls. One of the controllers has stopped working. We tried to call ************ as well as the number on your website - ************ and neither number is working. The controllers and blanket are still under warranty (5-year). I am trying to contact them to replace the controller.I have also tried to use their online contact form, and it will not "submit". I received a king dual control electric blanket. It worked briefly and the the one control does not work. It just continuously flashes the number 8 and half the blanket does not warm. I have repeatedly sent a message thru Biddeford's online customer service, with no response, I have repeatedly tried the listed phone number for customer service, disconnected. One time someone tried to call me we connected and then they immediately hung up. I also the sent them a text message at that time. There is not any response. I also had sent in my warranty card upon receipt of product and included all of my product information.
