    I contacted BiddefordBlankets, using the number enclosed in the user manual ************. About my Queen OBG Blanket not working properly. They told me to *** it back to them with the controls and they would send me a new one inreturn! I *** shipped on Dec. ****** tracking #1Z AX9 684 90 4055 3082 .Returned to *********** IL it was received by ****** at **** on December 15, 2023 at 9:07am I have uploaded 5 pages to you to view.All I want is my dual control queen heating blanket

    Purchased a heated blanket in December 2021. Biddeford states a 5 year warranty. I tried to reach out to Biddeford via email in Jan 2024 and again in August 2024. Also tried calling a few numbers associated with them, no answer ever. One side of the blanket no longer heats up (its a king blanket) and Ive tried 2 different controls, so the problem is the blanket because both controls work on the right side of the blanket. I want a resolution to this because I paid $100 and was guaranteed a 5 year warranty and I cannot get ahold of the company.

    I sent my twin plus electric blanket back approximately in January 2024 and still have not received a replacement. My reference # is *****. I spoke to a live customer service representative in December 2023 and was mailed a return label. I sent the blanket back through *** and have been unsuccessful reaching them again. I have attempted to reach them via phone and email. The blanket purchase price was $99.

    We bought a Biddeford electric blanket six months ago and it has quit working. It was working fine and then one day my wife plugged in just one of the controllers, on her side of the bed because she was cold, and the controller no longer worked. My wife figured it was a problem with the controller, so she took the second controller (which I usually use on my side of the blanket, and I know was working fine) and plugged that into her side of the blanket. Suddenly that controller did not work either! So it appears that the blanket itself blew out both controllers! We have another Biddeford blanket that we have used for several years, we are long time customers, so we know how to use them and care for them. So the newer blanket has some kind of manufacturer defect. According to the User Manual this newer blanket comes with a five-year warranty. This malfunctioning blanket is within that warranty period. I have tried to call and write (by email) to Biddeford to exercise the warranty and receive a replacement. I called two numbers, first ************. The company's voice mails are all full and they do not answer the phones. I have received no response to my two emails, but their automatic email response said to call them at *************. When I called that number the automatic message said "This number is not valid." So it appears that Biddeford Blankets is either out of business or it refuses to respond to any customer problems. And yet **********************'s ********************** are still being sold by many companies! Judging by the many complaints against Biddeford, it has become a scam operation, apparently, selling bad product and not repairing or replacing it when the product breaks after a short period of use.

    Originally purchased double size electric blanket in 2022 packed away for summer of 2023 then in fall of 2023 blanket would not heat up. After many attempts finally they sent me new blanket with different controlls. Had it about 2 months one day I noticed controller showed #8 on heat scale, blanket was not heating up and I could not turn the control off. No way to live chat or email so I sent letter to an address in ******** which was return unable to deliver. I wanted a replacement of the controller.

    Im filing a complaint because I have made numerous attempts to contact ******* and have had no response from them. I have 2 Bidford blankets I bought and both blankets comes with a five-year warranty. The full ***** plush blanket comes with 1 digital controller that is no longer working. The queen ***** plush blanket comes with 2 digital controllers that are no longer working. Additionally, when the blankets were working, the coils were losing their heating ability. Both purchased through ** ******.Since both my blankets are under warranty, I need Bidford to replace both blankets with brand new ones. I prefer to have the same type or choose something comparable. Micro plush is the type I purchased, not Sherpa and not thin. I have been a loyal Bidford customer for many years and Im very very disappointed and now having to go through the BBB to get my complaint resolved.

    I have tried to get in touch with this company numerous times via email and phone calls, but no one answers the phone on any of the options menu extensions. I have 3 blankets, and 6 controllers. I want my items replaced.
