    I purchased an electric blanket for my husband who always runs cold. Tonight he finally used it for the first time. After an hour it turned itself off and will not come back on. We have checked all plug ins as well as tried it in another outlet and it still is not working. Will not be getting another from this company as it didn't even last an evening. It should be replaced.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was sent an email requesting information about the blanket. Information that is already provided in the complaint and the warranty registration. They did not indicate that they will provide a prepaid mailing label for what is effectively a 91 day old product with a 5 year warranty. I will only accept after the business has provided the replacement for what seems to be a manufacture defect. I have in the past had electric blankets by other brands for over 10 years that still functioned. Not my fault the product failed, it should not be my responsibility to pay for shipping back on a defectively manufactured or designed product.

    I took over my new position 3/13/23. I received this message today and called the customer above and left a assisted voice message in which he replied to take his number out of my system therefore I can no longer contact customer to assist him.I would have gladly sent him a prepaid label to return his blanket for a replacement.

    I have sent 4 emails over the last 2 months trying to get customer service to honor their warranty. They sent one email 6 weeks ago asking for more info, which I immediately provided. Then I followed up twice more after hearing nothing back. I have 2 blankets less than 5 years old that stopped working. The problem is somewhere in the power cord because when I use the cord from a 3rd blanket, the first 2 blankets will heat up. There is a rattling noise inside the controller that I think is the issue. I am just requesting 2 working controllers. Both plugs are oval, style B, TC13B1-T.

    I bought a Biddeford XL Ultra-Microplush Heated Throw at BJs on December 28, 2022. Item number: ***********. When I plug it in it does not get warm. I have made sure the electrical socket is not the problem. I tried calling the number ************ as well as ************* and both do not work. I hear an echo of myself every time I call. I then emailed the company and their response was to call the above number. I just want a replacement.

    I just bought this blanket a month ago and all it does is sit on my bed. The controller just stopped working out of nowhere. I have the box still and it says 5 year warranty. I want to use my warranty. It's a "full" size grey blanket.

    Queen grand size electric blanket with two controllers stopped working and is still under warranty.I need a replacement. Model number is OBPO3.I spent 1 hour twice on the phone trying to reach customer service but they never answered the phone.

    Been on hold 35 minutes. Obviously reaching these people is as useless as the defective throws and blankets they sell. Other complaints confirm they sell worthless products.

    Dear Mrs. *********************** are sorry to hear about you having issues with our product and the long wait getting a hold of someone at Customer Service.  Could you please provide the following information that is needed to replace your product for warranty below:

       - Color of throw, and type of control [analog-TC1113BO, turn dial for heat or digital-TC13BA-1, push buttons for heat settings].

       - Model Number of product (located on the top right-hand corner of the ** Label)

       - Tracking/Serial Number of the product (located underneath the model number located on the right-hand corner of the ** Label)

    When we receive the needed information, we will send you a new throw and will also include a *** Prepaid label to return the defective throw.
