    No stars review. Cant erase the one star. They don't deserve it. Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered(77 years experience here) trying to communicate with them. I just want to replace a failed controller. Dead end after dead end. And the page requests credit card info! One page asked for $1 service fee and credit card info of course just to communicate with a bot. And more.. it is a horror story outfit. They couldn't accept the message I had typed because they were closed but it was in the middle of their office hours. Incredibly bad experience /waste of time. Who are these guys? My wife tried too. Same result.

    Terrible service. Can't get in touch with them. Their phone says they are closed (all the time), the online email contact form doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. I'm owed a replacement under warranty and can't get what I'm owed.

    Terrible. Just like every other review here, they wont answer the phone or email. The company had a recall in October two thousand and one and are still taking back all blankets from before that date. Of course they wont answer emails or phone calls. *** filed a complaint with the **** government website. You should do the same.

    I would give it 0 stars if only I could. I don't know how they continue to produce and sell these products, as no one is ever around at the number given or through their email address. It's literally impossible to contact them, so their so called "warranty" is not a warranty at all.

    I've had to had my blanket that I paid 125 dollars for replaced 4 times this last time. i got a return label from Biddeford sent it in and I have yet to get my replacement that was in December its March and I haven't received a email back or no one answers the phone.

    I woke up with my blanket burning me through another blanket. Blisters on my legs, burn marks on the blanket . Horrible smell. Miraculously there wasn't a fire. Come to find out this blanket is recalled and I am *********** a refund or free replacement . But how? The website link doesn't work. Phone number recording says they are closed, always. Automatic response to email says to call. The warranty link is also down.

    I bought an $80 blanket that does even work or turn on. Been trying to contact them for over a month and never a response. I've emailed, called I've tried everything and i feel like i got robbed.

    Rate a 0. All of my electric blankets control boxes burned up. They started smelling of burned wires and stopped working one by one. I tried calling customer service for a month but never answers. I emailed them but no reply. Very disappointed in the company. When the blankets worked they were good. But did not last long.

    The Biddeford Throw Jetee, purchased 11/5/2023, used 6 times, emits a burn smell from the control handle. Biddeford does not answer the phone or reply to emails. They should not get away with making a faulty product and cheating people.

    I have had multiple blankets and Eventually they ALL stopped working. Very disappointed in this brand. In the past they have honored the warranty and sent me a new blanket every time. However, as of January 2023 I cannot get anyone on the phone. I have called multiple times and the machine says its closed at this time. I tried to reach them on the website and it says it have trouble at this time. I would not recommend the Biddeford ***********************
