    I subscribed to Saveur [digital] and was told I could only view it on Magzter. So I had to set up an account first. I couldn't locate the magazine on their site. I emailed back and forth 3x; each time they provided a different location. When I finally found it, I discovered it was unavailable. They had no current issues. So Discountmags and Magzter are not doing well with communication. I've emailed both with no response and no refund.

    Been happy with Discount Mags. Anytime I have had an issue they have always worked with me and gotten it resolved.

    Very poor customer service. This company is a ripoff. I purchased 2 subscriptions back in July 2023 to date Dec 2023 I have not received a magazine. When I try and use their website to access my account I get caught in a loop. They send me a pass code and when I use the pass code I get an error message that the code has expired. Save your money don't deal with this company

    This company used to be good. There is no number to contact them for customer service. If you ****** it, its a scam for medical alert stuff.! There is no way to cancel a renewal without calling them. The only thing you can do is disable discount lock which means you will be charged full price. Plus my subscription is not due for renewal until February **** but they will be charging me as of October 10, 2023.

    As we talked about over the phone, disabling your DiscountLock will opt out of any subscription auto renewals, and you will not be charged. You can do this via our website, as you stated. We also do have a customer service number listed on both our website, your billing statement and here on the BBB site.We contacted you both via email, and phone and you opted out of the renewal of your subscription and were not charged, as requested. We apologize for any confusion over how our DiscountLock service works.

    This company is honest and full of personal service with integrity.By mistake I apparently signed up for auto renewal of a magazine I no longer intended to receive. I only knew that after I saw the charge on my PayPal account. I emailed the company right away asked for the transaction to be delete and me reimbursed - with little expectation Id get a response. I didnt want to dispute the charge but assumed Id have to. The next day I received a response!They deleted my charge.They reimbursed me. Issue corrected. Directly. Simply. With an email from a human thanking me for resolving it with them!Honesty and Integrity in business these days are difficult to find. This company has it. LCM

    My digital subscription on 3/17/23 for ***************** in the amount of $89.99 (LJ4769398) will not download correctly on my older tablet so I have been trying to cancel. There is absolutely no online access to request cancellation and refund, even though their website consistently states: "if you are unsatisfied with your magazine within 6 months of purchase, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for undelivered issues." It just sends you in a vicious circle of unsuccessful and time consuming messages. The only way to "contact" them online is some vague message system where they say they will respond within 7 days. When the number shown on this BBB website is called, there is an automated reply that their hours are ****, but that automated response is the same all day. (A review on this site mentions "...contacted Discount Mags to let them know..." Please let ME know how this contact was accomplished!)

    DiscountMags.com is going to charge me for a 4-year subscription next week when my current subscription doesn't expire until Dec. ****. I also have two other magazine subscriptions that they are renewing in the next couple of months, but those are not expiring until **** and 2028.I cannot find their email address! It seems like one doesn't exist! Can anyone please provide it for me?

    I ordered a year of 'US Weekly' thru Discount mags. This was approximately 2-3 months ago & was a gift for son at another location. My son did receive maybe 4 issues & then they just stopped coming. I have emailed DMags but only get response that they are so backed up & I should wait for 15 days for them to deal with this problem. What?!... I wrote again a couple more times, receiving the same type of response. I finally told them to refund my money = no response. I also told them I would be filing a complaint with BBB if this was not addressed immediately & that a month's time from my initial contact should be plenty of time to at least send me a 'real' response & not just some pre-made form letter to say how busy they are.

    Received notice that my 88 year old ***'s prepaid magazine was switching to digital. Contacted Discount Mags to let them know that a digital subscription was of no value to my mom. I didn't really expect them to be able to do anything, but they were able to contact the publisher and get the subscription switched back to print.
