      Catalogue Code K114 **** 376, Money Order **********, $38.20 Ordered a border print patio dress on January 25, 2023. Called on February 22, 2023 spoke with ***** and was told that it was shipped to our old address, when the correct mailing address was on the order form? She said that a refund would be sent out. April 2, 2023 called when never received refund, spoke with Gem or Jan,she told me the refund was sent out a couple of times? Don't know where they sent it because it was never received and they had our correct mailing address? Was also told to call the Escalation Team which I called on April 4, 2023 spoke with ****** and she said we would receive a full refund check within 7 to 10 business days.It is now April 21st and have not received anything. This company lies and gives you the runaround. Checked and the company went into bankruptcy April 11, 2023.

      Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer ordered a pair of shoes on 4/4/23. The wrong width was sent, the consumer needed a 10w and they sent a 10M. The price of the shoes was $94.56. The consumer tried contacting the business, Feel Good Store, and she read that they are out of business.

      ******* ****** on its own started to charge my PayPal account a $14.95 ******* ****** Perk Membership which I never authorized. I disputed this with the company, as they went thru my PayPal account and my Discover card got charged for 11 months. All my statements are paperless so this went on for sometime. I called the company and their policy is to only refund 6 months. I am seeking reimbursement for the full amount of $164.45.I also ask ******* ****** which is owned by ****************** and Amerimark Interactive to please stop these deceptive practices. Searching online and looking at your product does not give you permission to charge.When a person signs up for a membership, they complete their information and agree to the terms. These people just sign you up, bill the card you used for a purchase, and create a password for you. I never received any benefits from their automatic enrollment system. Thank you in advance for helping me recover this money I am out. I have email them and called them.

      I place an order from a catalog that was send to my address, the company did not have the merchandise in stock, so they cancel my order and refund the money in another person name that was on the catalog,NOT MY Name, I call , I have returned the check that was not in my name, but the company have not returned my money and I am the customer that place the order and wrote them a check for $166.42, you would think that they would send the money back to the customer that sent it to them, they seem that they cannot solve the problem. Please help.

      My order number is L284202IN. I received a product that is not the product I ordered. I paid $33.21 for it. When I saw it was not the product I ordered, I used the return shipping label, which said "No Postage Necessary if Mailed in *****************." I do have a picture of the return label, so they cannot keep any money saying it's "postage." I already paid for postage. I was expecting a full refund, but I only received $11.10. When I called their number, **************, a woman who was obviously in a room with a lot of talking people, asked me for all of my name, address, phone number, and then said she needed my email address "to send me promotions." She would not say anything about the order, just kept asking for personal information. I still need $22.11 to complete my refund. This company does not get to keep most of the sale. They messed up, they send me the wrong item, and I expect a full refund. This is a scam many companies are doing now, sending the wrong items on purpose and only refunding a fraction of the sale. I expect the rest of the refund.

      I incurred a $141.25 balance around the same time I was misdiagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer that I was told could kill me. Over the last several years, in addition to being misdiagnosed with cancer, I had two failed back operations, a hernia operation, etc. Last month I called Amerimark to pay off this account entirely and it was implied that like the other companies whose debts I had paid off in January, just pay off your account in full, and we'll delete this account from your credit report.I spoke with **************************** and **** over a span of two weeks beginning in mid-January who reflected as much during our conversations. Then Amerimark changed their mind. I had paid them their money IN FULL, but they would no longer delete the account from my credit report. To make matters worse, despite paying off the delinquent debt, my credit TANKED 18 points!Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor in their credit department named ***** who assured me she would talk to someone "higher up" and see what they could do for me. ***** never called or e-mailed me back. I then spoke with ***** in the credit department and she told me that she'd love to remove the account from my credit report, but no one on their staff handled deletions, only reporting. In addition, she said the only words that should appear under account status were PAID IN FULL. Instead terms like "written off" or "charged off" appear, which implies the debt was either settled, or Amerimark gave up on collecting the debt and it remains outstanding, despite the $0 balance.I paid Amerimark everything I owed them, disputed with every credit agency numerous times, called Amerimark and tried to find a resolution to this problem only to be rebuffed at every turn by them and the credit bureaus.All I want is this account deleted from my credit report. They have their money, IN FULL, they don't need to keep harassing me about this debt for another year or so until it's scheduled to fall off.

      On January 24, 2023 I ordered, by phone, from a catalog I had just received from *******************************. The dresses (item # ******) had a sale price of $9.97 each, buy 2 get 1 free. I placed an order for 15 dresses. I got 5 of them free and the remaining ********** $106.65. Five minutes later I called back with another order (item# ******) This item were nightgowns for ***** each, buy 2 get one free. I ordered 3 and paid for 2 for $23.94. These prices were told to me over the phone. I gave the salesperson my credit card number for payment. Within 10 minutes I went into my bank, on line, to check on things. I found 2 items, on hold, on my credit card. One was for $303.83 and the other $81.16. These were fraudulent charges from *******************************. I immediately called my bank to stop the payment and was told that it already went through. I called ******************************* and told them to cancel both orders immediately. All this took place within 30 minutes !! They told me the company was going out of business and they had to charge me full price. They refused to put a Supervisor on the phone. The charges are still holding on my credit card. I have called them everyday to release that money back to me and they haven't I feel I am a victim of consumer fraud. One can't quote one price and charge another. I have the catalog to show the sale prices. This company committed fraud and should be penalized in some way. I should have been allowed to purchase all the items that were on sale and pay the sale price !! Something is very wrong here.
