      Placed order #L316O313G on 3/15/23 for 6 medical items. All were supposed to ship by 4/17. I only received one item. Im a paraplegic and couldnt wait any longer for remaining items so ordered them elsewhere and canceled the rest of the order, explaining why. Didnt get a response, so requested cancellation a second time, again with explanation. Received email response saying remainder of items will ship ~6/23/23. I would greatly appreciate your help in getting this matter resolved.*********,*********************

      On 5/1/2023 I ordered a pair of Bell Horn Diabetic Sneaker for $74.99. The shipping charge was $12.99 with Priority Replacement Charge of $1.95. I did not receive an email confirmation but, I printed the order receipt online at the time of the order. $84.65 cleared my account. I have not received the product as of 5/15/2023. I have tried to call the *************************** 4 times with out receiving an answer. I also sent to messages on the CarolWrightgifts,com site. I received an autoreply that the message was received but I never get a response from a person at this company. I have ordered from this company before and received what I ordered in about 2 weeks. This time I haven't received the item or any response. When I call, I go through the prompts to get a status on my order. After being on hold the call is dropped. Today I was on hold for 45 minutes then the call was dropped. I am frustrated with not being able to get this issue resolved.

      I ordered a fleece set (pants and top) recently. I received an email on 4/10/23 saying ordered was being shipped. It said it would take 5-7 business days. I never received the order. I still want it but I can't reach company. I have been writing to them on their website. Three times no answer from them. I tried their phone and it just rings off the hook. I stress I really want merchandise but am fed up with their shenanigans. My order number is L3377069U. Thank you.

      On april 13, 2023 I sent a personal check for the amount of $48.49 to Beauty Boutique for products I never received. I tried to call them multiple times staying on the phone waiting for a response and was never able to reach anyone. I tried emailing twice and no response. I have requested a full refund of $48.49 and have not received it and to date have not heard back from the company. I am so frustrated with trying to reach this company I don't have any other recourse but to notify you to see if you can help me. Thank you

      2 orders from 4/6 total $46.05 never received orders or refund after call to cancel orders on 5/2! Cannot reach a live rep anymore and are put on hold forever! This company is impossible! Please help as I do not know what else to do except call everyday and nobody answers!!

      Placed catalog order with AmeriMark on 3/9/23. Sent check for full amount-$20.93. Later received refund check from them because item no longer available for full amount. Deposited check in bank on 4/27/23. Received notice from bank on 5/2/23 saying check bounced and charged me another $12. Reason specified- 'F'-Frozen/blocked account. Tried contacting AmeriMark several times in last few days but always put on hold. Tried calling ******* ******/ *********************** with whom place is affiliated with but same thing. Tried to chat with both on website but but always says' not on line at moment'. Tried that several times at different times. You are my last resort.

      Date of the Transaction was 2/07/2023 The amount of money paid to the business was $291.95 (****** for 1 Duet Rolater/Transport Chair) + $21.96 for taxes. Shipping was free so this business says) Total of $291.95. The nature of the dispute is that I have not received the equipment nor the amount of $291.95 returned to me.The business has not tried to resolve this problem. The business sent a card in the mail on 3/10/2023 stating that they were out of stock for the order that my mother requested. The card stated that they are still out of stock and if she no longer want the equipment she can send the card back. If she still wanted the equipment, to throw away the card and wait for her order. She wanted the equipment so she did not send the card back, nor did she throw the card away. The order # is 029282-01 and the Confirmation # is L274877277W My name is ***********************, ***************************** daughter.       Entered by BBB Staff - lj Consumer is a Senior. She ordered three items from the Feel Good Store. Two items were on back order. She no longer wants the items on backorder. One item she received was an incorrect size. A pair of shoes that were size wide. She ordered medium width. Her credit card was charged approximately $94.00. She is unable to reach the company for assistance. She has been trying for over a month. Consumer is put on hold listening to music. Message indicates high call volume.

      I am being charged ***** for perks membership. This was to have been taken off of my bill in March. I have tried calling phone number ************ and it states technical difficulties. I have also called ************ and after a hold time of 15 minutes I get hung up on. I also tried phone number ************ and its the same thing after so many minutes on hold I get hung up on.

      I have ordered some items from the ********************** Healthy Living catalog. One item was on back order, the other items were not. I tried calling the business, but a message comes through and I've never been able to leave a message or talk to any one. I ordered the items at least 2.5 months ago. I used my debit card. They haven't charged me for the back order items, but the other items they have charged me for, $15.00
