      I have a complaint about a pillow I ordered from them and supposed to be shipped out in March. I tried calling and emailing them and got no response. The item is called Dual Position Wedge Pillow. It was for $39.99, item# ******. I ordered it in February and they said it would come in March.I would like my item delivered to me.

      February 2,2023 I ordered 5 items & got 2 & needed to return one & they told me to wait until I got the three back ordered items, which I have never gotten. I was charged for one plus the two I received.When I call the number they don't answer.

      Placed a catalog order a little over 2 weeks ago. When I call to get my order status I am on hold for 10 minutes and then I am hung up on. I read on the computer that this business filed for bankruptcy. How do I get my order or my money back?

      I ordered an item about mid March they said it would be delivered April 15th I still have not received a notification about it and I would just like my money back, I wrote the Buisness concerning the matter and have not received a reply back. I can't get anyone to answer my call either for customer service I've been put on hold for over an hour with no answer any help concerning this matter would be great. Thank you.

      I ordered from doctor ********* vio *******************. I ordered 8 curtain panel sheers and a Hampton slip cover by money order for $90.88. Then I was told a week later they couldn't fill my order. So they sent me a check for $89.13 Went to the bank and got it cashed and now I received a paper from my bank stating that I have to pay back the $89.13 because their check bounced. I want my whole amount of $90.88 back. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN..

      I need to cancel my membership. This company along with Lakeside Collection are charging me a monthly fee for membership. This is the fourth day of trying to cancel the charges on my card easy to order from but hard to stop any charges/.

      Ordered items from ***********************. Prepaid + shipping with money order. 2 items unavailable. I received check totaling $122.99 from AmeriMark. My bank took out that amount plus $10 returned fee from my account as the ********************** account was frozen/blocked! I would like my $132.99 back.

      Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states she placed an order on 3/30/23 for $150.00, and another on 4/9/23, for $109.97. The consumer did not receive any merchandise from the second order and only one sundress was delivered from the first order, the rest of the merchandise was on backorder. The consumer states the business went bankrupt the day after she placed her second order. The consumer said she will not be receiving the merchandise due to the bankruptcy but the money was taken from her account. The consumer said their website states that if you placed your order before 4/10/23 you should still receive your merchandise but she never received anything.

      My order # L3273784T ***** took place on 3/27 and shipped on 3/28. I was told I would receive the order within 7 to 10 days. That has not happened and the truck carrying the package has not been heard from since 4/6 when it left **. I sent off FIVE e mails and never received a response, so I called today and was given no satisfaction. I was told to wait one or two more weeks!!! If the company is using a mule train, then they should be up front. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. It's unbelievable that 14 days have passed with no package and a company that has no concern for the customer. I asked for a credit since it appears that I am not going to get the garments and was told to wait. Perhaps someone needs to look for that mule train and driver.

      I am in receipt of your request for more info. As you must know by now, an error was made when I filed my complaint. It was against *******************************/Amerimark and not *****************************. Since I filed my complaint I have learned that the company has filed for bankruptcy relief. My 3/28 order still has not been received and the latest tracking entry was made at 10:35 pm on 4/6. According to that entry, the package left ***************, **. I do not know if my order is being held hostage by *****************, the shipper, or if the mule train got lost along the way. I have contacted the shipper and was told to "keep checking tracking". I do not know what I can do and if filing a complaint against ******************************* will help.
