      Cruise cancellation. Aon insurance. Claim #******* Ref#**cel02410. Booked cruise on 07May20**. Paid $378 for cruise protection. Around September 1, wife experienced female problem. Had to cancel cruise. Submitted all paperwork before Oct 1. Called Aon November 7 regarding status of claim. Have called and written several times. Get the same old tired response. High volume, in process, will contact, need 30 days. Today is December 5. Would appreciate more honest responce.

      ************ will not refund money even when insurance thru Aon was purchased. We paid **** for a trip to ****** at the end of September and bought insurance for 400 extra. The hurricane hit and governor declared a state of emergency for ******* so we were unable to safely travel. ****** then closed. Now they are giving ** h*** to get our money back. We have patiently waited 10 weeks. I am sick of waiting

      I was scheduled to go on a Cruise with Royal Caribbean in May 2022. My niece and I flew to **** to pick up the Ship. When we arrived she tested positive for Covid. I was negative but because we traveled on the plane together I was not allowed to board the ship. She and I spent an unscheduled week in ****. We were reimbursed the expenses from Royal Caribbean but 6 months later I am still waiting for reimbursement from AON ************************ for the approx. $7012.81 we spent for travel, lodging and food while waiting for her to become Covid Negative. We submitted all requested receipts and documentation, Including her covid positive test and the letter from Royal Caribbean stating that I could not go on the ship.I paid my travel insurance on time when requested, expecting that the trip would be covered and reimbursed under insurance. I feel that I was tricked.I have contacted the company numerous times and they say that they are still working on it. Twice they have offered us to quit the claim. I'm wondering if they are trying to drag this on for so long that I will give up.Sincerely,***********************

      I was scheduled to go on a cruise in July 2022 through Royal Caribbean. The day before departure, I tested posted for COVID. I was not allowed to cruise. I submitted my refund request to AON since I had travel insurance through them. I submitted this request on August 16, 2022 - I still don't have my refund and it is now 3 months later. My reference # is *********. I have called and sent emails and all I hear is that they are delayed. I believe I am getting the run around. I am requesting that BBB help me recoup my funds.       I purchased the AON travel insurance for a cruise trip for Royal Caribbean. Approximately 1 week before sailing, I had to cancel due to the impending death of my dad. My father actually passed away during the week we were supposed to sail. I purchased the travel insurance in case of death in family.A claim for travel credit has been filed 3 months ago and is still under review. After repeated attempts to contact them to reject the claim and issue a travel credit, I have yet to hear from them. Royal Caribbean agreed to the travel credit, but AON refuses to process the claim and is held up in "review" status.How is this business still around when they reject all claims and collect premiums. Even with a death in the family, they refuse to issue a refund. This company has no soul.

      AON is non responsive /slow to respond regarding a travel insurance claim. Contacted multiple times since 28 July, 2022 Filed claim, reference number is *********. Due to airline cancelling flight I missed the sailing and rest of my Celebrity cruise scheduled to depart 26 July 2023. I subsequently filed a claim with AON to be reimbursed for costs of flights (about $700) and cruise cost ($2800). Contacted AON via web form. Called them several times over the last three months and continue to get same run-around a requested a canned response with no update given. All followup calls by me to Aons customer service both phone and email response: service agent could only inform that the claim was under review. Celebrity Cruise Lines would provide me with a future cruise credit, but only if Aon denies my claim to them. I would prefer a reimbursement, but a future credit would limit my losses.

      I have booked and paid for a land and sea cruise to ******. We took the first 3 days of the land excursion and were tested in ********* for covid . My wife *************************** tested positive and we were refused entry to the ship and had to purchase airfare and fly home. I submitted a claim to Aon by registered mail on 9/6/2022 with all information I thought was needed including the positive notice from the lab. Claim adjusters are not excepting phone calls and the associates I can call which I have done four times apologize but can do nothing. Aon is asking for a Physician statement which I don't have as we never went to a doctor. It's been 10 weeks now. I understand I can't make a claim to NCL until I have a closure with Aon. The reference number is ******* and the claim number is 22NCL15361. I just want to finalize the claim I don't know what else i can do.

      Purchased **************** from Aon through the Noregian Cruise Line. Our flight from ********** to ******* in late March and had to secure a flight from another airline. We filed our claim in early April and this company never returns calls, and continually responds with e-mails stating that they are overloaded with claims and will get back to us. *** concluded that its just stall tactics and they assume that we will get tired of the fight and just go away.I simply want other consumers to know they should not due business with this company.

      I purchased insurance through AON for cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line and was not able to go due to health issues with my uncle (*****************************) who was also planned to go on cruise(pancreatic cancer) and my father (cancer in hospice). I talked to AON and was told multiple times case pending and I talked to NCL and still no help. *** told me that they were not responsible and refused to help. I want a full refund as promised with this insurance.
