      I placed an order with Quill online and requested Net 30 terms. A few hours later I checked on the order and it just vanished from my order history. There was no message on my account, no email, nothing. I sent a message to their support link and received a reply the next day saying my order was declined by the credit department and I needed to call them. Now..... I completely understand being denied do to credit reasons. So I call the credit department and spoke to a gentleman that sounded like I was bothering him the entire time I was on the phone with him. I gave him the order number and he informed me that the order was denied do to a security issue. I cleared up the security issue and offered to send in proof of the misunderstanding. He then shifted gears and moved the goal posts and said "no, that wont help because your order was denied do to a lack of credit history".I then asked to speak to a supervisor, he then completely stopped talking. I asked for his name several times and got no response. At that point I reached out to the support chat, I was connected with ******************** to whom I asked for supervisor from, she kept saying she needed to "investigate" the situation before giving me a sup, but never requested any information from me. I finally got "**********" in the chat whom said he was a sup and began typing out the entirety of the issue. I began by saying it was a long explanation and it would take time to type. He responded with "Sure". In two minutes I get a message stating I was taking to long and he would be disconnecting the chat in another 2 minutes. I had to cut what I was typing out of the chat, and paste it in notepad to ask him to please not disconnect. After typing it all out he responded this "Thank you I will forward this off for you", "is there anything else"My entire experience was nothing shy of horrible.

      Quill,There was a charge of ***** that was suppose to drop off the Account, we called Quill several time over the course of time, and the customer service rep said the charge would drop off, and it never did, then some 700 days later, they charged us ***** for nothing ever shipped or recieved.So then we called and spoke the ** helpdesk with ***** at ***********************.***** issued a credit memo, and then the account was suppose to zero out. it never did. Attached is a copy of the Credit Memo, and then the charge was suppose to be reversed to show a NET ZERO BALANCE owed on our Account.Now it shows we owe ***** before this all started our Account Balance was Zero, except that there was a Pending charge 700 days ago and we were told it would drop off.We pay for everything by credit card, no Purchase orders or will call or cash on deposit.Even ***** at Quill and her Team has Reached out to the **************** several times, and they have not fixed our account, and we have never been late on a payment or charge.Quill **************** has refused to fix the problem that has been going on for over 2 years, along with their Order entry system, when we were told that this charge would drop off.Quill ** Help desk is doing what they can, and they keep emailing their **************** which has not fixed the issue and we should no late charges reported to the credit agencies at all.

      I do not want to receive e-mails from *************************** he signed me up for a service I did not request or authorize he stated the service would increase my credit limit which it did not. He is also rude in last previous message. Stating I'm complaining about getting an e-mail after we have already discussed your wish to cancel the membership? I do not want this guy contacting me no more. Honestly review if this is a consistency with other members. I don't need *************************** (*******.******@Quill.com) contacting me.

      I last purchased items from this company in 2020. Everything I purchased from them was prepaid with credit cards and all charges were processed and paid by the credit card companies. Now, two years later they are claiming that I owe them $15 and are threatening to send it to a collection agency. I have responded to their emails and even spoke to their credit department to no avail. They have been harassing me with numerous emails and sent a letter and now are threatening me with the collection agency. I do not owe this company anything. They haven't even told me what I supposedly owe the $15 for. However, regardless of what they say it was for, I know I don't owe them anything because all items were prepaid.

      I am rejecting this response because:I just want to be sure that nothing negative shows up on my credit report. Although they claimed they would wait 10 days to send it to collections, based on their response, it had already been sent. So I just want to make sure that this is not reported to any of the credit bureaus. Once I know that it was not sent to them I will fully accept their response. Sincerely,

      I keep getting a on line **** past due notices from this company. I have responded and told them I have never done business with them or any of their affiliates. They continue to send me pass due bills. they don't respond to my telling them they are not mine. I think they might be a scam company.
