      They continually miss the ship date and it arrives a day later than when I need it, I order ahead of time, knowing that I will need the items still to no avail.I have been doing a lot of printing work and need my ink ASAP, as a result, I need to cancel scheduled appointments. The delivery drivers are good but not the time of delivery from Quill. The length of time my Corporation has been with Quill and money it spends does not really give us a good discount either.

      Very dissatisfied. **************** just told me they canceled my order when I did not cancel it and I received no reason why. They told me someone would reach out within 2 to 3 days so I'm waiting for a response now. I will be keeping my review updated.

      I ordered a printer, only to discover that I used the wrong account to order the machine. Within five minutes, I contacted customer support to cancel the transaction, and was told that it was too late! How is that even possible? There was absolutely nothing they could do to help me, other than to suggest that I refuse delivery when the product arrives, and expect a refund within so-and-so business days. I am so perplexed by this whole thing!

      I order office supplies for various office locations for my company - and we ALWAYS have a delivery problem when we have orders for our ***************, ** office location. This is on a military base, but most other carriers do not have such issues. Quill's tracking will indicate something like, "address is incorrect-will deliver", yet they never follow through. ****************** answer is to always issue a replacement order - though I'm not sure how that is supposed to fix the problem. It sounds like a driver issue, and the carrier/driver needs to be held accountable. Why aren't they?Furthermore, along with delivery issues - Quill offers a mere "30" character spaces in their delivery instructions block online, for you to give delivery instructions, or indicate to NOT deliver after certain hours or on a certain day...This is barely enough space to even type a name, much less give instructions. It's maddening. And drivers should also be looking at these instructions, but clearly they are not. Quill is not our 1st choice in office supplies - and these are just "some" of the reasons why.

      Do not use this company Quill.com! Their reviews are very bad, and I wish I would have known that before trying their services. Tried to order some yellow ink for my brother printer and never received it so the order was cancelled, and the pending charge was returned so everything was good but today (10/22/2024) I see that they took it upon themselves to charge me again for the same item (which I did not order) that they are not even sure they can get making me go thru the cancellation process to remove the pending charge from my bank account again. So, I cancelled and received the confirmation that the order was cancelled so we will see what happens to the 2nd pending charge on my bank account. My point is why mess with a company that's trying to force you to be a customer without your authorization and not even knowing if they can get the product while at the same time trying to force a comparable product on you.

      I created an account and I made a purchase. Within the three month. I canceled my quill plus membership. A few months later, there was a charge on my credit card from Quill. I called to find out that there was a duplicate account that they created. I was not told about this account. The first time I called. I asked to be refunded and have not been given a response. Mistakes happen, but they should own up to them. I’m very disappointed. Closing both of the accounts was also a big hassle.

      I ordered a printer from Quill and the order was canceled without me being notified. I was told someone will reach out to me within 24 hours. No one did. I called back and I was told that my order was flagged for fraud. The agent reordered the printer. Once again the order was canceled without me being notified. I do not recommend doing business with Quill.

      Avoid doing business with QUILL if youre looking to build business credit!!!!!Avoid doing any business with QUILL if you are seeking to establish business credit. I had a negative experience with them when I made a purchase and wanted to pay off the invoice promptly, but they refused to bill me as an invoice due to an unpaid balance, which was untrue. Even after providing supporting documents proving that the balance was fully paid off, it has been a hassle to get the hold released. This lack of concern for my business could have had serious consequences. I strongly advise against doing any business with QUILL. On the other hand, if you are looking for net 30 vendors, I highly recommend ULINE, Nav, and ECREDIBLE. I have never encountered any issues with them and they have been wonderful to work with. Unlike QUILL, they have consistently reported to D&B and provided excellent service. Moving forward I will be taking my business else where.

      We identified and apologized for our error, restored account balance to $0, followed up with D&B to restore credit history and gave the account a $300 line of credit.
