Signed up for Quill as a new business user after getting a special offer from my credit card. Orders kept getting shadow cancelled. Tried time and time again. Spoke with Quill for hours. First they said it was my bank, then my address, then my business, then an issue because they couldn't extend credit (I'm not using their credit, I'm using my own card).Bottom line, tried one last time today. Was on the phone for 2 hours. Nothing. The agent told me it wasn't worth the hassle to get it fixed and I should take my business elsewhere. That's what I'll be doing. You pride yourself on good customer service **********************, but I've literally never dealt with worse customer service in my entire 25 years in business. I know I'm just one drop in the bucket, but this the right way to treat customers.Business Response

Not only was this not communicated at all, I spent 2 hours on the phone with a rep ready to any "proof" or documentation needed for validation. I was told by the rep that shouldn't bother and that Quill's credit team wouldn't even bother with it.No other company on earth does this. Not Office Depot, not Staples, no one. I won't be pressing this matter further. I just want people to know that its a dead end with Quill if they don't deem you worthy to be their business customer.

I placed an order with Quill and the item was defective. The item was returned and Quill has acknowledged receipt of the item. I paid $381.96 via debit card for a laptop. Quill has stated several times a refund request was submitted but still no refund to my debit card. Order #*********. I would like a refund as originally requested, I do not want a credit. If this is not resolved before the end of the week. We will be closing all 10 business accounts with Quill.Business Response

I am a loyal customer of this business under account number *******. Quite some time ago, I informed the company to ship everything with another courier besides the sketchy delivery company Courier Express. As in the past, this company would always get lost, and always had issues with delivery from this business. Quite some time ago, I was assured that everything would be delivered by **** this option worked for a bit. Now most recently, Quill is again shipping items through Courier Express. I sent a message through on the "chat" function with the business. I was again reassured that notes will be made to utilize **** Again, now with my most recent order, Courier Express was utilized. On 11/07/22, I placed an order (by invoice) for $110.86 to apply for a NET 30 account with Quill. I was approved so they sent a confirmation email and shipped my items the next day. I received my items in a timely manner. Today (11/11/22) I logged on to attempt to pay my balance on the invoice early and the order was COMPLETELY GONE from my order history. How am I suppose to pay my balance??? This is so inconvenient and unprofessional. After reading the other negative reviews I completely understand why no one wants to continue business with them. I really hope that they arent trying to s**** me over and report on my business credit as UNPAID when I LITERALLY CANT PAY IT!!! I want this fixed immediately. I do NOT plan on continuing my business with Quill at this time. To be sure this isnt going to negatively impact my business credit score next month, this needs to be corrected immediately. I am extremely disappointed by this because I was very excited about their website! I've been using this website for several months. They advertise that you will get next day and 12-day shipping and I have waited a week for items. They also advertise that you can use the coupon from the website to get things such as free gift and free shipping. Unfortunately, they do NOT honor any of those other than free shipping. If you try and get someone on the chat, they take forever to respond and close the chat if you don't respond after one minute. I have been charged twice for the same thing. Yes, they returned the funds but the customer service were no help at all and infact made it all the more difficult. I will be using some of my other net 30 accounts from now on.Business Response

I notified Quill.com to not renew my membership and they will not honor my request. They were notified before the due date and continue to harass me and insist this be paid. Their lack of integrity has ruined all desire for me to ever do business with them again.Business Response

We received no less than 10 emails about an unpaid invoice. All of our orders are selected to be paid my our AMEX card at the time of checkout so not sure what happened. I would email and receive multiple emails that we did not have an open balance. I would log in and see there was no open balances on our account but we would still receive notices. On 09/22/2022 i went in and paid this invoice they claimed was not paid b our amex due to an issue in their system. Today on 09/26/2022 i got a notice that they are sending our accounts to collections. The failures of the accounting **** is now resulting in harassing emails from them over and over again. No two reps EVER say the same thing but yet they think we are the issue. we have made the payment, now twice, update your records! We have been customers of Quill for over 5 years but this latest foolery has us researching other companies.Business Response

I went on Quill.com to order black ink for my sister.I put order in n then and email was sent to me saying that the product was out of stock. It gave an option to cancel order or wait.. I canceled because my sister didnt want to wait that long. A long while later I was emailed that a payment of $25.20 was due. I emailed them several times explaining we never got product . Also that they would not send product without receiving payment at the time of shipping.
