      I would not recommend this company at all. We placed an order for a few things for the office such as supplies, a printer and a file cabinet. This was paid for by a credit card the day the order was placed online. The file cabinet was delayed which was fine. A month after the delivery of the cabinet we start getting harassing emails and phone calls about our invoice not being paid. I give them a call directly as I thought the people calling and emailing was a scam since we had paid the order a couple of months ago. After speaking the the person she said the calls and emails were from them but shes not sure why we are getting them bc our account is paid in full. Then an hour later I get another email stating that this is now the third notice that we are past due. It has taken multiple phone calls to get this resolved. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional on their end. They have lost a customer. If I could u would give them negative stars.

      Terrible customer service. Told me twice they'd call me back regarding a return. Actually, guaranteed me they'd call me back...twice. Never contacted me. They apologize over and over again. I will never from them again. Besides, I found the print cartridges I was reordering from Office Depot for $100 less. Don't order from them.

      Horribly misleading deal offered for creating an account with them. Everywhere I looked it said "20% off your orders for the first 3 months." It never said "Except for your first order".

      An error on our side caused us to increase ************** credit line higher than D&B reporting supported. Reducing his credit line back to $300 was made to correct our error. In response to his concerns, our Credit Supervisor replied to him we welcome customers to file reports. It helps us focus on troubled areas we need to work on. The limit was based on the spending habits and the information found on your DNB file. This is the same action we would have taken to make the best decision for our bottom line.

      Billing problem for about a year. We purchase office supplies then returned item. They issued credit memo to us and we used toward two separate bills. I have submitted which invoices I used credit to and submitted all of the evidence. Their ************ sent us multiple times that this has been cleared, but them we receive " PAST DUE " again and again for this credit that we received. They put us through collector then again I submitted all of the evidence once again that this has been cleared over and over again but Quill keep sending us past due every month and we had enough ! Finally2/15/2024 we received from collecting agency that this has been addressed to Quill and it's closed. Yea right I just placed order for office supply and our order is on HOLD because we have past due. Their credit **** is such a mess. not doing their job

      Prices are very high in comparison with other vendors. If you have a Quill+ membership, they make it very difficult to cancel it. You can't just cancel the renewal by logging in your account. You have to have multiple interactions via email or chat, or call in and hear sales pitches. This is a violation of ARL law in **********. If you offer online renewal (which you do), you have to offer an opportunity to cancel exclusively online. The *** is working currently to implement this federally. Despite that, it's is just bad business practice.

      I am an accountant and am good at paying my bill. Lately i have received numerous emails claiming "urgent outstanding balance due" when in fact nothing is due. When i received the invoice i pay them using bill pay, which is electronically sent to Quill.Many of the invoices are sent to me this year, and it is due by end of this month. I have contacted them and requested a supervisor to call me. The A/R is not responsive. They claim they can't find the payment. . Why are customer being harassed for not paying bill, when the bill is not even received yet.I have contacted quill, they claim someone will call me.. Have yet to hear from anyone.

      Our company has an account that spans five years. Apparently in 2020 there was a purchase made that was not on our credit card as was our usual practice. They recently reached out to us about a bill from 2020 and there's no way to find the bill on the quill.com website because it is past their maximum months of storage. We had no record of that bill in our files. Others that we did purchase and process using our normal procedure were able to be found in our files.We paid the bill, via a collection agency...for a fee but we will, never use quill.com again.

      I placed an order, days later and I cant get a tracking number. They wont answer the phone, they dont reply to my email. I only got a confirmation email, which means very little right now, other than they have my money. I am contacting my bank and possibly the police at this time. This is unacceptable.
