Very poor account management. Opened a quill+ account and placed order. It created two accounts and put membership in one and order in another and lost all discounts. Spent an hour on the phone fixing and they assured me all is fixed. A few days later it was not and my order is cancelled. Found out billing and shipping address have to be same. Welcome to ****s!! This place is extremely poor technically and willingness to resolve your issue, stay away!Quill.com

Their idea of customer service is very poor! I received a desk that I paid over $1k (once shipping/packaging fees were applied) for to open it up and have a HUGE ***** on the top of it! Because I did not open the packaging the day I got it, they will NOT do anything to make this right! If I wanted to return it, I could not! All I asked for was them to make it right. The desk itself is actually very nice. It is heavy and seems to be durable. Had I known their customer service was so poor, I would have spent more elsewhere! OH! And trying to track this shipment was a NIGHTMARE! Their response was, please give it until end of business day to show up. If it doesn't please contact us tomorrow. I purchased: Bestar Connexion Collection; ******** Desk with Pedestal and Hutch, Sandstone and Slate Item: ******* This was their final reply to me which made me choose to NEVER purchase from them again! Hello *******,We apologize for the inconvenience.Please accept our sincere apologies in this matter. I ordered a case for my s22 ultra Sept 30th. I paid the ***** for vip shipping. I asked when I should receive it since I paid 15 bucks. Never got a reply. Emailed again nothing then again, finally sorry *************** and a tracking number which gives you no information what so ever. Not where it is or estimated time of delivery nothing. I've lot count of me emailing them and getbthe sane response every time. This is freaking ridiculous. I wish I would have read comments here before I ordered. They better have a **** good return policyQuill.com

Our business has used Quill for our supplies for a few years. Recently, we have had so many issues with Quill stating that we were late on some invoices and that if we didn't pay the balance, they would be sending our account to a Third Party collection service. Never once had anyone called us to try and resolve the invoices before they sent that email out. Upon reviewing the invoices they said were due, we had proof of a check that was sent out and cashed by Quill. I tried for a week and a half to get a "live" person on the phone to resolve this issue. I also tried emailing someone after we received the email threatening to send our account to a 3rd Party. I could not get someone on the phone for at least 4-5 days. Finally, when I did get a hold of someone, they must have been overseas as I couldn't hear very well and couldn't understand what they were saying. I told her of our dissatisfaction with the customer service. I sent her a copy of the check and explained it was cashed. Someone called me back at 4 :30 after I left work, gave a number and when I called that number, I got a totally different person, and had to go thru the entire story again. I asked if I could speak to a "live" person who could finally get this resolved, as the woman I was speaking to said she could not help me.......then why even call me??? She told me someone would get back to me in 3-5 days?????? The customer service at ********************** is the worst that I have every dealt with for a supply chain. You cannot get someone on the phone right away to resolve the matter and instead they send out emails that say, "we have tried repeatedly to reach someone to resolve this". I have tried from the 1st day I received the initial email to resolve this, and I cannot get anyone to help. We will no longer be using Quill as it is not a company that you can resolve issues with or get good customer service. Their prices may be cheap, but customer service makes it not worthwihile to use.Quill.com

2 years ago a Quill sales rep canvased our office unsolicited to be a supplier for the products we sale, i.e. We are a reseller and they will provide the office products we resale. He was very insistent that they can be a competitive vendor for us so I decided to give them a shot. They enrolled us in Quill+ and for 2 years we had a good relationship. Suddenly this last week we receive an email from the Director of Customer Relations that being a reseller is a violation of their Terms of Service for Quill+ and they cancelled our account. Now the director that contacted us with the cancellation notice is dodging our phone calls and emails when I try to get clarification on why this happened and why Quill sales rep approached US to do the very thing they claim is a violation. What's more frustrating is when we sent them a reseller certificate for our state a human being at Quill manually approved it. I know there was a restructuring at Quill in the last few months and it is apparent that it was a downhill direction.Quill.com

*****, as stated in our 7/21 email response, we accidentally flagged your account with a General resale exemption instead of the Resale exemption. This was human error, not intentional. Because of our error, it allowed us to promote and enroll you in Quill+, and we accept full responsibility for our error. Contracts with our vendors explicitly prohibit us from selling specific products and brands for resale. Once this came to our attention, we had no choice except to notify you that we are no longer able to provide you with ************ Tech or any of the other products/brands as stated on our original email. BE VERY CAREFULL, company had a promotion online for High Quality HP paper at discounted price when you buy 2. I placed the order as such and it was listed in my cart at checkout as my selection. After making online payment, I received an order acknowledgment (typical right), but I didn't review it. Well today I received my paper delivery and it was a DIFFERENT BRAND!!! I went to look at my order acknowledgement and to my disbelief it was processed and charged for a lower end quality paper yet charged the same. This should be illegal, how do I select a product and it get charged and invoiced instantly different??? I understand that you could be out of the paper that I specifically ordered, but to not call and ask customer before delivering is just bad business and unethical. I now have to wait 2-3 business days for Quill to pickup wrong printer paper and wait an additional 2-3 after they receive their paper back before I get my return funds.Quill.com

Bad company: Canceled order without any notification, reason or rational! Order record just disappeared from their website! I guess their price really was too good to be true! Something is wrong with this company- Stay away!Quill.com

We have contacted the customer, apologizing for this error. Per *** all cartons have been returned to our warehouse on 6/16/22, we now consider this resolved.
