      Most companies will allow you to cancel an order if you contact the company within 30 mins or 1 hour. I messed up my order and tried to cancel within 10 mins and they will not cancel the order. I find that to be very annoying. Sometime things happen.

      Been using quill for a couple of years but lately their WATCO local delivery is horrible. Claims the address was wrong, doesn't deliver. I double checked my address on the order and IT WAS CORRECT! Something that is supposed to receive in 1-2 days takes WATCO local delivery 7 days to deliver. On the tracking it will keep saying "missed delivery" - clearly he can't do his job correctly. You just lost a customer.

      My company has had business dealings with Quill for longer than I've been employed. However instead of trying to settle a matter that has NEVER happened in the 15 years I have been with this company, they decide to send our account to a collections agency. We are a multi million dollar insurance company and have no reason to not pay our bills, especially one that was $69.41. We've purchased way more products at a higher cost and paid without thought. To my surprise the collections we were sent to was for the $69.41 that was paid to our knowledge (could've been the mail or anything for that matter) and also for a membership that I requested cancelled 2 years ago. Thankfully there are other options to buy supplies from and local which would offer more support to our local community. I'll definitely consider my options before purchasing something from your collections agency Quill Corporation. Please remember that our money keeps you in business.

      I ordered a desk in the process of ordering online the screen gave me one delivery projection. After the order was placed the email pushed the delivery date back. I called to inquire they said there was nothing I could do to expedite the delivery date. The order never came on the date of delivery. As a matter of fact it never even shipped. They told me it was being delivered by Roadway but had an *** tracking. *** spoken to supervisors and everyone in between to where supervisors claimed they would call me back because they agreed it was the wrong tracking number for roadway and lied. I cant believe how unprofessional and disrespectful this company is. Do not do business with them. *** never been dismissed and lied to from a company. Outrageous.

      WHAT A JOKE Been ordering with them for months. I had issues processing a payment for almost 4 months. I paid it then when I try to make another purchase it says amount due... evertime I purchased. So I look at my bank statement and no pending payment no withdrawal nothing. Try again same thing. I called and explained this... they said it's because this payment was sent back because of my bank. WHATTTT ?? I call the bank... no such thing happened, reps ***** not mine! She explained... we didn't receive anything from this company, no recent transactions at all. Ok? Maybe it's my card let's add a new one... Ok sweet payment accepted week or two later... balance of.... owed at this point IM PISSSED this literally happened like almost 8 different occasions it says paid then they don't process it on THEIR end. So now I cannot utilize net 30 for 90 days. This is not an issue my bank or credit card have caused it's your processing system. I have high CL on the cards I used, so NO it wasn't because of lack of funds. NICE TRY! It will show late on your business credit folks so THATS A HUGE PROBLEM! No rep called to try and assist just an invoice in my email saying due. My business credit is flawless because I pay all my debts. Now its tainted. PLEASE FOLKS DONT USE QUILL.COM Allot of the products are Way over priced and its not okay especially if you're operating a restaurant. Shipping is not something that really should be passed on to patrons if products are so high. Also some things just dont arrive when said but It does deliver fast when it does that's why I gave them one star.Find another business to utilize. Thank me ltr

      I ordered a 6 month supply of coffee from Quill. When it arrived the delivery driver drove approximately 2 feet off our driveway and onto our lawn. You would have thought that the orange snow stakes that lined the edge of the concrete driveway would have indicated to the driver where to drive. It didn't, he ran those over too. Maybe he needs glasses?Once I opened the package I noticed the expiration date of the coffee in approximately 2 months. Because I ordered a 6 month supply and won't be able to finish it before it expires I contacted Quill. They never responded! That says loud and clear that they absolutely do not care about their customers.

      No stars given; we are a new company that decided to use Quill to help build our business credit. They opened two accounts under our name. I managed to cancel one account and merge information over to the current/open account which they now are confused on. We paid on an invoice on the old account before closing it and then once they transferred everything over, they didn't note that it was paid. Quill for some reason sent out a refund check That apparently was cashed (not by us though). Now they are saying we owe them the money they refunded because it was sent by accident. I have called and each time I am told It will be escalated. Once it was escalated, I have been going back and forth with them via email explaining that we did not cash a refund check nor receive it. No one has called us personally and there has not been any solution. I asked them why they would send out a refund check if we supposably owed them money. I sent proof that they cashed our check for the invoice. This has been going on for months now. Unfortunately, it's getting to the point where we might just pay it because it's messing with our credit. This is NOT right.

      They are awesome. The fastest delivery Ive had. Next day truly is next day. And customer service is just as good. Nice, friendly, and easy to work with. Products also have the best prices. It is less for me to buy from Quill online than from the local office supply chain. And with silver plus things are even better!

      Order was so delayed I called. Quill representative generated a replacement order. Ultimately the original order was received and the replacement order. Quill invoiced for both orders; although, I did not request the replacement order. I could not easily return the order as there was no return label, it was in multiple boxes and heavy. I will not order from Quill again.

      How can this company be best in office supply customer care. Their payment application with checks is awful. What is worse, trying to get someone to even repsond and help! Must be overseas. Make sure you are able to get them to apply payment or pay with a credit card. They won't respond if you need customer care. ********** rating must be paid for as this BBB rating shoes Quill is nothing but a joke!
