      I am rejecting this response because: Portion of business response is not factual. I was never offered winterization of my unit nor rejected. The damaged to my unit was a result of the dealerships failure of workmanship. While it is true that *********************** has reached out to me and offered a gift card for a portion of the repair cost. I still do not feel that I should have to pay out of pocket for the dealerships neglect. I have yet to be contacted by the Camping World ****** in regards to repair status or completion.

      Manager, *********************, with concerns to be told that it is the customers responsibility to winterize the unit. This is absurd, the dealerships lack of responsibility while my camper was in their possession, is a gross misrepresentation of service and pure lack of customer service. My camper had not been used in over a month when we dropped it off and no water was present. To diagnose our leak, the dealership had to hook up water to our camper. So technically they failed to make sure all the water was blown out of the lines and water heater. In their view, I guess during the 3 months they had the camper for the repairs we were supposed to know the exact day/timeframe the Technician performed the diagnostic/repairs. Therefore, knowing exactly when to call them to pay to have it winterized. Talk about a scam! We were kept in the dark regarding the repairs practically the entire duration unless we reached out. Often only to get a voicemail box with no return call. I fully understand the stance on it being the customers responsibility to winterize their unit. Which is their unreasonable justification in denying fault on their part. However, that all goes out the window because the service department added the water to the unit while on their lot to perform troubleshooting/repairs. Therefore, discrediting the justification of the winterization by the customer. Again, communication from their end was pretty much nonexistence. Now the General Manager, *************************** is refusing to take responsibility of her employees, and do the right thing to cover the repair. Our experience with this dealership has been far from decent lack of communication, poor workmanship and failure to take responsibility for fault. I also work in the service industry, so I am well versed in that sector. If our customer ********************** provided the level of customer service, we have received from this dealership. I can tell you I certainly would not hold the position that I have today. *******************************, on your website you claim you are a leader with a different approach. He seeks to build and ****** businesses and relationships that are positive, inspirational, compassionate, and at their most basic, loving. I dont believe the way this dealership is operating aligns with your vision. Do you?

      04/22/2022 $55,000 Walk through and instantly issues. Wires were not done right and light was stuck on, fridge door was broken, 3 blinds did not work. Upon getting the trailer home and loading it up we found - Screen door will not stay latched shut, front stability **** will not operate, Black tank shut off valve does not seal and black tank leaks into dump tube, Water heater doesnt work on electric OR on propane, Heater will randomly shut off and have to cycle through all of the settings on thermostat to get it to start working again, regardless of what temperature is set at, Panel above bed needs to be re-glued, latch on the right side of the ramp seems to be misaligned and regardless of how you push the handle to latch it, it is destroying the lock Generator was not turned on properly and did not work. My husband found that they had never even turned the breaker on. Fresh water tank leaks everywhere. Upon taking the trailer to them to have issues repaired early May 2022, they proceeded to HIT our slide and storage door on other side and not even inform us. When we got trailer home, slide would not operate properly and had to/have to manually override it to get it to work. We got trailer home 5/12 or 5/13, I called ***********************, our sales rep, to inform him about slide. I was told all managers would have a meeting and call me back. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. We were told accidents happen.I called Gander RV aka RVs.Com yesterday 1/21/2023 to let them know I was bringing trailer in today 1/22/2023 for repairs because it was only day I could come. When I got there I asked for a service writer. One wasnt available, I asked for the manager. I waited 15 minutes and the original person that said they would get me the manager reappeared. Stated the manager did not want to talk to us and that we could drop the trailer where it was and ****, the service writer, could call us when he got there. They didnt take our name, number or anything. Manager REFUSED to talk to us.

      On 12/11/21, we purchased a 2010 ***************** Break RV from Camping World located in ********, **. We initially saw the unit on 11/26/21. There were no visible damages to the unit at this time. On 12/11/21, we completed the purchase agreement for the unit. There were some pending repairs they had started but still waiting on parts to complete. There were damages to dinette ceiling needing to be replaced. On 12/22/21, we did a walk through to ensure some repairs were completed. It was determined that there was a water leak somewhere that had gone unnoticed, possibly from the slide out. We we assured that all repairs would be made at no additional cost to us. I wrote down a list of damages left to be repaired and had a camping world representative sign and date it. At that time, it was the house battery, seal tech, and leak repairs.We were then able to test the unit on a long distant trip to NC from ********. During that trip, we discovered some additional repairs to be made and made a note of them. We also experienced heavy rains that caused water to flood the u it at the end of December. On 1/11/22, we dropped off the unit to have the water leak repaired. I provided ************************ a list of repairs (as seen on workorder) and emailed him photos on the spot of the water damage caused to dinette by the leak. We were advised the dinette bench would be repaired because they were liable for the water repairs that led to the damage. We picked up the unit and were advised the repairs were done. On 02/03/22, we experienced some heavy rains and found our unit flooded again. Since then, there have been 6-7 attempts to repair the *** We have communicated with the general manager, service sup and their corporate office and have yet to have any resolve. Between montly payments, deposit, out of pocket repairs, insurance ect, we have paid over $23,000.00 for an rv we haven't been able to use as it has been at camping world more than in our possession for unresolved repairs.

      I contacted corporate. I shared all the information with corporate. I received a response from a corporate rep on 1/5/2023 asking what they could do to make the situation right. I forwarded a message and have not heard anything back.

      I am rejecting this response because: their response is a gross misrepresentation of their efforts as you can see from the images provided I too have made countless efforts to contact them via phone and email to no avail in my request I had requested that they contacted me via email as my professional job does not provide me the freedom to answer my personal cell phone during normal business hours and I cannot jeopardize my professionalism to resolve a matter that I feel could easily be resolved in court I have asked them countless times to speak with me via email which they refused to do and only asks that I returned their call they are not available on weekends and I feel that if this matter was of any importance to them they would try to make other efforts so I feel that this is not a fair representation as I reject the claim

      I am rejecting this response because: I did respond to the email from ****** on January 31, 2022 at 4:30 PM. I said that I would not accept the offer of $1,000.00. I said that I have lost all confidence in the dealership and the motorhome. Every time we try to take this motorhome something else brakes down and every time we take it back to the ********* doesn't get repaired. We want a total reimbursement of our purchase price of $165,000.00 and for our grief and expense that we have had. We do not trust to take it anywhere.

      ***************************************orhome with so many things going wrong and the very poor service I have received that I would like my full purchase price returned to me and compensation for all the times I have had to return for the same repairs and not getting them resolved. I have contacted Forest River and they know about most of the problems. This vehicle is definitely a Lemon! I repaired the hood latches myself that would not latch when I first got it home. I also put a piece of plexi-glass in the refrigerator door latch to keep it shut that they still have not repaired. I repaired a cupboard door that fell off on one of our trips also.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have replied that I have lost all confidence in the selling dealer and in the motorhome. I have made many trips to this dealer to have it repaired and they have not gotten things repaired and have lied to me many times. Every time I take it out I find more things wrong. I believe that the company should return my money for this motorhome. I have put some miles on this motorhome and am willing to pay for those miles. I have also spent a lot of time repairing quite a few of the problems myself. It has also cost me a lot of money taking it back to the dealer for repairs and only to find out that they did not repair things that they told me that they had repaired. Please purchase this motorhome back.
