AVOID AVOID AVOID BUYING your trailer from camping world! HORRIBLE service department, sales department. When you buy a new 2024 model trailer they tell you if you have any warranty work, to bring it in and you would be first in line to get the work done. LIES! we bought a trailer in January 2024, came back in two weeks pointing at all the things that were wrong. *The trailer literally falls apart at every button pushed* A week later i get a text from service department that they were aware of the issues prior to sale (That they FAILED to mention to us during the walk through or any time of the sale) that they had ordered parts but they were on back order, and they would call us when those parts came in. (this includes the linoleum that was damaged due to a s**** sticking up under a bunk bed where kids sit.) fast forward to end of Feb no call no text. I called on Feb 25th left a message, no one called back. Contacted corporate office, they connected me to a service manager who apologized and scheduled an apt for 3/19 to get all work done including the linoleum. promised it would be **************. We arrive Saturday and NO WORK has been done, but we found our trailer in worse condition than when we left it. They cut up the linoleum in the front room where the flap is without consent or asking if that was okay. Fast forward this is the 3rd week, no one can tell me what work has been complete, what still needs to be done, what parts they are waiting on and when they expect it to be complete. Corporate office stopped communicating as well, sent two emails March 27th, April 1st and April 2nd still waiting for a reply from ***************************** who i am assuming is not part of corporate office, as i highly doubt corporate would choose to ignore emails without at least including an auto reply. Save your self a headache, buy from a different dealer who values its clients and is able to communicate with their clients at every step of purchase/ or warranty repairs.

Bony forthcoming on the work completed, parts ordered, or work to be done. 3 new managers within 6 months of purchase. Beware if buying new.

5 months and my 5th wheel is not repaired. The excuses for the delays are rediculas. I am still waiting for parts that they knew were needed when I dropped it off. In checking myself these parts are locally available today. Phone calls go with no return. Worst customer service I have ever seen, no one cares. If your RV needs repair this would be the last place to take it.

My recent experience with Camping World RV repairs has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite shelling out a substantial $33,000 for comprehensive repairs, the service I received was far from satisfactory.Communication breakdowns, delayed updates, and unresolved issues with the leveling system have plagued my interactions with Camping World. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have left me deeply disappointed.Trust and safety concerns have also arisen. From questionable repair suggestions to compromising the safety of my RV, Camping World's actions have only fueled my doubts about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The inconvenience and financial strain of multiple visits to their facility, coupled with the burden of undertaking lengthy journeys, have further exacerbated my frustration. In conclusion, I urge others to steer clear of Camping World for RV repairs. Their failure to provide a satisfactory resolution and their disregard for customer safety are unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and seek assistance elsewhere.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! Never told us that warranty worked would only be covered if we brought the unit to them. We purchased a destination camper from them, its not supposed to be hauled back and forth. They also failed to register our warranty with Forest River. Our Heat/AC went or completely after two weeks! Will NEVER use them or recommend them!

Purchased a 2016 Winnebago Sunstar LX 27N in May of 2023. It was located at Camping World - **********. The rig had ****** miles on it. They drove it to **** where we took possession with ****** miles. ** ****** miles, we had a catastrophic engine failure of a broken valve seal that ruined the motor. We had purchased the Good *** extended service plan for $11,800. It has a cap of $25,000 for warranty claims. The new engine cost $25,000, with the plan administered by Assurant, only paying out $19,500, leaving us on the hook for the balance. Camping World provides Assurant with approximately 75% of Assurant's RV business and supposedly tried to pressure them into paying the balance, per the contract value of $25,000. ******** told them they would not because they felt the labor estimate was too high, and Camping World told us "too bad, there is nothing more they can do". Think long and hard before purchasing anything from Camping World. I know I'll never darken their door again, anywhere!

Zero stars. The ** here in ********* is Dbag. We didnt even purchase, they yanked our arms into a ***** deposit to start paperwork on a small weekend camp trailer we were half interested in. Happily took our money but when we decided against it they told us we wouldnt be getting our money back. The ONLY PAPERWORK we signed was to give permission to pull credit. We didnt sign any paperwork indicating we wouldnt get a refund on our money if we decided against purchasing the trailer. The sales guy was nice but they all are at first. This place is full of **** ****. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!

Camping World ******** has had my new 2023 Forest River Forester since November 30, 2023 for warranty work. They did not even order parts until ************** say the parts did not come in and they had to reorder. Oh, they are very sorry, but I still have no camper. Their service after the sale deserves absolutely no stars. I am still waiting for my camper. I cannot really use it without the slide-out working, so I have to wait. And wait. And wait. I'm really not trusting they will have it fixed correctly if and when I get it back.

We purchased a used camper and they waited until after the sale to inspect it. Turns out the camper needed a lot of work. Which camping world offered to do at no charge.we bought the toy hauler in September 23 the service department has had the camper up until the beginning of February 24. They returned it to us in January just for us to have to bring it right back because multiple things werent done. At this time we face to face went through everything in the camper that needed to be fixed along with a text message with a list. When we took it on vacation in mid February and found that there were multiple items on the list that werent done, the camper wasnt detailed, and its FALLING APART! We got a repair ticket that said they were going to recaulk the roof and exterior which wasnt done and WE HAD A ROOF LEAK ON VACATION! This camper is trash, the camper and the people weve dealt with have been nothing but a headache. We were promised the world, promised this would be taken care of and wed have a camper that needed nothing but cosmetic repairs when we got it back. Now that we dont want it and we want our money back they are only willing to give us $18k trade in value on a camper that THEY'VE HAD FOR 5 out of the 6 MONTHS WEVE OWNED IT. We purchased the camper for $35k, so it depreciated $17k in 6 months?!?! They arent even willing to give us back our down payment or the payments weve made on it for the time we couldnt use it! And they arent willing to fix the rot that is there because THEY DIDNT CAULK IT LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD! They knew this camper was trash when they sold it to us. And now they are refusing to make it right! I have PLENTY OF PICTURES UPON REQUEST!
