  A new location opened in my area.l called asking if they planned on getting class b motor homes in.Whoever answered the phone had absolutely no idea what l was talking about.I had to literally describe a class b motor home.The person put me on hold and must have asked someone what I was talking about.The person came back saying they werent sure.Really?Seriously?You deal in campers and have no clue what a class b is or if they will be a future order.*****************.

  ******* was so helpful, and an amazing sales associate, her knowledge of the Different types of Rvs helped us find what we wanted because this is all new to **, although a deal couldn't be met yesterday during their Expo I'm sure once we have a Co-Signer with a much better credit score things will move along slower and better for us. We will highly recommend her because of her excellent customer service skills!We look forward coming back and working with her!Thankyou *************

  Sold me 2 defective campers because their service department did not do their checks! 2nd camper floor flooded and ruined camper and cabinets because the hot water tank connects were not on! 2 weeks mo hot water because faucet was defective Ridiculous lying in the warranty and finance department!Told me to lie to my insurance company!Lied about 30 days of camping!Seeking an attorney because this company is a SCAM!

  Camping World does not consider service after a sale important for customer retention. In November of 2022, we purchased from Camping World a 2023 Fifth Wheel trailer by Heartland RV's. A Bighorn model 3300DL perfect floor plan for our needs. After delivery and on the first time pull to a resort we noticed several issues with the *** The fireplace heater in the living room quit working and after checking it was faulty and failed. The second issue was with the water heater on the side of the camper coming loose and pulling out of the camper. After many phone calls Camping World would not send a mobile repair man out to fix it without a charge. It was not towable without fear of falling out. I had to pay to have it repaired, Camping World offers no service after the sale. I scheduled a recent appointment to have other issues repaired and assumed this would all be under warranty since the trailer is not a year old. Please read the fine print, they charged me for diagnosing warranty issues and the comment was it was as designed. Some how Heartland designed faulty seals and poor AC ducting. I would not recommend purchasing or servicing an RV at any Camping World. I hope this helps someone else make a good decision not to buy at Camping World

  **NOTE** Star rate is: Minus 0 Stars Purchased new unit in July 2023 and as of today 10-20-23 its has over 20+ issues. The most concerning is water damage from major leak which went through subfloor dripping outside too electrical issues. We have requested monthly payments to be paid by Camping World since it has been in service longer than we have had the unit. We were told this wld be considered by management however now we are being ignored. We have never received the Paint and *********** we paid for at closing (*******) after multiple attempts. We also have requested that money back, again, we were told it wld be considered only now to be ignored. Also due to the laundry list of issues we requested a new unit and yes, crickets. Only thing we are told are parts are being ordered and everything goes to warranty. The manufacturer, Heartland and CW **************** talks over you, are rude, and only provides canned responses or jargon. The Manufacturer wired things wrong and we are concerned about the new unit being a fire hazard. We believe an inspection was not done on the unit because one issue was duct work not being hooked up. Also, some wiring was not done which we were sold as it had been. We waited 2yrs to select a unit and to our dismay this has been a 3mon nightmare. Unfortunately it appears by looking at reviews on Camping World this is CWs MO. Similar issues like ours and sadly some going back 8yrs. They should be held accountable by the BBB. Totally unacceptable and unbelievable they have been able to get away with this type of business dealings this long.

  We have had continued harassing emails by someone named *******************. I would warn potential RV buyers to steer clear of Camping World and under no circumstance would I recommend giving your personal contact information to anyone associated with Camping World. We've sent repeated requests to be removed from their marketing campaigns and all we get in return is "please unsubscribe", which we have done. As this communication has been done electronically we'll also be contacting the *** to report the harassment.

  Terrible. Bait and switch. Questionable and borderline fraudulent and finance practices. Terrible lack of communication. ****************** wired my trailer hitch presenting a potentially fatal situation with wiring. A lot of deflection and unaccountability. Buyers definitely beware, don't engage any contract without thoroughly reviewing and even with an attorney if available.May look to file a class action suit. If anyone is interested please feel free to contact me

  I no longer can recommend this place! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!! They no longer stand by their service warrantees. None of the employees seem to give a hoot about their jobs anymore. They were supposed to sell our RV and instead kept it for 2 months and didn't even list it, they did nothing! Then they tried to convince me to do work on it that had already been done. It is still supposed to be under warranty but now suddenly want me to pay them to do the "diagnostic" at unbearable prices and then "maybe the warranted will pay you back"! This is not what I paid for. I bought the best warranty they sell that is supposed to cover everything. Plus they never ever called me, I had to call over and over with no call backs. Picked it up yesterday and going to sell it through another RV place. Will buy our next one elsewhere too!!

  They pulled the old bait and switch they listed the camper at a certain price with a good credit score and a certain amount down and a monthly payment $149 I had the money to put down and the credit score of almost 830, and the monthly payment was going to be 240 bucks, plus the ***** and 12 years to pay off a $16,995 loan that came to a total of ****** and some change scam artist would be the least you can call them out right thieves would be what they are. They saw me and my dad walk in and saw a 80-year-old sucker they just didn't realize I'm not a 60 year old sucker. Do not and I can not repeat sternly enough do not deal with the scam artist thieves one star is the least I can give them because they don't offer any lower Stars
