  had a 38 foot fifth wheel, tree hit it, talk to a guy name ***************** in internet sales, he's by far the one sold me on them, took the camper there, told him I might sell it, , he put in touch salesman ***** , WHAT I KNOW NOW, RUN LIKE H*** , OR DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU GET LEAVE , We did find a camper at another store, HE TOLD ME COMPANY POLICY PUTS NEW MATTRESS IN ***********, the fire place did not work and spare tire holder broke ,came to pick it up the MAN does the walk through , DID NOT REPLACE MATTRESS, He forgot ask about the fire place and spare tire , THE SALESMENT TOLD THE SERVCE DEPARMENT YOU DID NOT WHAT TO FIX THEM, all the people are on commission sale sale and sale , so its not one person its the company as whole, top down, TWO MONTHS LATER , NO BODY WILL CALL YOU LET YOU KNOW ANYTHING, call me on Friday said it ready, pick up i call Saturday, have you not been watching the news, well no in ************ ** bet you can't guess who camper burn to the ground, made five trips over there, what its worth i do like the service ***** doing what they was told to do, THIS COMPANY ALL ABOUT THE ****

  Total sleazeballs. They quote me a price for my rv then when I get there offer me $3,000 less. The reasons: the 7-pin connector is *****, there is mold in one corner somewhere, and my personal favorite the roof is dirty.They figure that since you're already there you're not gonna want to take the rv back home. Scumbags.

  We went to purchase a camper at *********** camping world. they said we needed to put some kind of amount to hold it, we put $3,000 down. They had told us the day that we were there that we were pre approved for financing. I called for a follow up on Wednesday because we were supposed to pick up the camper Friday and sign paperwork only to be told that the financing wasnt actually going to be able to go through. Come to find out they cashed out our $3,000 without any paperwork signed which obviously came out of our bank. They told us a check would be written Friday which was not the case. We are now being told that we have to wait until Monday which is when their bank clears the funds. What kind of company cashes out someones money without any contracts or paperwork being signed? Or knowing the financing wasnt going through. I had to call for this information. They did not call me once!!! THIEFS! I am very un impressed with their business practices. I personally think thats a shady move. Especially being that we are playing back and forth for something that wasnt even authorized!!! Very unprofessional. Scam artists. Quick to take your money but not so quick to give it back. We gave them a chance and they proved that they have zero good intensions. Worst decision giving them our business.

  After investing 2 travel trailers from this company I realized they make hand over fists in sale profits and customer loyalty means nothing. Worst was when the second trailer they sold our family became a lemon, meaning almost a dozen issues in the first 3 months, corporate would do nothing to help us out. They stuck a bad deal with us and left such a bad taste my families mouth. Lemon law should apply to trailers that people my depend on living in them, especially with kids. Camping World operates like your old school car sales tactics, watch their tricks and lies.

  So greatly disappointed in our experience! We went very open & honest if we couldnt get what we wanted in our budget it was ok. We spent hours waiting for financial to respond if its possible. They came back no. So said ok and left the store. In the parking lot the sales man comes running out management said theyll make it happen. My husband asked within our budget? He said yes. We spent more hours waiting for financing to do paper work. Total of 6 hours in store!!! We get an email congrats on new camper got financed send paperwork. We did it. Every time we sent in paper work we didnt get a response that it was received and had to ask several times. The day before we are to go buy the new camper my husband couldnt get a call back to make sure all set. I had to email managers to get a response. 30 mins before close we get a call have to have $9,000 more down and $200 over our budget a month! Unacceptable! We had all ready moved and emptied our camper off the site based on email that said all finance was set & had campgrounds cut a tree so new one would fit. I made complaints to cooperate and regional because this is bad business! I did get a call from manager would give me a new camper but still over budget and not the layout I want. You dont tell us can do it and then be so far off the agreement! I am getting a new camper & will never buy from them for their snake like behavior!

  My experience with Camping World consignment services was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I trusted them to sell my RV, hoping for a hassle-free process, but I encountered numerous issues throughout the entire transaction.First and foremost, Camping World failed to meet their initial promises. They assured me that pictures of my RV would be posted online within a week, but it took over a month before I saw any online presence. When they finally posted the listing, the asking price was ridiculously inflated, far above the market value, making it practically unattractive to potential buyers. They also had a misleading "unlock special pricing" link, which I tested with a fake name and email, only to discover that the discount was a mere $100 off the listed price.What further aggravated the situation was their suspicious email tactics. After engaging with the fake inquiry, I received an email from Camping World suggesting that I look for a different RV, implying that my own RV wasn't worth considering. It was clear that they were not interested in selling my RV.Communication with Camping World was awful. I had to constantly reach out to them for updates since they hardly ever contacted me with progress reports or inquiries from potential buyers. They assured me that my RV would be detailed inside and out before the sale, but when I picked it up, it was in the same condition I left it, without any sign of cleaning or maintenance.To top it all off, they managed to lose my second set of keys, and I haven't heard a word from them regarding whether they've found them or not.My experience with Camping World consignment services was ruined by false promises, misleading pricing tactics, poor communication, and a complete lack of effort in selling my RV. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.

  I would not even give them 1 star! I would not even give them a 1 star! Camping world ****** ******* has made our life missable. And corporate is evil!. So sneaky and liars! Had to take our 2021 camper in 6 times in 11 months! And they made it worse with more repairs each time.Communication terrible. Had to drive there several times to get any information! Hour each way! Will Never use any camping world again! ??

  This place is an absolute dumb. I purchased my first RV here and was attempted to be scammed out of money MULTIPLE times. The ********** location is run by people that have absolutely no clue how to run a business. The insurance staff member got $18,000 worth of insurance tagged onto my purchase without my knowing. They "did an inspection" and failed to inspect brake lights, headlights, turn signals as examples. Also when attaching a hitch to my car to pull behind, they "didn't account for time to do it" and tried to get extra labor money out of me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here, and frankly I'm glad I never have to go back.

  DO NOT let your elderly family members try to sell their ** to this place without your knowledge!My mother who is arguably not even competent enough to sign a contract and has a slew of medical issues just got shafted by camping world and blatantly lied to. The ** did indeed have a few issues such as the exterior fading and the slide was stuck on the rear rail. HOWEVER, they also stated that the overhead AC units were not operable, which is funny considering I personally had them running 2 days prior to camping world having the ** in their possession.I understand you are in business to make money. Totally fine, but to blatantly lie to a vulnerable and desperate old lady just so you could lure her in with one price and later offer less than half the original offer based off of some truths along with lies, shows the lack of morals and character that this business operates worth!If I had been involved I would've told you exactly where you could've shoved your scam off an offer.Long story ******************'t let your elderly family deal with these people alone, they will rip them off to the moon and back and do it with a smile!
