Me and my husband bought a brand new 2025 travel trailor from Camping World in Ft. *****. The camper should have only cost $12,000 after our large down payment but we still managed to walk out of there financing $30,000 after all their fees, insurances, and taxes. I didn't have a breakdown of the costs when I got home. I had to go back the next day to get it. I was told the insurance would cover the entire camper inside and out. After having some issues directly after getting it home I found that was not true at all. I tried to see if I was covered under the manufacturers warranty but ******* just referred me to Camping World who has yet to do anything for me. I will never buy from them again. My sister just bought a camper from General RV Center in Ft ***** and is extremely happy with it. I would recommend them instead of camping world any day.

Camping World bought out ************ dealership in ************ ** where I purchased ************ RV in 2022. Warranty is still intact and took in April 8, 2025 to replace microwave under Camping World entity. Four weeks later, they (Camping World) banged up RV as they were pulling into their service bay. They promised to repair. Chattanooga **** ****, was there and shook hands and promised to repair like new the following week in his facility. This was after I asked them purchase back. They will no longer answer us back after repeated phone calls. We purchased this RV for $60K three years ago and no longer have. This is our RV and they will not return to us nor purchase back. Broken promises abound. Our option for reciprocity now is limited except for legal action. Do not purchase from these scoundrels!

This purchase was meant to bring memories but has become nothing but stress, expense, and a safety hazard to our family. Upon our first camping trip, we discovered:-The external black/gray tank pipe contained approximately 2 gallons of waste from the previous owner, which poured out on my husband during setup on our first camping trip! When contacting CW, I was told it happens but it shouldn't have, considering it hadn't been used by us yet!-The TV included with the camper had a cracked screen ********** cord that connects to the truck had a large cut, causing connectivity issues and potential safety hazards.-We found a soft, spongy area on the left side of the master bedevidence of flooring damage that had not been disclosed.-All four jacks were heavily rusted (One was broken in half) and unable to support the camper's weight, posing a serious safety hazard that should have been addressed prior to sale. (All Jacks were replaced at our expense)-Within a month, we experienced a strong rotten egg odor inside the camper, which was determined to be due to a faulty battery even though they "replace them before we receive our camper"-Most recently, after taking the camper to a certified repair technician to inspect the worsening soft floors, we were told the floor had clearly been worked on previously, and improperly. Now, we have soft, spongy areas on both sides of the master bedroom and the right side of the slide-out. We were advised to return the unit to the selling dealership, but when we did, they wanted to slap us with a minimum $2500 bill for THEIR mistake! We have also discovered damage on the left-side exterior of the camper, likely caused by improper sealing at the dealership. This camper was sold to us without full disclosure of its issues, and we were rushed through the inspection process with no mention of prior repairs or hidden damage.

This is a horrible company to deal with. My salesman, ******, was great but it's been a nightmare with Camping World and the staff since.I put the down payment down on 10-31-2024.I started having problems from day one when I went to pick up the Camper on 11-6-2024. They said it was not ready and then told me I did not have an appointment. I contacted ****** and he did show where I was scheduled to pick the Camper up. Then, they lied and said they tried to call me but no response and no way to leave a message. Which was a blatant lie.I had an issue arise the second week I had the Keystone. It has been one ongoing lie after another. I have a complete timeframe of all the dates I've called and was put on extended hold or told they could not help me and even the person had not voicemail they could send me to. I keep getting told they will call me and of course I get no call ********, the dealership will not contact me back at all. At one point, the service manager, ****, told me to call Keystone myself because he said it would be better than him calling to get the camper fixed. I even purchase the extended warranty at the time of purchase, which is supposed to cover anything on the camper and they still will not fix my camper.I highly recommend anywhere but Camping World!!!

IF you purchase from Camping World ********* (which I recommend you DO NOT) I HIGHLY recommend you do NOT fall for their "safety check" ************** your rig DIRECTLY to a shop and get a FULL safety run through. We purchased there in June of 2024. They stated this "safety check" was done, which we paid extra for, and this is the outcome from our mechanic LP LEAK found near regulator. GAS LEAK: Multiple failures found near refrigerator LP line. While underbelly was removed, tech disassembled gas line to LP regulator. Found teflon tape seals in line was leaking.WATER LEAK: Various new lines in underbelly leaking leading to mid toilet. Bad/loose fittings were leaking due to installation errors. Pump was also found to be faulting HYDRAULIC FLUID FOUND TO BE INCONSISTANT TO MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDED TYPE STABILIZERS: Single valve and pressure switch were found to be faulty Clearly this company does NOTHING for the safety of their customers. You all should be SHUT DOWN! No wonder you have a rating of an F with the BBB. Shame on you for putting the lives of innocent people at risk.

Had a good experience with this company until it came to monies owed to me from a trade deal. It has been over 2 months since closing the deal, I have received the plates for the unit I purchased, along with the title, however the monies owed to me have not been paid. No one seems to know how to return my calls and I am getting the run-around from the sales agent. I'll have to drive the 2 hours to the business to hopefully remedy this situation, and maybe small claims court to get the money....

HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The salesman at this place are idiots, at least the one we had. Not listening to the fact that we weren't planning on buying during our visit that day. Leaving us out on the back lot to go help other customers. The worst thing, towards the end of our visit, the salesman decided to take off in the golf cart at full speed and THREW my wife off the back onto a concrete apron and she stopped rolling at a landing leg. She had ****** scrapes on her arm, ****** hand, bruised shoulder, knees and oddly her toe. Had to write multiple reviews online to get there attention. Someone from ** corporate called and apologized but offered nothing in return. Camping World does not care about their customers, that is evident by their reviews NATIONWIDE. Money, that's all it comes down to for Camping World.

I was given off the wall numbers and quotes up front. 6 thousand down 400 a month.. and told thats with bad credit and told not to look at it why bring it out and show me ? I have good credit and it was a lousy sales tactic.Asked for a quote to fit my credit score without doing a hard pull and told them EXACTLY where my credit was. I was advised of 0 down 250 a month. I agreed. They ran my credit and no surprise it was where I told them. The sales manager came in and said we have good news I only need to put down $700 it was not agreed prior to running my ********** I have a hard pull on my credit for a company with trashy sales pitches

I bought our camper to get some problems repaired ( having an extended warranty) and all the service woman could say is my techs charge me so I have to charge you! I guess thats how they get their commission! So all they are interested in is making a sale and not addressing poor craftsmanship: salesmanship trouble! NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Went to Camping World in ****, ** in November 2024 to make an appointment and get my travel trailer roof fixed. They told me to get an insurance claim for my issue. The Insurance came through, so I went back to Camping World in December to get the estimate for the Insurance, They charged me $390 for the estimate. The estimate was sent to the insurance for $4700 and the insurance approved it.I then created an appointment for April 10th, 2025 to get the repairs. I hooked up my trailer and went to Camping World on April 10th, 2025. Once there they told me that the estimate was incorrect that the repairs would cost me $8000 and that they would not honor the original estimate even after it was all approved by Camping World and the ****************** They also told me that even if I tried and get the repairs, it would take one month for them to get the trailer in, even though I made the appointment months prior. I ended up hooking up my trailer and taking it back home.
