  Camping world doesnt care about there customers only the money they are making. They try and add on anything they can to pad a sale. We were supposed to get our camper for 9999. When we left and looked over paperwork we were at *****. They added in warranties and repairs that I didnt want. They are very sneaky. Also they wouldnt hook the camper up to water so we could make sure it ran and there were no leaks. They do very sloppy work.

  Worst purchasing experience I've ever had in my lifetime they purposefully targeted disabled veterans and tried to sell me something that I did not receive secondly they did not correctly winterize the vehicle and now they're expecting me to pay for a damaged hot water heater before I took possession of the vehicle

  Bought brand new Camper shower was leaking, bought in the first time, the one who fixed it did not fix the leak and actually created another one, but the parts guy got the manufacturer to pay for the repairs. One day before warranty expired, picked up Camper was still leaking, parts guy repaired my Camper the correct way when it wasnt even his job. No names, but the guy is an asset to Camping World went above and beyond for me

  Bought a trailer over 2 weeks ago. Sales person ***** and Manager will not return calls on status of trailer. Waiting for registration and a replacement of microwave. They will not return calls. Want to know legal action.

  Worst customer service ever! So sorry I didnt read these reviews first! Bought a new Splendid washer and dryer from Camping World. We paid to have them installed in our Class A motorhome . We live 50 miles from the dealership. When we used the set for the first time, the dryer sounded like a tornado was occurring in our bus, and the washer was leaking a small amount of water. Schedule a spot for repair. They adjusted the dryer door but were unable to locate the water leak. We argued that, they would never find a small leak without pulling the unit out? They refused, unless we were willing to pay the to remove and reinstall the brand new units! We ended up returning 4 more times, driving a hundred miles each time only for them to make excuses and never fix the washer. We called Splendid and the said it was probably the pump, or a loose hose going to the pump. But they only pay to repair the unit not to remove and install! They only make washers and dryers for campers! We will never make this mistake again! Ridiculous! Customer non-service!

  I bought a 2024 ******* travel trailer from Camping World in **** *****, ** and ever since it was delivered I have had one problem after another, and the dealer ship doesnt help.

  The interaction with the people on sale was ok. Now during the ** inspection was few things damage, they fixed very sloppy like the exterior molding on the slide, water leak on the bathroom sink they said was fix it was not fix correctly. Went we arrived at the park 1 of the slide was damaged and didn't want to open the motor engaged but the slide no move and now I found out that went it rains outside it also rain inside the **.

  Let's starts off with the good dealing with ******* was a good experience very professional and helpful! Now the BAD management and financing.They LIE horrible customer experience. First off I go to finance and this is when everything takes a turn, so **** tells me that I have to sign these two documents one document stating that I agree to the price of the ** and I agree to the price of the trade-in so I said yes I agreed to those numbers and I signed it so then there was a second document that had interest rate from 8% to 10% and I said if I sign this, am I obligated to buy the vehicle and he said to me no you are not obligated to buy the vehicle. This is a document called the spreadsheet that I need by law so I signed it. He also stated that I can't buy the vehicle without a loan so this is not a *********** now he's trying to say that I signed a contract and he's gonna force me to buy the vehicle and he's not gonna refund my $500 now that's where you're incorrect because let's see by law. You have to refund my refund if you the seller the dealership cannot honor the sale price of the vehicle that was agreed upon. because you said if I bring in my own financing that you will not honor the Tesla, which means you are not honoring the deal and please note I'm not obligated to use you for financing I have since disputed the charge. I will not go to this place. I advise anyone that's thinking of this place to turn around and run. Do yourself a favor. FYI this is a DBA under camping word that says enough!!

  Took camper in because side wouldn't side out. said bad motor and cable so both was replace they said
  after getting it home to look because i had put tape on cable to see if the would and just what i thought it was not and i was charged for the cable and to install it

  We purchased an ** trailer from Camping World and paid for it completely. We took it home only to receive a call two days later from Camping World telling us that part of the ** was under recall due to bad wiring and had caused fires. We told Camping World we wished to return the ** and get a refund, but they said that would be impossible. They offered to buy it back from us for 50% of what we paid for it, even though it had only sat in our driveway for two weeks, completely untouched and unused. We refused such a horrible offer, and are still trying to get fair reimbursement from them, but they have been difficult to work with and keep telling us we need to speak to someone else, who never seems to be able to be reached. We would never buy from them again and recommend no else do so, either.
