      On 11/18/2022 I placed an order for snowboard boots. I was charged the following day. An email came stating that it was back ordered until 12/1/22 and I would get an updated order and tracking number. An updated number appeared but no updated tracking information arrived. 3 emails have been sent to the company with zero response back for each. Numerous phone calls have been attempted but you are just placed on hold and no one answers- I have waited over an hour with nothing. When you try live chat the number cue place you around 100 people in front of you, but it never goes down. I have waited hours for a response back and nothing. They also only have a limited window for hours they stay open, which means based on how the cue moves I would be next in line sometime next year. Another email was sent asking how my boots are, I tried to leave a review to get their attention, but when I pressed the send for this the site went blank. I wish for my boots/ or a full refund since it appears that this company is possibly a shell. I have dates of all emails sent, along with call logs to support my wait times with no one answering. No stars from me but I guess you have to leave a star.

      Bought an RV from them in September. They didnt complete any of the things that we agreed too in the contract. They were supposed to fix a cracked mirror and they didnt. We had a deluxe package that was supposed to have them do a check through and make sure everything was functional and if it wasnt theyd fix it. None of that happened. When we asked for evidence that they completed the lacquer they cant seem to produce it but swear they have it. Theyve also been horrendous to get into contact with the managers are always out or in an important business meeting theyre a scam.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a camper and as soon as they recieved my money they ignored me. They charged me for a delivery fee and never delivered the camper so I paid a private company to retrieve it. The camper was not clean. Bugs and mice invested. Broken toilets, where blind was broken and the fender was broke. I contacted the office of the ceo and was told they parts would be shipped to the camping world closes to me and would be repaired. It's been 3 months and they still don't have the correct parts. Everyone that's contacted me has no idea what's going on and can't give me an answer. I've had to have pest control come in and paid a company to clean out the furnace as there was mice bedding in the vents. The awning was broken. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! GO THROUGH ANYONE ELSE TO BUY A CAMPER.

      Bought a camper with a hitch to be installed. This was all in the contract. After two weeks and very little communication they were unable to install the hitch, these breaking the contract. Had to fight to get them to unwind the deal, which they did in writing. A month goes by after we got away from their crappy business, then come to find out the loan still went through. Called m and t bank, they even stayed they have heard bad things about them. Talked to several people at camping world to include the *** he stated it was paid, even though the bank stated no one has contacted them. They did finally after approximately 1 week fix there, one of numerous, errors and paid the loan off. We got lucky to get away from this company. Some notes from our experience: 1. It's never there fault, they will blame other departments and even you. 2. The ** will lie to you along with the other staff. 3. Be prepared to make several visits and be persistent in dealing with them. 4. Corporate doesn't care when you talk to them. They won't return calls and just blow off situations. Waste of time. This is the worse company I have ever encountered in my life and will never do business there ever again.

      Worst customer service in the service department in *********** I have ever had to deal with. Took my trailer in to them on September 17th with a out of sync slide out and a generator with 30 hours on it that quit working. I was told it should all be covered under a warranty. After more than 2 months they tell me they are not the authorized service center for the generator and that I would have to take it to someone else to have it worked on. They charged me $350 and all they did was sync my side motors which took less than an hour and then informed me that it wasn't covered by warranty. Trailer was taken to them in the fall when it was warm and no concerns of freezing. Now it is late in November and we are in freezing conditions. They made no attempt to call or offer a winterizing service while they had the trailer in their possession. I had to go get mad at them to get it thawed out and winterized. The service people are condescending and rude. Lots of excuses with little performance and zero customer service. I had to call every week or stop in just to get an update. NEVER EVER take a RV to them to work on anything.

      Purchased a travel trailer from here in October. First want to say that ** was wonderful to work with and this review only reflects working with ***** the Finance Manager. I did the final signing in her office. The first agreement for me to sign the numbers looked off, so grabbed my phone calculator and the total was off more then **** in her favor. Second sales agreement seemed right after arguing for 10 minutes that I didnt want the extended warranty. The contract for ********* was the only one I signed. Later I find that they received a check for ********* from my credit union. I called up ***** about this and got blown off, and told to contact ****** (which was awesome to work with) head of HR. She pulls up there copy of the sales agreement that shows ********* with a signature on it. So somewhere along the way my signature got forged on a new contract. I sent over my contract to Denies, and then Denies sends it to the *** Ten minutes later I hear back from *****. She starts fast talking say dont you remember you started signing the wrong contract and I stopped ya. This tells me right away that it was her that forged my signature. Anyways I got it sorted out, but everyone needs to check there contracted agreed price against how much Camping World got from your finance institution. Chances are they are off by just less then a 1k in favor of camping world. I also recommend bringing a witness while taking a video when meeting with ***** to sign the final sales contract. I will be dropping this info to ****** Police, but being less then 1k in fraud they probably wont do much.

      I will never do business with Camping World again. 2 weeks ago we sold a POS truck camper back to CW in **************, and the check still has not been sent to my bank to payoff the loan. I tried filing a complaint with corporate but that doesn't do any good, and when I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told one is not available but one will call me back. Never got a call from a supervisor. Spoke to *********** CW again and another supervisor said he will check into it and get back to me. Still waiting.

      This camping world is just like the others HORRIBLE! We dropped our camper off to have a shower floor replaced in a 2021 camper. When we went to pick it up there were (2) cracks in the side walls from where they removed the side walls to replace the floor, not only that out faucet was hanging off the wall where they did not install it right.When I walked in the camper the bathroom was soaked where they left the vent open during rain I seen the issues contacted the service manager he said he would repair and fix everything at NO Cost!Its been 2 month and they have told me on 2 occasions they have ordered the walls for express shipping. After 3 weeks I called and told them I was coming to get the camper and they assured me it would be done that week! Well GUESS what just another lie. I called again this morning on 10/6/2022 and they still claim to be waiting on the walls. I told them to leave my camper alone I will pick it up Monday and fox it myself! I was hoping the camping world of ****** ******** was better then the one in Georgetown but it turns out they are all HORRIBLE!We have emails from the service manager acknowledging the issues almost a month ago on 9/12/2022. We are contacting attorneys to take legal action.
