Do not go to Camping World, especially in Uxbridge MA., if you want your RV repaired in the same year. They don't know what they're doing, and they will continually give you false updates on the progress of your repair. Made my appointment in May, had to wait till first week of July to bring in my RV and then it sat in the lot. Continually told me parts are on order then in September they tell me that the parts were never ordered and gave me a list of excuses on how this could happen and tried to put blame on me. Told them from day 1to order the parts no matter the cost or anything else. By the end of October still no parts and then they say that the parts are now lost in transit. Pulled my RV out to never return. STAY AWAY FROM CAMPINGWORLD. Contacted corporate, and to make a long story short, they could not have cared less. One star is too much, would rather give negative stars.

They scam people with their warranty plans. While in financing they make you think you need warranties. When you call back to cancel suddenly some are non refundable. It's doesn't state that in any paperwork. They tell you they sprayed your camper with a protection spray and that's why it's nonrefundable. But I know for a fact my camper was never sprayed. It was sitting in the parking lot ready to be taken home the entire time we were in financing. I wonder how many others pay $4000 for a product that was never put on there camper?

The 1 star reviews are true and I should of known before giving The House thousands of dollars in orders. Placed 6 orders over the course of 3 months and only 2 were delivered correctly. 1 order received wrong part, 1 order shipped with zero packaging and damaged, 1 canceled even though they showed stock. Last order was a bike. Ordered it because of the product specs met my requirements. When I received the bike, the one part that decided my decision to buy the bike, was swapped out for a downgraded part. The House response that it was a "typo" even though confirmed from other buyers and their own FAQ section I should have received the correct part. Instead they offered to credit back a small percent of the true value. Never seen a company fail to follow their own statements "reserves the right to make necessary parts substitutes of equal or better quality to fulfill your order" and flat out lie to me on bait-n-switch. Ignore the prices and sales, you will regret doing business with The House.

They sold me a brand new 2022 keystone bullet camper with MULTIPLE problems, including MOLD with additional severe water damage, a faulty fridge/freezer, non functioning water heater. Awning was malfunctioning and they are blaming it on weather as its hanging off my camper. Refusing to give me an actually NEW camper I bought.

Terrible experience. Received bindings that were all scratched and thrown into the binding box. The binding box was also ripped down the one side, and my shipping box wasn't damaged either. So after multiple, and I mean multiple, attempts to contact the company about sending them back, and receiving a replacement, I had no luck. Pretty dissatisfied in the customer service being non-existent and the fact that I received a product that looked like it went through some things before ultimately being sent to me. Also this is my third attempt at posting a review; my first never showed up. And then after trying a second time, I received a message that I've already reviewed the product..But where's my reviewe then? So then I moved over to Trust Pilot and the BBB to write a review and should have checked here first, to see that many others are experiencing what I'm experiencing. Super sad and disappointed.

They sold me a New $50,000 2021 camper with leaking windows and water inlets, hole in the roof, broken furnace, broken refrigerator, hot water tank leaking, water pump is leaking, fenders are all broke off the frame, 1 tee handle for grey and black tank that was bent, bath tub leaks. I asked for them to fix it and they said it will be ******* dollars for them to come out and look at it. I had put $2000 into repairs that I did myself within the first year of owning it. I called them asking for my money that I owe ($42,000) because they sold the camper to me with so many problems after they told me they had their techs go through the camper and made sure everything works and they offer me $20,300.I have been on the phone with them for 3 days now, the first caller from the ******** dealership just told me she cant do anything then after me saying wtf she told me not to call back and deal with it. The second lady told me that i bought a extended warranty that I didn't know about but when i call the dealership to ask them to fix it they say i have no warranty and i have to pay out of pocket. The third person i talk to in cooperate just said the same thing that the 2nd lady said but now is saying that some of the damages wont be covered.THIS COMPANY IS A F****** JOKE

I was treated horribly at this dealership. I saw a reduced price on their website. When I went to the dealership, they would not honor the price. The sales manager, "******," was.very rude and somewhat threatening. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINES WITH CAMPING WORLD OF *****, **! I called the corporate office and reported the incident. I haven't heard from them as of today

We bought our Forest River Salem FSX from Camping World of ******** ** on July 28th and brought it home on August 8th on the 12th we went to leave on our 1st trip and the slide out got stuck out. We found the slide out was missing the rubber bumper that the wires for the slide out motor s go through was missing. This caused the wire to get pinched and cut. Good *** tech support walked me through using the manual override to get it back in. I called Camping World and scheduled a appointment to bring it in after our trip in September. I dropped it off on September 13th for the repairs. On the walk through with the service advisor I made them aware of the wires being cut and bumper missing. After months of back and forth with Camping World and Forest River I was informed the slide out was fixed. Today 12/30/22 3 1/2 months after dropping it off I went to pick it up. I found that both bumpers were missing, the wires were not replaced, end cap on rear bumper was missing, silicone was done very messy, leaves inside camper, nail holes filled with putty and not cleaned up. And they dented and scratched the camper removing the trim from outside the slide out.Camping World of Uxbridge and Forest River need to allow me to exchange this camper for a like camper.

Purchased September 1, 2022. New Forest River Vibe from Camping World, ***************. ** has never been used because it is sitting at Camping World for FOUR MONTHS. CW uses every excuse you can imagine, wrong parts, damaged parts, etc.GM at CW is gone and no replacement as of today, The place is a circus, no one cares.Called Corporate CEO ***************************, for help and given to **************** (the complaints from consumers is horrific) they have a **** just for service and repair complaints. That should tell you all you need to know. DON'T BUY FROM ANY CW because corporate doesn't care either. I am trying to get my $44K back, and CW can keep the ** since that is where it lives. Please, stay away from CW and never ever *************** in for service. Really a -10.

I and wife purchased a 2022 ************************ from Gander RV now Camping World of ************, ** March, 2022. Sales person *** was didn't even call to see how things were going or to thank us and night of sale was in such a hurry to go on vacation. We now have had RV in seven times for problems that were not fixed or half wit done. One technical advisor really gave a c*** and helped as much as he could. AC on roof came from factory with shims missing causing rattle constantly, workmanship on walls of motor home staples bulging outwardly, coach was rattling between cab of truck and had to have a spacer put between. Vent over ****** had to be replaced. Awing ripped and they tried to say it was our fault but then was called to be told that there was a recall on this particular one. I was getting ready to take RV in for Awing replacement and when getting into drivers seat water came pouring down on me from headliner. **** was due to faulty sealant and again told that it was not covered under warranty after 90 days. Top bunk of coach had water in it over right corner and would was rotting along support. I had brought in for this leak was before and told fixed it that they believe it was a rubber seal around front drivers door. Called Corporate for ******* and was told they would not fix or have ****** fix that it was on me. ******* motor home has been in for repairs more than has been used. We could not even use for Christmas Break with son due to having to fix seals so that rain would not enter again. Roof already has wear showing and like I said is only 9 months old since I and wife purchased. I have phone and and video records of all faults plus copies of warranty to fix issues. Don't buy from ******************* and especially from ************************************************************. Poorest of ********************************************
