      This review is for specifically their bradford ******* branch, as that operation is evidently to small to appear on here. I started interacting with consolidated about a month ago now as they were the only internet provider that TOLD me they could provide service to my home. This being the crux of my issues with them, over the past month they have rescheduled my install of service 4 times (each time giving no concrete reason for doing so). When a technician finally showed up to my house they promptly told me that my address is not serviceable by them, thus having wasted a month of my time by lying to me about being able to provide internet to me.

      I have moved twelve times as my husband served 43 years in the ***. We finally settled permanently in *******. Because of our location we only have one choice for phone and internet service and that is Consolidated Communications. No problems with the internet, but horrible service with the phone. I made changes in the phone service so I wouldn't receive calls for money, sales, etc. I decided it wasn't all I had hoped it would be and kept me from calling businesses I needed for service. Therefore, I requested to change it back to my former service. It was changed but every three or four months they changed it back to showing only my phone number and not my husband's and my name. I called them two times this month and some idiot told me they would come out to fix it. Today I had all I could handle. I told them "this problem has to be fixed in your office." The gentlemen to whom I spoke said it would be corrected in two. I am not holding my breathe. Don't use Consolidated unless it is your only choice. They are the worst!!

      Sent out a letter to all customers that upon termination of their cable services they would get 50% off plus a free speed upgrade that would happen automatically. When it didnt, I called and they said that would be via Fidium. I had to call them back only to find out that you only got the discount if you stayed with consolidated however CCI didnt offer 100M upgrade like their letter. So their letter was a lie. Oh, and I also found out they have been over charging me $10/month for 2.5 years but too bad for me when I asked what they were going to do about that. I am moving to ****** as a result. Good riddance.

      Whatever you do, stay away from ****** internet near **********, **. They have constant outages, are impossible to get a hold of, and take no responsibility for their poor service.

      How is this company still in *************** are THE ONLY option offered in our area! We have been promised credits for service that was not working. We've made MULTIPLE calls to have our service downgraded for our ****************** has been done! On hold with them AGAIN to speak to a supervisor. SOMETHING needs to be done with this company. How many complaints does it take until there is an investigation?????

      Internet has been down for more than 6 hours. After contacting customer support (connected in under 3 minutes), I was placed on hold for more than ************************************************** with "technical support". When the technical support agent answered I could BARELY understand him through his thick foreign accent. The "technical support" agent could not even confirm an area outage saying that he could not even see the network on his end!!!!! He told me to "call back tomorrow". What the h*** is point of technical support if they can't even provide it!!!! Furthermore....the company has my **** cell phone number, why can't they text updates to their customers about outages, potential restoration times and service interruption updates!!! I swear the last thing in the world I want is to go back to Xfinity...but I'm pretty **** close at this point.

      I have unfortunately had this service for two years as they are the only one in my area. The Internet constantly cuts out often for days. I can't get someone to come fix it sometimes for weeks. I haven't had service for the entire month of May. Someone came to "fix" it and closed my open ticket. When I got home it wasn't fixed so I had to start over. It will be another week with the new ticket to have a service call. The call center is in ***** so I often have trouble understanding them. This service may be worse than nothing due to the headache of dealing with them.

      The rates went up and the service went down. I can't get anybody to answer the phone, schedule a technician for internet support. They're online website says 24-hour service.

      Worst company out there. We just moved to Starlink and couldn't be happier. We are getting 8 times faster speed now and paying less money. If you have the opportunity to move from Consolidated Communications - do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Can not get a AMERICAN speaking person to help with receiving DISCONNECT NOTICE.I have two accounts set up for AUTO PAY from checking account. The **********************'s system is a reject!! It takes two months out at a time but you receive a DISCONNECT NOTICE.
