      Terrible company with no support will hang up on you when you call to report and outage after waiting on hold for 35 min.

      Weve now been 6 days without a phone line-We did not have bad weather other than the usual rain-One of these days, someone will not survive a medical event because Consolidated doesn't think certain areas are worthy of fixing their lines, while they heavily invest fiber in other areas. All of their lines, at least, in our area, need to be replaced- They are so bad, that rain or wind of any kind, causes outages to service for land lines and internet-Even in good weather its a constant issue. I cannot tell you how many times we have lost service, it is simply to many to recount. We kept thinking, it would get better. It doesnt.December of 2022 my husband had a stroke. Wed had a storm, lost power and our phone line. It was just through the ***** of God I was finally able to get through on our cell.One day Consolidated Communications complacency will be the cause of loss of life. Its only a matter of time. If you have young children, medical issues, or aging people and need a life line, please consider an organization who cares about their reputation, service to others and life. This company is NOT that.

      Avoid Consolidated Communications if you can... My power went out and when it came back My internet did not. I Notified the that there was an outage and they opened a ticket. I called to get a status to see when I would get internet back and they said they could not give me any updates for 72 hours. Just before 72 hours I got a text saying my internet would be restored 2 weeks later. I work from home and use the internet for work. Not having the internet for 2.5 weeks is totally unacceptable. I called trying to get faster service and was told there was nothing they could do. Clearly they don't understand how important the internet is to some people and really did not seem to care...While I had a technical support manager on the phone, I asked if I was going to be reimbursed for the time I don't have internet. The said I could discuss that with **************** after I get service back. I don't expect a positive outcome out of that considering how poor there technical support service has been.

      our internet went down, took 7 weeks to get someone there to fix, still gives trouble. i feel sorry for people who depend on this company for remote access or on line ordering. Terrible no stars at all

      Service and billing issues are a regular occurrence but what makes matters so much worse is the horrendous customer service. Unfortunately, customer service representatives are extremely rude, impatient, unconcerned and unprofessional.

      Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Phone and internet service has been spotty for the last year. For the last month it has been down more than it has been up,especially when it rains. Multiple calls to the company has resulted in either no fix or a "fix" that doesn't appear to last. I work from home and have medical issues and this is unacceptable. It is severely impacting both my medical and work situation. If the internet works at all it is half the speed at which we are contracted for. If the phone works at all it there is severe crackling on the line. Some neighbors with the same provider are having the same issue. The company schedules "response" for 2 - 3 weeks out which is also unacceptable. The hold times on the tech support line are 1 - 2 hours minimum.I have filed complaints with both the BBB and the state public service board.

      Your company and internet is a joke!!! You dont care if your customers have internet or not, as long as you collect your money. I had your services for about 6 or 7 months and I lost service 6 times. Plus the person who installed it drilled a hole in my wall and never sealed it up..plus he left his drill here. Plus I lost access to half of my streaming channels..and upon contacting your company it seamed that no one knew what to do. I went with another internet company that has been outstanding in service and technical support. When I canceled my account with your **********************, the lady didnt care that I was canceling my account. She just did not want to give me my money back that I paid a months prior. She said I could keep the equipment. How messed up is that? I will never get your service ever again and I have been telling my friends and family and coworkers do not use you and I hope that people read this review and do not use you as well but you will probably delete this comment.

      There is nothing positive to say about this terrible company. No shows from technicians to fix phone or internet. A slight breeze and everything goes out. Rain or wind - no internet. Been told it is due to water collecting in their hubs. What??? They purport to have process that customers must follow; however, CC does not even follow their own process. Consider 5G home internnet or Starlink if 5G is not available in your area. I've been battling with this terrible company for too many years. Finally fired them this summer. Life is too short to put up with their nonsense. Now they owe me money and I have to battle for a lousy $44 dollar charge for services not rendered."Your call is important and being recorded for quality and training." "All of our agents are busy at this time. Your call is important to us." Customers are NOT important to this horrible company!

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have had no dial going month and live in an area with no cell service, not only am I still being charged for said phone line and can't get a "credit" until after its repaired I have had to submit 3 support tickets which have been closed (unannounced to me) without them sending anyone out for a repair.
